Awful car dealer. Sold me a complete lemon that I almost went broke trying to fix. Avoid this guy at all costs. After buying a $8k car I soon learned it needed almost double that in repairs to function. I had to sell it for 3k as it was barely drivable after six months. I wouldnt trust him with insurance either for that matter. Buyer be warned
