Unfortunately, a dismal experience. I was told switching 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon would take 20-30 minutes. It took close to 4 hours. The salesman scanned the same sim card twice, which caused the system to lock up. Then he did not accurately enter the PIN after assuring me that he tried, and then he had to swap SIM cards three separate times. I had to wait on the line with Verizon tech support for an hour while they traced the problem back to the same SIM card being scanned for two of my phones, which apparently voided the order, then another hour while they reactivated all the lines. On top of the that, the guy at the store kept me for another 30 minutes while he tried to get his system to charge me another $80 for handling fees. When I refused to pay these, he called his manager, which took another 20 minutes to have him come back and discount the fee to $28, again which I refused to pay as it was not disclosed to me prior to the transaction. They finally agreed to let me go with no handling fees. All told, I was at the store for close to 4 hours. At least the phones work, but next time, Im going straight to the Verizon store, not an authorized retailer like Go Wireless. I will say, however, that the salesman was very nice throughout, although he seemed more interested in giving me a standup comedy routine than carefully doing his job.
I went in for a phone upgrade. Lee was incredibly helpful and described everything in detail, he ordered the phone I wanted and called me right when it got there. He also told me a few things I could do to save money on my bill. When I came in to pick up my phone I was helped by him and Carlos and it was quick and very efficient. They made my time spent in the store pleasant and positive. Thanks guys!
I took my mother in to update her phone. It was 15 minutes to closing and Nate was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He was not at all clock watching and made it an effortless and smooth process. Really great customer service.

Eric at T.O. Go wireless spent 2 1/2 hours transferring everything from my old phone to my new phone. This guy is regional manager material. Give him a raise!

Very satisfied customer. I came in and Brandon was the guy to help me with my new phone and plan purchase. He was very friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a plan carrier. He was able to help me make a suitable decision for my needs. He also kept in contact to make sure if everything with my new phone was ok. Very impressed with the costumer service. Would recommend this location and his services.

This place is great, child friendly, and Marcela with such a lovely personality. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 10 plus years, my parents have been going to the Westlake store for years. I didn’t even know there was a Verizon Wireless at this mall. I will be referring all my friends and family here. Everything was explained and all our questions were answered. Thank you Marcela.

What a nightmare! I had my IPhone10 stolen so went to the nearest Verizon store which was a licensed representative (Ill only go to real Verizon from now on.) First the tattooed (and who I thought was nice) assistant told me the Iphone 11 was $700 and cheaper then replacing the 10. I later learned she charged me $760. Then she said shed give me a discount on the protective glass and charged me $40. I later learned Verizon charges $30 for the exact one. Then she set up my IPhone from my Icloud account but neglected to tell me she was charging me $20 to do so. (I would have paid it anyway but it would be nice to be informed before the deed). Then I told her I wanted to put $200 down on the balance and she somehow forgot. When I confronted her about it she said I could come in and pay it any time. I later learned the only way I could pay on the phones balance is to pay the entire thing off, not partially like she told me... the list goes on but I cant. Be wary is all Im saying
Victor Guzman is the best rep of all time! This guy took the time to transfer EVERYTHING onto my new phone. Hes a professional at what he does and Id highly recommend going to him for anything.

Ashley Leah Bahat, the manager at this location is a lier, dont trust a word that comes out her mouth. She will say anything to sell you a phone.My 9 year old daughter bought her first phone from Ashley Leah Bahat. She was so sweet to my daughter that she actually got down to on her knee to be at my daughters eye level and told her the phone she was about to buy is not only water resistant... its 100% waterproof. When my daughter asked if she could take a picture underwater with it..... she took her lie to yet another level and told her she could go scuba diving with it and take videos and there would never be any water damage. What kind of person does this to a child?What kind of employee has their vaporizer sitting up on the counter? Ashley Leah Bahat does.This is not a real Verizon store so buyer beware you will not be protected from the likes of Ashley Leah Bahat.

I can only repeat what Tanya PP already stated. Chris W told us the bill per month would be $105 (from originally $ 120 after applying a employer/company discount) including the phones. Well, the first monthly bill we got is $ 172 including a total of $1100 for two phones (to be paid over 2 years). Called the store/Chris to discuss the difference. May I call you back in 5 min, that was hours ago. Called again I am sure he has you on his call list....

I came in with my family to see what our options were about paying for a jetpack on our account we had lost Jeremy helped us out was able to save us money making the jetpack hotspot a wash ended up walking out with a brand new tablet and my daughters very first phone great experience this evening Verizon needs to step up there customer service because everyone in this store was kind and polite you can tell they knew what they were doing thank you again Jeremy we will defiantly be forever customers
I botched the purchase. My wife botched the return and exchange. However, this GoWireless premium retail store (which I always thought was a Verizon corporate store-it is not) declined to help us correct our mistakes. Verizon was unable to assist since we made the purchase at a GoWireless location.Disappointed and frustrated but lesson learned. Next time well be sure to go to an actual Verizon Wireless corporate store.

GO HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! SHADY AND DISHONEST. I went with my wife to upgrade her iPhone and ended up getting charged for $170 of extra items that the store manager claimed was included in the deal he was giving us. After further inspection on our bill, while we thought we were paying that much for the actual cost of the phone, in fact, he had signed us up for a premium verizon service as well as charged us for accessories he claimed were included in the trade-in/upgrade of the new phone.In addition, he tried to sell us on a new iPad mini, which after looking at it and doing some quick research while in the store turned out to be a four year old iPad that they were just trying to get rid of by price gauging and shady upsells.I was extremely bothered at the deception and lies going on with the store employees, especially the manager. Unfortunately, we were unable to get a refund on certain items due to Verizons sticky return policy and the fact that we relocated and were unable to go back to this authorized retailer.If you need an iPhone upgrade, just go to the Apple Store. They will help you no problem and wont upsell you and charge you hundreds of dollars for extra junk you neither need nor want. I would give these guys zero stars if that were possible.Many of the five star reviews could be bogus and paid for.
Do not, under any circumstances, go to this store. The salespeople straight up lie to your face about a product and are extremely rude when you ask them about it.My wife and I bought a screen protectant from them and were told that it has a lifetime warranty and free shipping for a replacement. I called the store to ask about something on the box, which said that the warranty was 30 days. I explained what we were initially told and how the box contradicted that. The young salesperson was very rude and kept on interrupting me, so that I didnt get a chance to finish the story. He heard part of what I said and apparently thought that was all he needed to hear. His constant sarcastic sighs annoyed me to the point where I asked for the manager. He then claimed that there was no manager and no one else to talk to. Thats when I hung up.The replacement was free but the salesmans ill-mannered attitude is enough to make sure that I will never go to this store again. The replacement also cost 5 dollars and the person who initially sold this product to us lied about it. Clearly, this is not the only complaint against this store. They really need to fire their rude staff members.
