BEWARE! THE 5 STARS IS A PURCHASED RATING!!Vehicle was in a accident, side swiped. Cargo van rear fender needed repair and paint three doors and front quarter panel were replaced with used and repainted.Repair took 40 days after Geico insurance agreed to repair. This was a 14 day process I have already subtracted from the total time vehicle was in the shop, 53 days. When I was told it was complete. I walked around the van immediately noticed right front quarter panel not fastened moved in and out about 3/4”. I asked repeatedly whether or not vehicle was aligned. I was told it was and shop manager personally drove to confirm. Come to find out, vehicle never reached alignment rack. Also missing fender skirts inside and out rigt front fender well. Front parking light assembly still crack that rear were bulb attaches. Also the left front witch shouldn’t have even been touched, is missing inner skirt. The front grill assembly. Fasteners/clips must have never been replaced. Both left and right side of grill continue to remove themselves due to normal driving conditions. The shop manager promising the passengers door lock would be delivered the following week. He did he would have it keys to match locks. Never happened. I finally received an alignment, only to receive one page for alignment tech, witch shows how bad the alignment is off. No report no how to make it able to be aligned. I would have figured after more then a months time. I expected vehicle to come back flawlessly. In all actuality vehicle should have not been called complete. My personal experience with shop was very unprofessional and IMO sorry workmanship in relation to work performed and Management. Because this was the first accident I have ever been in. I was taken advantage of. In the future I will never pay deductible until test driving and Thorough inspection. Do you yourself a favor and take your vehicle elsewhere.

Very happy with the work done. Owen was so helpful and really professional. He explained everything step by step. The work was A plus. Car looked great and clean when i got it back. 10/10 would work with them again.

My car was rear ended really bad and basically had a total rear end rebuild. It was a brand new 2019 Nissan Altima and Owen did amazing job keeping me informed and in my rental car, and James did the awesome job of the rebuild on my car, basically it looks brand new. They also did an alignment to make sure everythings in the right place as well. They did a machine diagnose test and had to do some fine tunes very little ones and they gave me the results so I can see for my self. It runs just like it did before it got into the accident. I will be definitely bringing my car back to them if I ever need it repaired again.These two guys Owen and James did an exceptional job for me!! Thank you!!

My car had skidded into a guard rail on I-95 (ugh!!). Jay took care of the problem faster than my insurance company said, and everything was perfect. No hassles, very professional, and the car is good as new.

I was hit in the front end of my Nissan Armada by a young driver who ran a stop sign while out of state on vacation with my kids. My car is one of my most used tools as a road tripping, home schooling, self employed wife of one, mother of four. I was pretty shocked and frazzled over the whole ordeal as I havent been involved in any car accidents in over twenty years and the whole police report, insurance, claims and repair process was stressful for me.I took my car to another reputable body shop in Titusville for an estimate on turn around time and repairs as well as to Pat Fischers Collision Center. I chose Fischer Nissan and am very pleased with how they helped me and with the job they did.Within one week of having the manager of the collision center look at the damage and give me time estimates for repair, I was able to drove out of Fischer Nissan with my repaired vehicle driving normal again and looking even better than it had before the accident.I read some not so pleasant reviews about the sales staff, but let me encourage you that MY experience with the collision center was fast response times for answering and returning calls, and great service.
