Worst CVS EVER. Came here for passport photos. No one was in line but Kurt said he wouldn’t help us because he was the only one here. Of course the store flooded with people and he said he couldn’t make them wait but he could make us wait. He was a real jerk! And the store sucks. If a store advertises a service, then provide the service. Don’t let someone walk in with an 85 year old and say sorry, can’t do it now.

Horrible dirty Cvs came with my little son to compare a medicine that felt bad and could not even go to the bathroom. What a horror a pharmacy where it is supposed to serve the population

Normally a good place to get by our meds. However, their restroom policy is embarrassing. It happened yesterday to a woman, and now to me. Im a customer and they refused letting me using it and as a result I peed all over myself. This restriction I will take to court. They are mandated by law to provide restroom facilities to customers. The embarrassment I will deal with in court.

They messed up my prescription multiple times requiring multiple trips, tried billing me hundreds of dollars when my prescription is free, and were very rude. My favorite part was that even though I just had surgery, they wouldnt let me take the shopping cart outside to load my items in my car! If you Value your Money OR your Time, I suggest shopping elsewhere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE IN THE PHARMACY. I have given it quite a few times with the pharmacy and ALWAYS TERRIBLE. Rude. Im a very polite person and they are rude.

I come here for the last 7 years, and I don’t know why I still do that. The wait is so ridiculously long as the efficiency is far below any store I know.My advice to myself: look for a new store.

I go to the Moorpark store, the pharmacy there have better service. Is a little far from Thousand Oaks, but is worth the drive. T. O pharmacy has very incompetent people, that don’t care about customers, the one on jans and Moorpark road takes too long to fill prescriptions. Try all meds on Moorpark road.

Large, well-lit and well-stocked store. The pharmacy had my prescription filled when I got there and the pharmacist came out to answer my questions and explain the medications.

I was at my Dr. office. While one of the staff members was calling in my prescription. She was on hold for 20 min before someone answered. When I go to the pharmacy 4 hours later. They told me nothing was called in. I know this isnt true because I was there when my Dr. office was on hold. I have consistent issues with this pharmacy. Either they are under staffed or they just dont care and work at a snail pace. I actually had to change to another pharmacy because I couldnt handle it anymore. Its another Cvs but MUCH BETTER. The office staff told me they have many issues with this specific Cvs as well. The store its self is fine. Its the pharmacy that is HORRENDOUS.

Worst pharmacist. Rude and disrespectful. Im a working mother who ccommutes 50 miles to Thousand Oaks for work and barely have time to fill a prescription after work. I went to this CVS on my lunch break, and the pharmacist denied to fill my prescription because I live out of the area! He said he didnt feel comfortable. When I explained that the other CVS in Thousand Oaks was able to fill my out of area prescriptions, he again said he didnt feel comfortable as it is pharmacist discretion. What kind of service is that!

Please don’t come here and drop off your prescriptions, specially if you need your medication ASAP. Waited in line to drop off my prescription for about 15 . Two people were working not one ever bother to attend me. Good thing there plenty of pharmacies.

YOU GUYS NEED MORE WORKS IN THE PHARMACY. I HAD 8 people in front of me and was in line for 30 minutes. and it’s notnjust once it’s every time i come to get my meds. get more help

Dont use this pharmacy if you actually need your meds. The one off Arboles is much better. Will never go back to this location.

CVS is just like most pharmacies that I have visited in the last few years. During peak times, they are too busy and you have to wait and wait and wait. If you go to their website and confirm your order, then it is so much easier. Also, go when most people do not and you will be OK.

Absolute worst pharmacy ever. Called 2 weeks ago for a prescription to be sent out for dr. Approval and never got it. Sat on the phone listening to there music for 10 minutes on hold and then when the lady answered asked if I was Sylvia and then I said no and put me on hold again for another 5 minutes. Then when I addressed the situation at the end she hung up on me. Really rude staff. Takes forever every time Im there. Took them a million times to even get my birth control right. For the sake of the pharmacy you should look into some better employees. I would put a 0 if I could haha wow. The store is fine but the pharmacy is the absolute worst.

Worst CVS in the area. Have been lied to multiple times about costs, coverage, and pickup times. Dont waste your time here, there are many in the area and any other would be better. Im tired of my medical care suffering because of their incompetence and I will not be returning...ever.

Not only did I wait in line three times for incorrect information, I had to wait 20 minutes for a kit that is pre-packed. Just grab the kit and ring me up please but I had to wait for it and they made me wait in line again, when it was ready. I have never been to this pharmacy where I did not have to wait 20 minutes plus for a prescription. Pickup line averages 5 people whenever I come. Will be asking my doctors to send prescriptions to another location.

Not only did they send the prescription to the wrong pharmacy TWICE they opened LATE there was a line of people waiting. Ridiculous.

All the employees are great and helpful and curtious to me.

The store itself has friendly staff and I would give it a separate rating if I could. The pharmacy is problem though. Whenever my medication is set for auto refill its not ready on the day or time its supposed to be according to the mobile app. Using the automated phone system to refill is problematic too. When my prescriptions are ready I sometimes get no text alerts which I am signed up for and once an alert came in less than five minutes after I picked up my prescription.

I went to this Cvs and received the worst customer service. They dont know how the advertised extra bucks deal work and were giving me incorrect information. The supervisor Bairon was clueless and the cashier Andrea, omg she needs an attitude adjustment. When I realized that part of my purchase had an issue, I said I didnt need some items. She said I guess your not putting the items back.. Wow.. Dont go here.

It was a CVS. Expecting anything other than that is silly. The people were nice, I got what I came for.

They couldn’t find the prescription due to nobody called in.The dr. Says she talked personally to the pharmacist!This is my second similar experience.

Super disorganized, people in front of me couldn’t get their medicine because it got lost, and so did mine.

They’re extremely slow and don’t care much about customer service.

Takes too long and the store is really dirty.
