I originally had Alex install some beautiful carpet on our second floor of our home in Agoura Hills. His crew did an amazing job and we received many compliments on the carpeting over the years. Flash forward three years and we are now in the process of selling the home after 35 years. The carpet has held up well, still looks beautiful, but a couple wrinkles in the hall and middle bedroom have arisen in the past couple months. Nothing major but noticeable. Since we will be showing the house I wanted to get it “tightened up”. I called Alex fully expecting a charge to do this. Alex not only remembered me, and our house but he also said he would send a couple of his guys to tighten up the carpet at no fee. The work was done today and it looks as amazing as day one! Alex is one of those rare businessmen who truly take pride in whatever service they provide and also knows the value of satisfied customers. I would highly recommend Alex and Carpet Tyme to anyone in the market for flooring in their home. Thanks again so much, Alex!

Stopped by in June and spoke with Alex. He showed us carpet samples and we took a few home. Alex came by to a few days later to measure. He called backed the next day and left a message. Called him back two weeks in a row and never heard back. Terrible business ethic and a waste of our time. Avoid. This falls under the if I could leave no stars category

I dropped in at the store one day a couple of weeks ago and had a nice conversation with Alex. I learned some things and was eager to pick a carpet that I liked and go ahead. Since that first day I have not been able to reach him. I came back to the store, left a couple of messages during business hours and the last time I called the message said that the caller had not set up voice mail. Im sure hes busy, but thats not the way to get my business. Disappointed to say the least!

The people at Carpet Tyme were knowledgeable and extremely accommodating from the sales team to the carpet installers. Next time I need flooring I’ll not hesitate to go back. My experience from the first time my wife and I walked in was nothing but pleasurable and above expectations.

So I read the review on this page and it is not a true testimony of carpet tyme. I have had them come to my house twice now and am setting up my third appointment soon. They are wonderful. Non hassle financing, professional quality and very respectful people. For the price you will find nothing better. Most rooms even if they are big will take them about an hour. They helped move furniture and were very good at their job. For local carpet or flooring this is the go-to!

A couple of years ago I bought carpets from Carpet Tyme. Alex came home, measured the area to be carpeted and quoted a price without any unpleasant surprises. His quote was considerably less than that of a big box store.Two of his workers came home and installed the carpets. The installers were very courteous, very competent and very helpful in moving the furniture around.Recently, I needed a small piece of carpet to make a ramp for my ACL impaired pet. Not only did Alex provide the carpet, he refused to charge me for the job.Carpet Tyme is my go-to place for flooring requirements.
