I give a zero but it won’t let me post as a zero. This is the second time I’ve been in this store and terrible service. The people ignore you till you ask for help and then it seems like you are bothering them. One girl, all she did the whole time i was in the store was walk around. Never helped anyone or spoke to them. It was terrible service. The store manager needs to train these people. I won’t be coming back to this store.

This PacSun doesnt know how to do refunds for online orders. Had to go to Topangas Pacsun

Amazing clothes and even has a Brandy Melville section inside! 100% recommend to visit, but not the best service!

They have wonderful staff and a great selection on clothes!
