Arlisa and Trevor usually always help me out when Im in bind very helpful people. 3 stars because its RAC and over priced.

I don’t recommend renting with rent a center at all. Extremely unprofessional and harass you when you don’t make a payment right on time will call you about 100 times . And then they act like they don’t care about losing customers. Just don’t rent from here!

Matt is very unprofessional. He talks to people like he owns them or something. I missed 1 payment and he treated and talked to me with an attitude the whole time. We (The people that purchase from the store) are the people that keep you in business so that you will get a paycheck! His behavior was very unacceptable and people like Matt is the reason so many stores go out of business. You got to give respect to get respect and thats something Matt clearly doesnt UNDERSTAND. I will never purchase from RAC again and I would recommend anyone reading this not to purchase or rent either.

They like to call and harass my wife and my reference’s the day you are due or if you are late they call 4 or more times a day they don’t leave a message and they say my phone number is disconnected when it is not. I don’t answer my phone when I am working. If they have called me I don’t even know they do because they don’t leave me a message.Im about to tell them to come get there stuff back and never deal with them again. I may be late but they always get paid.

If you deal with Brandon your good, the manager here is loud obnoxious, and does t let her employees do there job... Otherwise its your average rent to own joint...

Never shopped at RAC before, they keep leaving threatening letters on my door for a previous tenant. When I called to complain Chris was very rude and hung up on me.

I will NEVER rent from Rent-A-Center again, EVER. They will call you six times the day your payment is due as though leaving a message to get back to them after your shift has ended isnt sufficient. They are relentless with collections calls even after six months of renting with them. I will definitely save myself the headache and NEVER deal with them again.

Hands down worst customer service. If you buy something here take it home yourself. Bought a washer and dryer. They didnt even put me on the shipping list. Then bought a fridge. 7 hrs late and messed up my fridge. Ordered​ replacement parts 4 months ago (lie) settled for a replacement fridge to get away from the excuses still hasnt shown up. They didnt deliver again. Bought a bed set they showed up 5 hrs late. The only thing that has shown up on time is my t.v. and thats because I took it home myself

Worst customer service!!!!! The delivery guys are cool. DONT ASK FOR THE MONTHLY payments they offer you cant get it! They are money hungry they are stuck up. They say communication is key but they will NOT talk to you!They threaten you with the cops the second you dont make the payment. Pathetic excuse for a manager!

I would give zero stars if I could- the girls that work here are ghetto and rude and have NO customer service what so ever! They will call your job before the payment is even due and refuse to work with you even if your payment will be in less than 3 days after the due date- knowing damn well they cant do anything but charge you the $3.00 a day late fee... even after paying them for a year they are still horrible to work with!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

The application process was not how they described to me over the phone, they harrased my references and did not honor the $10 starts any contract ad not to mention they are most likely a predatory establishment.

My payments are due every other Saturday they call my phone on Friday. Brought me broken dressers Ive asked for new ones it took about three months. Also brought me used box spring finally got a new one and its broken. They harass me while Im at work. And also harass my references! Way over priced just about ready to let them pick up my stuff and go else where!
