Watch out of the guy named Jackson, I had couple of watches engraved and there was visible scratches afterwards, with no apologies, he just mentioned in cold manner that I can return the watch, not even checking if there are stocks and just mentioned there were no stock for replacement, very bad service. Not to mention that they are not entertaining customers. The store was closed before 6pm despite having closing time of 7pm. The reason is they are understaff, which is hard to believe as there are three staff with very few customers. I am very disappointed on the treatment we received by the staff, particularly Jason ( keep out from him, white guy with curl hair)

This a a great store! The associates Isaiah and Jackson are very attentive and stayed on top of customer service for me. They kept me satisfied as a customer and I can not wait to go back and grab a watch and wallet!! Thanx guys’

Friendly staff and great selection of products. Covid-19 distancing is very loosely maintain once you enter the store. I guess, it also depends on the guest(s)/customer(s) to maintain the distance.

Fossil store has very fine collection of watches for both Men and Women under $60. In case you want to go a little above then that, they are a sure surprise. Amazing range with an option to engrave in it anything that you like for free. If one is lucky, they can also get free couple of watch straps

Visited this store in Jersey Shore Outlet Malls and the experience was really great. Bought 2 watches during the Thanksgiving week when there were some good deals and offers. In fact the watches were so good and loved them. Will definitely visit again if needed

Quick on sale item was in and out in 5 minutes

Very bad experience while shopping here. My boyfriend and I were taking a look at watches and I guess you’re not able to walk into this store unless you plan on buying something??because one of the associates (I’m not sure his name but he was an African American male) was extremely obnoxious and pushy pretty much demanding that my boyfriend try on a watch to the point that he was being flat out rude. It was so uncomfortable to say the least and we decided to leave. Word of advice to management: give your associates proper training on how to sell and maybe people would want to return to your store. My boyfriend and I will not be returning.

Jessica, a bad sales person at the store.There was a sales women who looks fat and white. She is a totalLiar... During the billing, she said she typed my email address to send me a copy of the receipt. She never typed the email address. She was pretending to be typing my email address. If I remember it correct the sales person name is Jessica. I am a huge fan of Fossil, however sales person like these would keep me away from coming to this store again. Its been 4 days since I got a watch from that store and I dont have any receipt.

Very disappointed with this store. The cashier asked me for ID twice and he wouldn’t ask other customers for ID’s as he probably thought I’m ilegal because I’m Hispanic and he thought maybe I wasn’t the owner of my credit card. So I realized that he wasn’t asking other customers for ids so I decided to talk to a manger and complained as he why didn’t he ask other costumers for id since I checked for 5 mins. Never again will I visit store and I feel they are racists people. Bad experience.
