I went there last month, the employee was very rude. That women look at me like I don’t have money to pay . I saw a nice jacket and I want to see it and touch it, suddenly that women yelled at me, you can’t touch that jacket . I ask her how come see it if I can’t touch, she said let me hold it for you to see . That’s one thing and another important thing is when I checkout, she told me that oh I give this thing to you for free and this thing for cleaning jacket . Then I told her I don’t want it, she said it’s for free . When I get home, I checked the receipt. I saw it charged $7 for no reason .

My fiancé, his mom and I went here today and were unfortunately assisted by, who turns out to be the store manager, Laurie. My fiancé and his father loves (d) this store a have bought a number of jackets from them over the past few years. My fiancé wanted a light weight leather coat to wear for his bike and Laurie came to “help” us look. She was extremely rude, pushy, and had an ill attitude from the start. We really liked this coat that was on clearance but they unfortunately did not have his size so he then found another regular priced coat that he also liked and would have gotten if we didn’t get such a bad vibe from Laurie. She had no patience, wouldn’t leave us alone and had negative energy and comments the entire time. She had the nerve to say, “well that’s how much leather coats cost,” like, thank you we know. And then we said we will think about it and be back. She then went up to one of her employees and said, “close the door because there are too many people coming in her and not buying!” Right in front of my fiancé’s mom. Let’s just say, you lost our business. My fiancé would have bought the regular priced jacket but we did not want to give her the sale because she was so nasty. I have worked in retail my whole life and I was appalled by how she treated us. I can’t believe she’s the store manager.

A few months ago, maybe like winter time (and im only writing this now because i didnt know this review thing was available until recently -- but def. have proof because of a facebook post of mine that i had dug up) a lady that works here lori or laurie, who apparently is the manager kept following me around the store and asking me if i needed help. i told her i was just browsing and would let her know if i needed assistance with anything. at first i thought she was fixing shelves and racks but when i looked back at her she was staring at me and asked again if i needed help. i once again told her id let her know because i did need a new winter coat thats why i was there in the first place. she kept telling me the prices of each coat i picked up before they even came off the rack... mind you there were other people in the store that she wasnt following around like she was doing to me.. i decided to walk to the OTHER side of the store to look at bags and before i could even reach for a bag on the shelf, she was right there next to me AGAIN and she told me to tell her first before i wanted to look at a bag or wallet... i didnt know i needed to ask permission everytime i wanted to look at an item.** what really upsets me is that my mom was just at this store the other day (in which i told her about the experience i had regarding that store) and told me she was rudely spoken to and she also said some lady who worked there kept asking her if she was going to buy anything. im sorry but if this isnt harassment, then idk what is.this is what made me google search this and good thing i did, because now i know im not the only person this happened to. this is unacceptable.

The saleswoman is rude and walks around behind customers as if we were going to steal. I felt completely uncomfortable. He left the store and didnt want to buy anything !!!
