What a huge disappointment! As a recent widow, who knows nothing about cars, I thought I would finally buy a brand-new vehicle from a higher-end dealership so that my family wouldnt have to worry about any car issues. I bought my $60K+ car from this dealership 15 days ago. 3 days ago a service light/issue came up. Im on day 3 of calling to get help. Left messages...no return calls....just sat on hold for 16 minutes to talk with a manager. Nothing. Left ANOTHER message! Theyre happy to sell you a car. Not so concerned about follow-through. Buyer Beware.

The sales team was friendly and welcoming. The salesman walked me through the features of the vehicle I was interested in and explained delivery times and needed items to reserve a vehicle. He offered an ability to test drive what they had, including my secondary choice.

If you have $100k + burning a hole in your pocket, go grab a new Rover. They are awesome. Washington square is a way better location than their previous downtown. Much more room and way easier to get to and around.

My first visit to the new location, absolutely AWESOME!! Such a nice facility. Everyone seems to be so excited to be in such a cutting edge facility. I have been a very happy Land Rover owner and known this very capable crew since 1999. Congratulations Dan, Randy, Bjorn, Scott, Kim, Sal and Nate.
