Great plant selection! A lot of really cool plants from local nurseries. They also have great end of the year sales going on.

If you got the $$$ these people got your hardware needs covered.Extremely well stocked with just about anything you could wish for but it comes at a price. Im going to say a single sheet of 3/4 ACX plywood would run you near $75! HELL, HOME DEPOT GETS $11 for a stick if #2 or better 2 x 4 x 8foot. The entire country is being squeezed like a Florida Naval orange.

This store was an Osh prior to ACE.I am so glad it is still a great place to shop and find what you need without having to deal with the big stores.I always find what I need.

Nice alternative to Home Depot, and the place to go for that hard to find nut,bolt or bit of hardware. I really like there customer incentive mailers and helpful staff.

This place is just like what Orchard Supply Hardware was, but in red. The quality of materials is a little bit better than the quality at Home Depot, although the difference isnt usually worth spending more money. Maybe you need a wooden board that has to be absolutely perfect– Ace Hardware can help you. If youre looking to build an entire fence, then maybe you should go to Home Depot.

Great products and pricing, the staff is also very professional and friendly. I stop in to by tools or supplies weekly.

ANGELA helped us in the paint department and helped us SO MUCH. The color of the paint ended up being a bit too pink on my wall and she was able to change the color to make It less pink, it’s now stunning and I can’t wait to paint my walls, she went over the top with helping me get the color I wanted, thank you Angela!!!!

Staff are friendly. Selection is decent but dont expect as wide a variety as a big box hardware store.

They have most everything a typical hw store might carry. The best part is how helpful and knowledgeable the staff are. This is my goto store when I dont want to drive to Home Depot or Lowes. Being a smaller chain, prices are a bit higher.

I so miss OSH! The selection at Ace isn’t even close sadly. I have lost count of how many times I’ve gone there for something simple and, in my experience, common only to find they don’t carry it. Most recent was no VOC paint, plain white. I have decided I won’t go there again w/o calling first to ask if they have what I need.

Always helpful underpaid employees with higher prices. Corporate greed at 12.50 an hour.

I am so glad that Ace took the spot of OSH after it went out. Its a nice store and a great place to grab those things you need for your weekend DIY projects. If its a more involved project, though, youll probably need to hit one if the big stores or a specialty place.

It’s a nice location where OSH used to be. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they have everything you need. Their prices come at a premium though, if you compare item to item, Lowe’s and Home Depot are cheaper. If you need the convenience, then this place will work for you.

Local hardware stores are indispensable for the DIYers. What used to be our nearest OSH is now Ace Hardware. With fresh coats of paint, updated store layout, it continues to provide what the big block stores cant, a quick in and out for that one tiny part you need without getting sucked into hours of traversing and getting distracted by giant warehouse full of everything you might need/want for your Nth projects (unless of course you enjoy that sort of things, but what about the project you need to finish now? Hey, I just get distracted!). Anyway, friendly staff, well organized and and stocked, save yourself some time and get back on your project! Oh, and the occasional $5 off coupons are nice, too!

Great spot. Very local hardware store feel from a national chain. Only negatives are it can take a while to get help out in the isles and its up to you to notate how much the smaller items cost ( nuts, bolts, etc.).

Went shopping there for the first time today. Workers where friendly helpful and store had a nice set up. But here where it gets interesting. My friend checked out before me and waited outside the door with her items in cart paid for.A note the store had no bags for merchandise as we where told. No big deal, ok. As my friend waited outside she was approached by a employee asking if she had paid for her items. My friend replied yes I did and would like to see her receipt, the employee replied, no that’s ok. After I checked out and walked out with my items with no bag the same employee kept hovering over my friend as if she stolen her items in her basket. The employee even made a second attempt to ask if she had paid by asking her, so you got that purse and my friend just simply replied yes I paid for it you can check with lady who rang me up. Then the employee saw me approaching and dropped her curiosity and took of shopping cart and we left. This employee made my friend feel singled out. We observed several customers leaving the store with items in shopping carts with no bags but the same employee did not approach them with the same question. I feel this could of been handled differently by that employee and you know who you are, without making my friend feeling uncomfortable and singled out. Weather it was by the way we dressed or the color of our skin or she just had it in for us the moment we walked into the store I don’t know. The fact that she let her judgement get the best of her, because after all it was not our fault the store didn’t have shopping bags upon check out. I will visit this store again and see if they have improved their customer service and employee training. This is why I gave it only three stars. Good luck on your visit. I will pray for that employee and hope she does not judge people by their cover.

The store is clean and well maintained. The layout is logical, but if you do find yourself lost there is always a staff member willing to help you out.

A gem of a store. Probably the cleanest hardware store Ive ever been in. Being a general contractor Ive seen a ton of construction supply stores and if I could, Id only come here.

Fast and easy stop for fencing boards but they were expensive!

Love Ace Hardware! Theyre so friendly & helpful. Each employee knows where everything is at & if they dont theyll find out. Unlike the Big Box Hardware stores where each employee is assigned an area but can NEVER tell me where anything is. Try Ace, youll be pleasantly surprised!

Went to look at their tool section looking for the tool backpacks and found a couple of them one Milwaukee and the other a CLC, also noticed a great selection of hand tools complete with a welding section got a hobby hacksaw and blades the employes that came across me all aked if there was anything they could help me with very helpfull staff. Then i made my way to their huge grilling section, Weber, Traeger, also saw the big green egg for the very first time! Got a couple of accessories!

The workers here are really nice and seem like theyre actually willing to help whenever you need it. And if you dont need them, they let you shop Without lingering over you or following you around.

Newly opened location, nice looking store! Seems to be well stocked with a variety of the usual items found at any local hardware store. Was needing some assistance in plumbing and found someone rather quick to help, they were a huge help in finding everything I needed!!! Would shop here again anytime I needed anything and was in the area!!!

The girl who checked us out was super helpful and sweet, but the boys in the paint department, though helpful, kept walking away before he was finished helping us. It was very rude.

Went in for some plumbing parts and needed assistance/advice. A gentleman there helped figure out my problem and gave me detailed instructions and tips on how to accomplish what I needed to do. Great to have nice knowledgeable people close by when you need the help.

First I wanted to welcome the ACE to our neighborhood. I am happy to see a local hardware store open again. I love their customer service and very organized store and friendly staff.

Everytime i go here there a few employes that are rude but one in particular. There a chubby white lady with red hair . She is always rude and talks to me in a bad tone.. i keed going cuz is near my house. Otherwise i would had stop shopping there.

Oh I would love to share with you about the new Ace Hardware store in Thousand Oaks beautiful store very nice but I was looking around in there today super expensive everything there is not one thing that I would want in there no thank you Ill never be back its super expensive and I dont know how long they signed their least four but I cant see them there over three years maybe even two Josh was better it was less expensive people are looking not to pay that much for stuff you overcharged weigh much so even though I had a coupon there wasnt one thing in there that I wanted no thank you Ace Hardware on Arboles in Thousand Oaks you can keep all your stuff

Was just a quick visit to pick up a few things. If I did not know better, I would have thought I was in OSH, which ACE replace. I have not explored ACE to see what improvements there are. Hence, 4stars.
