We redid our entire house with beautiful wood floors from Flooring 101. The front-end part was easy and Ross was helpful with getting everything set up and ordered. I highly recommend requesting Arturo and his team for demo and install (ask for them before your demo!). They were efficient, professional, and worked hard to give us exactly what we wanted. Arturo was always happy to answer my questions and all the guys brought a positive energy to our home. I would highly recommend using Flooring 101 and Arturo’s team!

Very nice friendly people. Very nice sample displays. The prices are pumped up way high and then they make a deal price for you. The exact flooring that I decided on was bought elsewhere finally when 2 different flooring places on the same street quoted HALF the price of the deal price at Flooring 101 for the EXACT same manufacturer, model number and style. In my case I saved over $3,000 on just the flooring material alone. These people are just car salesmen types selling flooring here instead.Obviously they are all on commission getting a piece of the bottom line.

Wool carpeting. Impressive display. After the neighboring stores carry wool they had samples from five manufacturers. Awesome

I can not speak for the rest of the staff but Russ is great. He listens to what you are looking for, has endless patients, and is very knowledgeable. He helped us find carpet for our first house and we loved it. Now we are looking to him to help guide us on different flooring options for our new house.

06/15/15 Wonderful Company from Salesman to Installers. Great Service. The Installers were very polite and helpful. The workmanship was outstanding. They did a perfect job. I highly recommend Flooring 101. We had our whole house done with Laminate flooring. They took careful care to make sure every inch was perfect, even in the closets!. They arrived on time and finished whole house in less than 2 days. Clean up was done. Very Happy with Installers!

I cant say enough great things about Flooring 101 Thousand Oaks. From the beginning to the end. Our salesperson was great Ross. The install was great. They knew we were on a tight timeframe as we were moving to a new home and wanted the install prior to the move. They made it happen and carpet is beautiful amazing quality. We had Lowes and Home Depot measure also but in the end Flooring 101 offered better quality options,better customer service ! You wont be disappointed

So sorry guys I hate leaving bad reviews for local business, however, that said How I managed to put up with what a nightmare I went through just to have a staircase installed was just so unacceptable. Looks like an attorney will be involved before this is settled. Installation was great when you finally got around to it. Over a month and a half later. I missed 2 days work over scheduling. Get your act together. Passed the buck from person to person when no answers available. By the way carpet is A-1 which is why I went there in the first place.
