Easily the best shipping experience I have ever had! I brought in a very large and bulky pressure washer that needed to be returned. Heather was so helpful and packaged and took care of everything so nicely! Even went the extra distance to suggest she make a copy of my return form for me to hold on to. This is how customer service should be and they have a customer for life over here! THANK YOU! A++++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the little mail store right by my house, it’s in my little neighborhood shopping center. I have been going to these guys for years. The customer service you get is amazing. They always go above and beyond to help you with any of your needs. I highly recommend coming in!!

I normally don’t write reviews... but really felt the need after my experience. I like going to this particular mail etc location ., The owner Heather is always very pleasant. Today I went and was helped by Amber it was a few minutes before closing. She was friendly and took the time to answer my sending questions. As I left I realized I complete a form, that I had mailed incorrectly. I immediately called, Amber answer and took the time to wait while I corrected the issue. I was still able to get it out today. That was excellent customer service!! Amber saved me, Thank you so much!!!😊 because of this I will continue using and referring this location! 👍

For some reason this place will not give you a receipt when you drop off a UPS package. If you value a receipt when you drop off a package, you might want to go to a different place that would give you one.

Worst experience ever! Stay Away! I should have read the reviews before I trusted this place with my business.After a local Postal Annex went out of business and I lost my virtual mailbox, I was forced to find an alternative. The Mail Center seemed like a great option, but turned out to be a terrible decision. With a virtual mailbox, I am supposed to be notified when mail arrives. I had multiple pieces of mail sent there and I was never once notified that I had mail. In fact, I went to the location multiple times, knowing that something should have been received, for them to tell me that I had nothing. Then I would go the next day and be told that nothing had been received but then after much protesting, the employee would miraculously find it. That song and dance happened on multiple occasions. VERY VERY FRUSTRATING. I also had multiple packages sent with tracking and the tracking showed that they denied the package. But when I confronted the store, they of course denied this happened. Out of frustration, I even at one point ask to speak to a manager and I was told by one of the employees that they manage themselves. Really?The Mail Center is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I am surprised that they are even still in business. If I could give them less than one star I would! If you need mail service in Thousand Oaks, stay away from this place! You have been warned!

I’d like to thank one of the sweet employees for saving me $200! Back in June I used The Mail Center to ship back a broken cable box to Frontier. The girl working (I don’t remember her name but I think she had vibrant colored hair and a nose ring) specifically told me to hang onto my tracking receipt because she has heard of Frontier making claims that customers do not return their equipment. Sure enough I was charged $200 on my last bill for a nonreturn BUT thanks to her I was able to call and give the tracking info proving it was In fact successfully shipped back to them!

This shop is one of the best places i have been to mail wise, i do not have any to wait an half an hour at the post office for some flat rate box that is probably going to be lost or stolen anyways. I Will admit that the shipping prices are high but i relised after driving to every place around that they were the same. A new guy at the center help me and he took some time but he was a great help and was very nice, he asked me how my day was and was a all around good person as is most of the people there!

Very welcoming, helpful and comfortable environment!! One of the new staff members made shipping a cinch. I was completely unprepared, but luckily they taped up the box for me and shipped it out no problem! Would definitely come back for my future shipping en devours.

If you are considering a Virtual Mailbox... specifically the company called Anytime Mailbox at this Mail Center store... RUN, RUN, RUN. Stay awaaaaaay from this place! Its taken years off my life. My husband and I heard about these Virtual Mailbox Services -- We came across Anytime Mailbox in T.O. -- its run by these people at The Mail Center -- there were zero reviews, this was October 2017 however there was Anytime Mailbox in Hancock Park and those reviews were excellent. So we went to the T.O. location in The Mail Center. We signed up for Anytime Mailbox. WHAT A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE MISTAKE WE MADE. These people that work there have ZERO attention to detail, and even less concern about Customer Service. They are great at excuses tho, thats for sure. Anytime Mailbox is a Virtual Mailbox service, a simple and efficient paperless concept -- your mail gets SCANNED each day, and you (the customer) can view it online, from anywhere in the world, and then just check a box for each piece to have it forwarded to you, or deleted. These people couldnt handle those simple tasks. Our scanner is down. We hired a new guy to scan all the mail, and he didnt show up. Weve been really busy at the store. It was a NIGHTMARE because they had custody of our mail! When we realized they had NO INTEREST OR ABILITY to follow the scanning system... we simply asked (BEGGED) them to forward all the mail to us, once a week. That was a disaster. Too much to ask. My rental property had its water shut off, because I need got the Late Notice... that cost me so much grief AND a $100 Re-Connect Fee. And when wed finally receive the huge manilla envelope with all our mail (I remind you, the whole reason one pays for a Virtual Mailbox Service is because one chooses NOT to receive all the paper mail), when wed finally receive the batch of mail, sometimes we also received another customers mail! By mistake! Surprise... surprise... We were Box #B-01 and wed receive the Fergusons mail, I think they were Box #B-05... so wed have to send that mail BACK to The Mail Center. Need I say more? Dont go there. Dont even buy a postage stamp from them. They are BAD and dont deserve your business. So anyway finally, after months of figuring out our new plan... and months of manually changing the address on absolutely everything we receive (we hope!)... yesterday I walked into The Mail Center and terminated our account with Anytime Mailbox. I also asked the young guys who work there, to please have the Owner call me. You guessed it. The Owner didnt call. He doesnt give a damn. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTIME MAILBOX in Thousand Oaks! Youve been WARNED.

This place does not even deserve one star and I pray to g-d that it gets shut down!If I could pick one place to write a bad review for every single day of my life it would be this place and I highly suggest anybody to sue them in court and buy that location out. They are so rude and they do not deserve any money at all for the horrible customer service and lack of empathy for Miss conducted business on their end which costed me over three hours of my hard work!

This Mail Center is a treasure! The owner was funny, helpful, and extremely polite. They have EVERYTHING a person would need and it is unusually organized and clean! I needed papers notarized, paperwork faxed and xeroxed color copies of additional flyers. Ill be back for a custom house key. Afterwards I picked up groceries from Trader Joes in the same shopping center. Cant get sweeter than that.Thank you Rob. ~ diane

All Ive ever used this place for is to drop off packages for UPS that already where packed and labeled. Never had a problem, however if there is a line it can be slow because there usually is only ever one person working at a time.

Terrible place. I dropped off a labeled UPS package on a Tuesday, and it didnt get into the UPS system until Friday. Sat there for 4 days. Later went to drop off a package for USPS, with a return label in place and they charged me a dollar for the privilege. Last week a friend took his new Medicare card to have it laminated, and the kid there didnt know how to use the machine and ended up destroying his card.

This is a terrible store I called the place to see if they would return something I bought there and when I got there said I couldnt return it. Waste of time, everything is overpriced anyway. Dont use this store.

Beware! !The mail center has a new owner. That guy is SHADY. He does not honor legal contracts, accuses customers of being liars, and charge huge postage margin.Take your business elsewhere!(Why is there no ZERO STAR option??)
