The people who work in pharmacy at this location are great.
Employee was extremely rude to my wife and kids. Will not continue to shop or support Rite Aid.
This is a good example of a neighborhood store. The Pharmacist Jae is amazing. He goes the extra mile and makes you feel like you are the only person in the world. He takes the time to talk to you and help you with whatever you need. And, at the front desk, you have Maurice, who greeted me with How nice to see you here today. I have never been greeted with such genuine kindness. I was so surprised! And delighted! This kind of customer service is unheard of today. Most people running a cash register are just surly and rude, especially in a larger city. Not so here--they are obviously kind, caring people trying to do a good job. This weeks experience made me want to come back!
Most of the time they are nice, but last week I was in there on Monday at lunch, around 2:00. Too bad they dont sell personalities there, because the guy at the register could use one. He barely acknowledged me and seemed bothered to be called as a second checker. Hopefully he was just having a not so good day.
I was in the area so I stopped in just to take a look, and I found candy that I hadnt been able to find anywhere else. The staff seemed nice, just busy stocking shelves. The checkout area was different than what I am used to but an employee came right over when I was ready to checkout.
Employees are always helpful and caring
Been calling for over two hours and nobody answers the phone. Service in general has been poor but this was critically need and of course non responsive. No wonder they have such a poor rating.
Make sure you count your pills!
I like Rite Aid Pharmacy Thousand Oaks a lot
