I used to come here more often, but the Prime shoppers are EVERYWHERE. It makes the shopping experience very unpleasant when one has to do a constant slalom around them and their carts. I live halfway between the Oxnard and T.O. stores, so I use the Oxnard store more often these days. Maybe there should be a separate facility just for Prime shoppers, so the rest of us could actually enjoy browsing in the store.

Looks like things are slowly getting back to normal here. The salad bar is looking great, the produce looks great. Its a doing very well in spite of all the challenges.

This location in Thousand Oaks is probably the worst Whole Foods location in the area. Comparing this T.O. Whole Foods to the other locations at Oxnard, Tarzana & Porter Ranch, its almost not worth the visit.

The store is going through a massive remodeling. Every staff is working hard to keep the store clean. Cashiers can be more friendly but what can I say. Camt wait till they are finished with the remodeling !

I went around 8PM on a Saturday night. The crowd here is rather small and mostly couples doing some dinner and a movie prepping. The sushi selection is usually pretty bare at the end of the day, but the meats are more then plentiful. All of the prepackaged sliced cheese with several days old which unfortunately for me doesn’t work since I’m out of the house for days on end for work. The prices are normal and the courtesy counter is always willing to help out backed up checkout lanes. Staff is friendly but sparse as they normally are restocking. Overall smaller selection compared to other Whole Foods locations but I’ll happily trade that for the larger crowds.

Corrie at the hot pizza/fresh food section is super nice! He went out of his way and should be recognized

Decent Whole Foods, not the biggest, not the smallest. The part that really subtracts points is all the stupid prime shoppers. They outnumber customers.

Whole foods as usual, great selection but high prices, I only buy things I cant find elsewhere since they usually cost more unless they are on sale +prime discount

First time at the store. Was filled with shelves of goodies, we were there to return something ordered on line and will return to fully check out all food, the deli and the take out food. Cant wait.

They installed new freezer doors! I much prefered the former, more casual freezer doors! Selection of vegan meat replacers is better at Lassens. Few vegan choices in general. Parking lot had a space available near the front which was nice. Helpful and friendly staff!

I love the guys who work in the butcher area they are always super helpful! this last time I lucked out and got shrimp plus Oysters and they shocked them too. Is it the cheapest place ? Nope but this location has the nicest staff in the area for sure!!!!

Clean and clearly marked for social distancing as you wait in checkout lines. They had a good supply of what I went in there to buy. At checkout, both the cashier and the person who bagged my groceries were friendly and efficient.

This is now the third time I have driven from Simi Valley to this location only to have purchased expired products. I became extremely ill after Mother’s Day when my family used product we had purchased the day before and I had to go to urgent care. Next time it was the Mayo. This place is not healthy and needs to be checked to ensure they’re in compliance with health standards

This Whole Foods is definitely on the low end compared to the many others I’ve been to. Everything seems very cramped. Constantly don’t have the items I need in stock. Just seems a bit dirtier in comparison. I went to grab a loaf of bread on one trip, and there was water all over multiple bags. I even had one trip when the checker and bagger were gossiping with each other and didn’t even acknowledge me once except to ask if I needed any bags. Not even a “hello”. Considering just making the drive to the newer Porter Ranch location instead.

Beware! Ad showed NY Strip steaks on sale for Prime members. I bought them but evidently they were the wrong NY Strip steaks and I was charged $22/pound! Wont be going back there to shop!

This WF has been overtaken by Amazon shoppers. If you are concerned about COVID DO NOT SHOP HERE.The Amazon shoppers do not follow safe distancing protocols- several different people reached over and crowded me in the aisles. There were at least 8 shopper per aisle. I know they are times, but they definitely need to have more respect for other people in the store. Will not be returning to shop here.WF managers should enforce the rules and not be Amazon sellouts. This place is a nightmare.

I love Whole Foods! They have a great variety of products. While some are not available; theres still plenty of options to choose from. Also, they did a good job at setting up a safe queue while you wait for the cashier to call you after they clean the whole area. Theyre doing their part to help stop COVID-19.

Salad bar food was old and expensive

Please somebody tell me that it’s not a worm in my sword fish steak!!UPD: when I contacted support I was told that those worms are not dangerous if I cook it well. They didn’t return my money coz I didn’t have an original receipt but bar code only and told me to go to the store ( which is 20 mins away from me). I never keep food receipts and definitely won’t drive 20 mins to receive 12 dollars back, but the way how this store handling issue is unacceptable. They really don’t care and this is sad. Especially when they recommend you just cook meet with a worm and enjoy it.

Very clean and well kept store. All employees are clearly adhering to recommended procedures regarding covid-19. The vast majority of customers wear masks so I would consider it a fairly safe place to shop during these trying times.

Its a smaller Whole Foods but still a large selection. The prices are always a bit high but thats what Whole Foods is all about. My only problem here is that the butternut squash soup with really stringy not smooth as you would expect. But healthy options abound everywhere in the store. And like I said before just make sure of the soups before you purchase them. Also in this age of the virus they dont have any hot food and the jelly is extremely Limited.

Amazon has basically ruined Whole Foods Market. Almost every person who I have spoken to agrees. This was a higher end, specialty grocery store that had a deli with freshly prepared food, a sushi bar, bakery, florist, etc. Amazon took all that away. Amazon shoukd stay out of the food retail business:((

Have a great experience everytime I go there. Their meat dept, is excellent with good selection of meats.. Amazon has some of the most helpful employees working this store. Very happy I found a market with great employees and many choices for a healthier lifestyle.

One of my first times shopping since everything has gone down.Little bit of a wait, but all of the staff were working hard to keep things clean and safe.Not a whole lot of out of stocks either. ...I had never been to this location, but I think Id stop by again sometime.

I love Whole Foods! Its expensive in some areas but for me paying $2.99 for organic almond milk is a real deal. Also if youre a Prime member you get extra savings. Who doesnt love that?!

Several favorite items are not being carried anymore: quinoa cakes (deli); Schmidts lime toothpaste; mochi; Acure shampoo w pumpkin; beets (deli).

I love this place! The employees are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful!!! They will drop whatever they are doing to help you find a product in the store. They have very fresh food and produce. It is a little more expensive than a traditional grocery store, but the quality of the product is so much higher. Id rather pay a few dollars more than settle for inferior products just because its cheaper. Five stars all day!!

Great service, spotless, and you pay for it. BBQ meat section (cooked ribs, brisket, chicken) at the deli consistently dried out and stale -- they need a different way to hold them than heat lamps.

I like this store. Very helpful and nice staff. Mike in the fish department is my favourite. He is the only honest one in that department.

I love the smoothies at this whole foods, theyre made quickly, theyre delicious, and the ingredients are so fresh theyll even let you pick your own produce. AND theyre $2 cheaper than the smoothies at local smoothie establishments (and somehow better).I would give this place 5 stars, were it not for the lack of check out lanes open sometimes - its difficult for me to buy some things for dinner and check out and get back to work. But thats only sometimes.Overall the staff is very friendly and they have a great selection and again SMOOTHIES :)

Great place to grab lunch. It still remains a bit our of my league for regular groceries but I love to get their fresh meat and seafood when I have extra money.

Great customer service and location. However the parking is a nightmare. I heard they had Amazon lockers installed and wanted to check them out. These are conveniently located at the front of the store inside on the left hand side. Im so pleased to find these and intend to use them for securely delivering my packages from Amazon.

Their standard grocery isles are okay, but the ready made food looked like complete garbage besides the sushi ladies who had a very nice display. salad was welted. food looked like it had been out since 9 am, and all the employees were just talking their lives away . OXNARD has a waaaaaay better store and totally worth the drive.

Pretty pricey, and be careful with what you order. if it is prepared food they might not give you what you ask for. also, the mexican food prepared section is almost always out of ingredients. it is a good one stop shop for all types of foods though and great for vegans.

I had the worst experience today at Whole Foods in TO. Id ordered 3 roasted turkeys and a ham for a work party today. When I arrived they had 3 raw turkeys and a cold ham waiting for me. It was a fiasco. The holiday meal pick-up line was a disaster, several other customers were confused and irritated. The staff were not apologetic at all about my raw Turkey problems and lack food for my party. They insinuated that Id made the order incorrectly even though I called to confirm everything Thursday and even asked if they could slice the Turkey for me to make serving easier (they said they could only do whole). Anyways, I was very disappointed with the order mix-up and even more so with the customer service I received. It was surprising and I was expecting to treat my staff with an amazing lunch but ended up bringing them 9 roasted chickens from Costco an hour late for the party. :(

Everything you can want to purchase at a healthful full market, a large turnover of fresh food so it is all fresh, the best meat and fish, foods for many diets including additive free, gluten free, soy free, and antibiotics, pesticides and herbicides free. Specialty deli, cheeses, prepared foods, foods to go, bakery, fruit and vegetables, and unique beverages. Vitamins, minerals, other supplements, and even clothing.

I dont shop at Whole Foods as much as I used to, and certainly less since Amazon took over, but I did go last Saturday morning to try the breakfast buffet. It was a disappointment. I couldve done better by having my own breakfast at home with items purchased from Trader Joes. I went hoping to have some scrambled eggs with turkey or chicken sausage, and maybe some fruit and specialty bread like pumpkin, banana, or zucchini bread or similar. They had the scrambled eggs, Ill give them that. It pretty much ended there. For anything like a bread, GF or not, all they had were a couple of skinny biscuits. There was no butter or margarine to eat them with let alone jams or fruit butters. There was no fruit-side and the only side-meat-type option was pork--and two basins of it, I think one in the form of bacon and one of ham slices. So there were no options for non-pork eaters or even vegetarians, like a Morningstar sausage. I opted for oatmeal thinking they couldnt do that wrong but I like to eat it with butter, just like my biscuits (not gravy, which they had. I guess they think everyone wants biscuits with gravy). I went over to the pizza-sandwich counter and a guy there was nice enough to give me a couple of cold butter pats. Of course when they are chilled you cant spread it, so that was a bit of a loss too. My husband likes their coffee but I will pass on breakfast there next time and either go somewhere else or make my own.

They dont call it Whole-paycheck ft. Or nothing. Always a yummy selection and often stocked with items hard to find elsewhere. Caters to healthy prepared items wich is nice when traveling, its a go to. 🥦🍠💚👍🏼

Decent craft beer selection. Ive gotten lucky a few times while there and picked up some rare samples of stuff I would never expect to find in a place like Whole Foods. People there are friendly and helpful, plus they carry Bitchin Sauce, which I cant live without these days. The only negative is the smallish parking lot and they always seem to have a donation table positioned outside the store which tends to rub me the wrong way. I have no problem with charity, but Im careful about vetting who I give my money to because Ive encountered plenty of scams as well as some legit organization that fund things I would never in a million years support.

I get groceries and smoothies at this Whole Foods weekly and it’s always a good experience. But last weekend, Jacob went above and beyond. I went there with a group of 4 getting my usual smoothie, but also looking for a breakfast sandwich. Jacob caught me looking around and mentioned sometimes they have them, but if they didn’t, he would custom make them for my group and me. He worked with what he had and made us all better breakfast sandwiches than you could find anywhere else. I find at this Whole Foods, there plenty of employees like Jacob that go above and beyond. Cheers!
