I have a very good experience shopping at Vons..staffs are all friendly and helpful,,especially their manager..Michelle Brown...they always greet and treat you nice...very accommodating..good people

Honestly cannot say one bad thing about this place. Every section of the store is well stocked and the workers there are very courteous and helpful. Most importantly I noticed in Dairy they make sure to rotate their items frequently as to avoid spoilage. They have some great people there!

The cashiers are very friendly. Almost every time I go there I get overcharged. Not that stores fault, but the mobile app they have. It doesnt always give me the price that its supposed to be and I always have to go back.

I had to visit the day before Christmas, so there was a very large line outside. I was surprised how quickly the line moved because of how efficient the staff were. Inside was crowded but for the most part people managed to stay away from each other, and mass are required. I was able to find most items I was looking for with ease. I kind of had to hunt for the sake though.

My local vons where I go to food and meds they even have a wellsfargo bank inside

This location of Vons is really great! This is the second time that someone has saved me a bunch of money (almost $25.00 this time) just because I asked for help. Plus, the person was really polite and courteous. Love this place!

Vons has been very covid compliant with their practices. There are public restrooms and a variety of items from produce, makeup, vitamins to fresh deli sandwiches..they have an on-site pharrmacy and a variety of vitamins, homeade soaps and supplements. The staff are helpful and friendly. Everyone seemed to work together for the benefit of the customer. I really enjoy this store a lot.

Other than Trader Joes of the Chain grocery stores, Vons is my favorite. They are usually very clean, well priced and friendly service. This one in particular is extreme you know those good points above. In particular I like when you go into the right he is the deli counter was very qualified people.

First time since September Ive been in pain since my fall winter with my Walker I forgot about that stand in line and wait for register but they help me out to my car so I was grateful for that I need to hook up with some type of online shopping or something oh well

One of the nicer Vons I have ever been in. Clean, well lit, decently large, good selection of all of the stuff you would expect to find at a Vons (or any major grocery store). I noticed they were running a number of store-specific specials too, which was nice! Friendly staff as well, no complaints. If you need a grocery store in Thousand Oaks, this one is a safe bet.

Nice store with great staff. The lines were long, but I went in the middle of a Saturday afternoon so thats to be expected. I had never been to this Vons before and I didnt have a hard time finding everything I needed.

This Vons has great, cheerful and knowledgeable customer service. The store is stocked adequately, staffed with great people, and is very sanitary and strict with the pandemic season here. Jenn Iino, in the Starbucks kiosk, was absolutely a joy and efficiently made my coffee as well! I actually look forward to going into Vons nowadays!

Always treated very well by the staff. High quality fruits and vegetables. Shopping carts have cup holders - Im always drinking coffee or water, so its a helpful value add. Pharmacy and Starbucks in store. Good quality bakery and flowers. Recent tenant improvements done.

The CASHIERS are always very friendly and I am so glad that all the employees adhere to and enforce the new safety rules that keep everyone safe 💙

Royce at the deli!!! Such a nice guy. I don’t normally go to Vons but I’m very happy with the service compared to Ralph’s. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my food, and even rung me up at the deli register while most deli people shoo you away to the checkout lines. Positive attitude for the win!

Some items are overpriced. The produce is good but sometimes I find the same brand at another store for less

Vons Bakery has the best croissants, golden, flaky, yum! Their white frosting is better than any bakery Ive been, and certainly better than any name brand frosting.Which leads me to their cakes! Vons cakes are so moist, flavoursome, and fresh tasting, you have to try if you havent.Basically, you cant go wrong going to Vons Bakery for all your baked goods.

Great Vons store with everything you need. A Starbucks is inside as well along with a Redbox for the movie lovers. They recently remodeled the store and updated some old shelf space. I dont venture to the deli foods but everything is still fresh and clean.
