I came to the location in a hurry.. The woman named Sophie in the printing department was amazing.. She totally helped me out and took my last min stress away.. I could not have been happier when it came to her customer service.. The printing of my card however was not the best quality what so ever however I only paid $24.00 for 200 cards so I think I got what I paid for.. I won’t be coming back for the printing of my business cards but I would indeed come back for other business needs with Sophie.. first card is the one I got printed online and second one is what Office Depot printed
Really pleased that Bre took the time to double-check my order and save us an expensive mistake. Were thrilled with the quality of the large poster we ordered. Ive also had several print jobs done and the whole print staff are courteous and helpful. There are other print stores nearer to me but Ill continue to drive further to print materials at this branch.
I have had nothing but great experiences here. My most recent printing was done quickly and with no problems. When I came to pick up, there were a few people in line but it moved fast and I didnt have to wait long. When I got home and opened up my printing, there was a hand written note from the employee who printed my order thanking me for my business and also commented Congratulations to the couple! as what I printed was a gift for a wedding. What a great added touch! Will always trust them with my printing- thank you!
I placed an order online to pick up at this location. I then noticed I ordered the wrong thing & tried to cancel right away & couldn’t so I called them & talked to the manager “Bree” & the entire time she was rude for no reason & said she canceled my order and hung up. The following day I noticed I was still charged even after canceling my order so I called back & wanted to know if I was going to get a refund & how long it would take, once again I spoke to Bree again & she was extremely rude AGAIN & said it would take 3-5 business days. It’s been over 5 days & I still don’t see a refund on my account so I called the store and spoke to another manager and she said she would double check to see if it was canceled or not and it wasn’t! Bree really didn’t cancel my order at all! I don’t understand how they have people like that as managers like that it’s insane! I’ve never have dealt with anyone as rude as Bree!!!! Don’t go there!!!
Had to wait an HOUR to speak to someone on the phone from print, and her excuse was I have a lot of foot traffic right now and cant always get to the phone. Then you march to the phone, take the customers #, and call them back when you ARE able to make a phone call. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Canceled my entire order and will go to the Northglenn location.
I brought my NAPLEX Prep Course Book into this Office Max to get spiral bound after hearing from a friend that a different location did a great job. The employee me told me it would take 4 days, and I was completely fine with that. A day after bringing my book in, the employee calls me and asks me to come in. I come in, and she tells me that whoever punched the holes in my book didnt notice the holes werent aligned correctly until AFTER she already punched the first section; she then proceeded to punch the rest of my book in alignment but the first section obviously doesnt match now. The employee who called me said she would try to fix it.I come in to pick up my book which has now been split into three and none of the books look alike. One book has an extra half-hole at the bottom from where they tried to fix the mistake; this same books cover is cut shorter than the pages. Parts of some pages arent even attached anymore because they punched the holes too close to the edge. I have a page that is sticking out because only 2/3 of that page are attached to the spiral. And to top it all off, Im actually MISSING a page.I dont normally write reviews, but this was an expensive book that Im using to study for my board exam and I am beyond frustrated at the result. Will not be returning or recommending this location for spiral bounding.
I wish I could give the morning staff in the printing services a 10-Star review out of 5 stars!!! I really do! Every time I come here for my printing needs, I am met with such an amazing group of helpers that are so friendly and very sweet. No wonder I come here exclusively to have my printing needs accomidated!
Girl that works there with name starting with K, ugh I lost her card 🤦♀️! Was patient, informative, and had that amazing old school customers service skills where you felt comfortable and not a burden. Store is further than others from my house and I will continue to shop there just for her, and a pleasant experience!
Went into the store and paid for them to print business cards. They never printed and they refuse to refund my money.
Breanna maze is the manager at this store and has the worst customer service. I was told by one of her employees at noon today my printed order would be ready today after I emailed in what I needed, as I call in three hours later Bre exceeds to tell me that because I didn’t come in due to COVID there are people in front of me “first come, first serve” and my order wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow you people had five hours to work on this order this is terrible SERVICE. Me being a manger myself I would never want to work for you. Corporate needs to know who’s running their stores because you are the people you make us cancel $100 orders. DONT GO HERE
There was an amazing young lady working the printing area today. She was trying to take care of an extremely rude, sarcastic, disrespectful older female customer.This young lady, killed it!Kept her patience, smiled (even thru her mask) and just killed her with kindness,She wears glasses, curly hair, ...She DEFINATELY DESERVES KUDOS!
BEWARE - they PRICE GOUGE in-store customers!I needed more printer ink and know it runs about $55. I asked my daughter to get it for me. She paid $72! I looked it up online - $54.99! I called the store - why was she charged $71.69? She didnt ask for Price Match. I could not BELIEVE that you have to ask a store to PRICE MATCH their OWN website? I think of price matching as something you do against competitors. I get charging 5 - 10% more because theres more overhead running a brick and mortar store, but $71.69 vs $54.99 is THIRTY PERCENT MORE!Whos going to stand at the cashiers and look up prices on every single item against their website? And retailers wonder why theyre losing business to Amazon...So just wanted to WARN everyone about Office Depot/Maxs extreme price gouging. Theyre really penalizing people for walking into their stores! I’m done with them.
I took in 2 bible study workbooks yesterday morning.(Friday) I was told they would be ready in 2 hours. I called this morning(Saturday) and was told that they would be ready in an hour. I was also told that the cover page was being copied because it was too thick to have holes put in them. So, I went in an hour and a half later. I had to wait 20 minutes to be attended. Then I was told they were still not ready, but would be ready in 5 minutes. I said I would go shopping and come back. I came back 30 minutes later, had to wait 15 minutes and then I had to ask if they were ready yet, only to be told no, sorry. I told him I would be back on Monday.So, I don’t think it was necessarily his fault, because there were a lot of customers. I did see a couple cashiers not doing anything. I suggest that 2 people work the printing area or cross train people to relieve the employee when he gets slammed. Unfortunately it is not my first time having problems with this. I will be finding another place to get my bible studies bound.Mary Loretta

I walked in today to shop & dosome printing. I was greeted... with atone... I explained I need to print some important documents for a court case.I then get told... well if you want to usemy computer it is $1.25 per minute....(really so if your computer doesnt loadthe page or has any problems Im nowpaying for it. Is this for real... is OfficeMax so hard up for money, they chargeto use their computers.) So then I ask ifmaybe I can email them as I have donethat here before. Im then told you canload my App so 20 minutes later APPis now on my phone. (didnt want it onmy phone) Then after 4 times of beingtold by the APP that it timed out. I lookup and she finally asks if I need help.Waste of time!!!

The man who helped me was very kind but there was a girl working with dark hair and glasses walking around the store talking very loudly without wearing her mask. She got within six feet of me and other customers and had her mask hanging off of one of her ears. Her having it on her face but not actually wearing it correctly made me very uncomfortable and was very unsafe for her coworkers and customers.

I only have 3 stars because occasionally (like today) there are a couple of, generally younger guys, that dont give very good customer service and seem to just stand around doing nothing most of the time.However, when I was there this last Monday, the girl that helped me with printing things from a flash drive I brought in was AMAZING!I handed her the flash drive and said I wanted everything on it printed. She asked appropriate questions, including if I wanted them in color, or just black and white. I asked her the price difference and she immediately told me the prices and suggested that I separate anything I wanted in color so that I wasnt charged the higher rate for the multiple pages that were only black and white to begin with.I left her to it and went about my other shopping. She came to find me asking about a copyright question. I showed her the permission in my email and asked if that was enough. She looked over it and said yes and thank you, then went back to it.Again, a little bit later, she came to find me to let me know that there were more pages than expected and the price was getting a bit high. We walked back to her computer, looked at what she had printed, what was left to be printed, and discussed what changes to make. She was VERY wonderful about the ENTIRE experience! She is the kind of people that keep me returning despite the occasional slacker!I REALLY wish I remembered her name! I would take it to her manager and let them know this girl is the BEST!
Stood there confused for 10m as the only customer in the entire place, noticed 3 employees scattered throughout the store and not a single person asked if I needed help. Decided I’m not spending money in such an unwelcoming place and glad I didn’t as the only thing said to me the entire time from the moment I stepped into the store until I left was “have a good night!”Apparently the employees here don’t even care to keep getting paychecks since idk how they get paid if no one buys anything.
Bre in the print center was such a huge help. She got us what we needed, an address stamp that is, quickly and its just perfect. Glad to have good help with a smiling face. Bre, thanks again!
This copy print center was fantastic. I dont know any print jargon and sent a very late email requesting some prints for the next early morning. Mimi answered all my questions and has committed to getting them done within my timeline. I am very impressed and thankful for this customer service!
Left an order to have about seven, clear type paper 5X6 with spiral back covers put together for my small finished books, maybe about 5 sheets of paper each. I went home and later called and thought I had made a mistake with the project. I had been working with Bre, she set the project aside and I went back today and everything was the way I actually did want it. Bre again helped me out with the project, very pleasant and knew just what I was looking for. Thanks Bre you made my day

I have a small business and do a lot of printing them. At first they print were amazing and they never messed but lately every single order i make is completely incorrect and incomplete... I spoke with the manager who just didnt know where the mix up was happening from ordering online to pick up... Its a joke and they are untrained and inattentive to detail.
I want to give a shout out to Trish, who helped me take a skewed concept for a poster and bring it to life - even with my lack of explanation. She had it printed, laminated and out the door in 15 minutes. If you need any help here, ask for Trish.
The staff was nice but had no idea about printers, ink, or whether the printers were wired instead of wifi. It was a little frustrating. I ended up buying online based on reviews because I couldnt get the advice I needed in store.
Very disappointed. I asked if they carried a specific product. The sales associate just pointed and said you should find it a few rows down, then walked away. I never found what I was looking for and never saw another salesman to help. I left and went to Staples.
I went to have binding combs installed on pre printed tabloid paper and they totally destroyed it. They punched the holes completely wrong to a point where there wasnt anything for the comb to hold onto. They also disorganized the papers !?? Than at the end they said Im not charging you for install just for the pack of binding combs. Completely unqualified
Fix your website. Why did I order something, pay ahead of time, just to have it move my order to another store in Denver, then when I called they said Id have to pay again and call a 1-800 number to get my money back. Also this is a common issue they dont evidently care about resolving. No thanks. You can keep my copies in Denver, keep my money and Ill keep my business.

This place sucks, they do false advertising they promise the same day for business cards and the lady with the black shirt tell me is going to take 3 1/2 days because she is working in 2 business cards orders .This place is not professional and I will not come back and will refer all my friends some place also not Office Depot they suck too.
Great staff - Im usually greeted within a minute of walking through the door and they always point me in the right direction. Prefer over Staples or Office Depot.

Today I went in to the store for assistance with a car magnet sign for my small business. The girl in the print center did not know they made them but was giving me attitude and when I pulled the website to show her she said “no I am talking to my manager, and she is showing me how to get it” ummm no you are talking to as a customer! I did not appreciate this experience and if you do not like your job find another one. The manager was a little better but he was not sympathetic at all. I don’t think of doing business no longer. Poor customer service... sad!!!
Had my computer repaired a few months ago. The keys were not typing correctly so we took it back. My comma typed an @ sign and my @ sign typed the comma. They had to send it back to Texas and I still do not have my computer. Horrible customer service with the repair of my computer. Its now approaching 3 months without my computer. Unacceptable!!! Beware of this company reparing any electronics!

Stoped in for school supplies today 8/12/2020 to take advantage of the penny sale. The only sales clerk was a young man who was clearly upset with life. Ahead of me was several like minded customers. The first lady was was over charged for her folders. When she explained he over charged her he was extremely rude saying she got the wrong ones. Happens to been exactly the ones I had as well as the lady ahead of myself. The real kicker is he told the 1st lady to go to another register and would fix it after he helped the customers in line. The second lady (very attractive) bought the exact same folders as the first but hers were a penny. Happy I thought I did get the right ones. My turn next I was looking at the poor first lady waiting for him to fix his error. Just to realize I to was being over charged for my folders. I may have not have been as polite as the first lady being scammed by this kid but I was not going to over pay. When I told him overcharged his response was well do you still want them? Really. I looked at him, told him yes but at the price advertised. His reply was are you sure you got the right ones. My response was of course there same as the 1st lady, same as the 2nd lady who just was charged the right amount and oh did I fell to mention the same employee help all three of us get the exact same folders. So how on earth could he be screwing up so badly. By this time the line is building with more like minded people behind me. The first lady is waiting for him to fix his mistake. So he rescan my transaction and low and behold he got it right. I wanna know is what kind of scam are you allowing your employees run? What has happened to your customer service where your allowed to be rude and show so much desspleser and sexism to coustmers.

Im sure that customer service here should be great. However, my experience has not been so great. If you need a print job done in a hurry DONT GO THERE! The young lady told me that there were jobs ahead of mine and would be about an hour, that was fine. Two hours later when I had not heard from her (which is what I was told would happen) I called her only to find out that my job had not even been started and would be another hour. I told her in the store upon my initial interaction that I needed my materials back asap as I was using them. She did not seem phased by the fact that her one hour quote had now turned into a 3+ hour job. Not very happy with this location, really wishing there was a Kinkos FedEx store around here as they have always gotten my needs taken care of in the time frame expected usually while Im in the store. OfficeMax failed me.
