The rudest worst customer service I encountered. I think is the owners job to train his workers how to be professional & helpful to there customers but I think those employees are mimicking there boss. Those children need to be trained to behave well because most people are expecting professionalism nothing more.Maybe the owner & his children employed need to get some classes on how to be mannered & well spoken to others. What a disappointment.

Genuinely surprised to see some of the low reviews here. Ive used this place for 3+ years to send sales samples for my company on a regular basis. Ive also dropped off a ton of Amazon returns and some other personal stuff. Theyve always been great. I ship all over SoCal, theyve always been good with timelines, accuracy, and they are pretty fast too. They usually get me taken care of and on my way.

It would be nice to have a UPS Store so close, if they were in the least reliable. As had happened a couple of times previously, I arrived at 4:17pm to drop off a package to find it closed.The store supposedly closes at 6:30pm, but it was already closed, more than two hours ahead of schedule! The chain partition was in the down position behind the locked door, which could only mean they were indeed closed for the day. Again, I wasted my time driving there.Needless to say, I now had to drive an additional 20 minutes to the other side of town, as the package absolutely had to get dropped off by today.As I stated earlier, it would be nice to have a reliable store so close to my house, but going forward Ill just drive the extra 20 minutes to the store with an actual predictable schedule.

Used their notary services twice. Team is really friendly, efficient and knows their stuff. The notaries are not there all the time, so call ahead if you need this service.

Im absolutely in shock. I walk in to be greeted by an unprofessional manager ( azam? ) I think was his name. He is rude, snappy and absolutely berates me when I ask him if a paper mailing slip is cheaper than a box. I was so stunned that I received this treatment.. for asking a question? Well, it gets better. This manager then tells me that he hopes to never see me in the UPS again. Mind you, all I did was ask a question, politely? I dont know what this manager was going through, but he was rude to the lady before me as well. There I am shaking at the register because I dont even know what to say and he is still making rude comments to me. Save yourself the anxiety attack and steer clear :(

We walked in and handed the person behind the counter our glass items to pack and ship. They said they would be able to assure that the items would arrive intact. The shipping and packing was high, but it gave insurance by UPS. The items arrived broken and wrapped, showing that they had been broken in the UPS Store and wrapped broken and placed inside of the box within other pieces shipped. The owner or manager refuses to reply to the UPS Customer Service. The items most likely were broken shortly after we left the building, and then wrapped, shipping as the same. Poor integrity, poor responsibility and if possible, negative star rating. Unacceptable actions. We were limited to only this location at the time we had for shipping. Should have taken the risk and placed in luggage for airlines to mangle. No offer to cover insurance, nor responsibility.

Called to inquire about returning an item back to the vendor. Service representative was very short with me and then when I asked a follow up question, the staff member interrupted me, placed me on hold, never returned. Needless to say, won’t bother going in.

I will never return to this store again. An employee made an error on paperwork for a package, resulting in me paying a ridiculous amount in fees which cost more than the package is worth. They wont make it right and will not correct the issue.

Went there today & the lady with the long dark hair was very rude. She lacks any type of customer service training. Fortunately, there are plenty of other UPS stores & mail centers. I would definitely skip this one. I wish I had the reviews. They would have less than 1.7 since we have to give them at least one star.

Ive never had trouble here... I cant imagine what the complaints are about.... Yea it cost me a lot to open a mailbox but I really have no choice as I dont have a residential address at the moment. The lady I deal with often has always been quick to help me and has always been friendly. I opened my box on 3-27-18 and has been a smooth process so far. :-)

DO NOT SHIP FROM HERE!!! I tried to ship a bike from here to Houston and was told it would take 4 days. It took 1 MONTH to arrive. Then when I called and asked for a refund I was told it would take 2 weeks for a refund check to arrive. It’s been 3 weeks and they still have not even processed the refund. This location is unprofessional and terrible at customer service. Use a different location or use Fedex.

They are definitely not out to save you any money! I tried to mail a car repair manual and they wanted to charge me $12+ for something that would have been $3.12 media mail. Dont expect helpful or cost saving advice. They wont even sell postage. CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL!

Overall horrible experience. I was sending roughly 10 papers to Mexico. I asked the lady if they will deliver to that location. She said yes but didnt seem sure of her answer. She asked if they were important papers so I can make copies of them. That made me feel uneasy and I should have cancelled the whole process at that time. There was a line behind me so I just left it as it. Had already paid, took my receipt and left. Dont recall the timeframe given but it was something like 7-10 days. 2 weeks pass by and no delivery. It was Dec 31 when I sent it so I thought it would be delayed because of the new year. Couple days later I called the location. A lady asked for the tracking number and said it was a usps tracking number. I told her I went to ups and paid them to deliver it. She said it was being delivered through the postal service. If I wanted the postal service to take is I would have gone to the post office myself and not paid ups for a service they did not provide. If this is what ups does(hands off the shipment to usps) the person taking my package should have said so from the beginning. Took 24 days to deliver a couple pieces of paper. Lesson learned.

Woman on the phone last week was short and rude. Thought twice about going in but did anyway. Women in the shop seemed put out by customers and had to be urged out of back room. Help from the one that actually served me was surly. I definitely interrupted them. There are other UPS venues in this area. Don’t need to return. I’m a senior and do not want to feel I’m pleading for assistance

I have been going to this UPS store for 10 years. I will never go back. Usually, there are young women working there. While not great service they have always been polite. On Monday, March 19, I dealt with a man (no name tag) dark complexion, shaved head, black hoodie. He was surly, made me wait at the counter while he played on his phone. He told me I had to put my properly wrapped package in a box three times its size so he could fit the two mailing stickers on it...I have never had to do this before. He charged me an extra 4.49 for the over sized box. I am a small business owner and wish the owner of this business realized he is loosing money because of this awful employee!
