Went to Device Pitstop for the first time today and I’m so glad I did! The staff was so friendly and helpful setting up my new computer and answering all of my questions. It’s just nice to go to go to a shop where they don’t take advantage of your lack of computer knowledge. I’ll be back soon to get my old laptop fixed.

They fixed the problem in one day.Once before, at the beginning of summer Matthew fixed the iPhone attachment to my tripod, for free!If you are in the area, use this local business. Brought my laptop in for video issues (right screen stretched blur on Steam app). Matthew was sooo patient and helpful that he not only fixed the video problem on Steam but also fixed video problem when using newly bought ext USB webcam on ext monitor with laptop closed! I had a few issues with my phone and took it initially to a place that quoted me over 300 dollars to fix. Then as I was getting groceries one day The Device Pitstop caught my eye. The staff there were beyond helpful and friendly. They told me exactly how they could fix my issues, and even informed me I Likely had a warranty and that it could be possible to have it fixed for free through my carrier. But the employees were so knowledgeable and friendly I decided I would rather give them my business. Fixed my phone faster and for half the price of my initial quote. Locally/Family owned. Really knows their stuff! Whether looking to repair an item, selling a something you no longer need (or if its too old they are willing to recycle it for you) or buy an inexpensive refurbished phone or computer (ie; find first device that wont break the bank). Friendly, knowledgeable, and true neighbors. This is the type of place I want to support!

(Oneplus8/screen repair)Overall staff is friendly and professional they kept me updated through the process. They mentioned they havent worked on a oneplus before but still decided to take it on.Their were a couple hiccups along the way and had to return a couple times but in the end everything was made right. The phone is good as new, case wasnt marred or scratched. I recommend them and will be back for future repair.
