Bought an electric dryer from them. Had issues with it right away and I called, Bud was very helpful and came out and repaired it. Then a 2nd time it done the same, AGAIN, Bud came with a replacement dryer. Super people to work with. Would definitely go back if ever needed to.THANKS YOU ALL THERE !Andy on Mansfield

I have bought a fridge, stove, washer, and dryer at different times from here and so far every thing works great. The fridge had an issue with closing but it was still within the warranty. They came out about 3 hours after I called and fixed it right then. Everytime I have gone in the staff was super helpful and friendly. They also deliver for a fee.

I always have an amazing experience doing business with these guys. Theyre very funny, reasonable prices n have a large variety of appliances.

Horrible customer service! We thought we were okay buying a washer from them and when I got it home it shook the whole house,with the warranty we took it back with our broken washer to get repaired and they kept it for over 24 hours and said it was fine. The washer we brought them to repair they charged me 30 something to run a load of clothes they it and told me it was fine when the drum is clearlyn not in it correctly. Dont waste your time with this mom and pop shop.

I am giving a low rating today. The sales staff are very kind. Caring. They come out quickly when you need something fixed. They are very informed when you are purchasing their appliances. The reason for my low rating is because the pest control company just left my house. I never had roaches in my life. They said the roaches are coming from the refrigerator I purchased from here. There were baby roaches and adult roaches coming out of the refrigerator. I am so embarrassed. I want to leave this here so others will know.

My washing machine wasnt draining water and started to leak I waited to the last minute to start looking for a new one and needed clean clothes I couldnt bear paying to get my laundry done. Came across these guys and had a service tech who was able to fix it the same day!! I highly recommend.

Ive used AA Appliances to replace nearly every appliance Ive got in my kitchen. My fridge died and I got a brand new scratch and dent from them that is fabulous! Later, my dryers heat control was completely broken, and my washer started to leak. So Ive replaced those as well with appliances that work perfectly. Now, the mice (old house) have destroyed my gas oven. Guess where Im heading to get a new one? For about 1/2 the cost of a new appliance, you can get a completely refurbished one that works perfectly and has a short guarantee to be sure it does. The only down side is that they only have appliances available that their supplier has. The variety can be very small, or pretty wide. Its haphazard, but worth it. Especially if youre pinching pennies.

I went here 5 days ago and purchased a refrigerator for $100 they added on $30 for delivery. Doug the sales person talked ver me when i tried to ask question and was talking about unrelated issues. He told me that if someone was rude that he and his delivery men would drag their feet when it was time to deliver the items purchased he spent a while telling us about that. It should have been a red flag and i should have left but I thought it was because he seemed a little off ( not trying to put him down) so i listened for about 45 mins to him just talk i figured he needed someone to listen. My sister and I inquired about the missing drawers and door piece, he said they must be in the basement for cleaning. They were on time for delivery.and let us know to letit sit for an hour. i noticed there were no drawers and the door piece was still missing. i figured they would call.. I called yesterday and they said I bought the fridge as is... and said they would try to find them I called today and the phone number is disconnected...now why would they do that... I handed them $130 that is enough to pay a phone bill... something isnt right here... ill never get my money out of this fridge...

It is cheaper and the have a lot advices there.. and owner helper for delivery.. and give us some discount.

Great place to get appliances but down fall is if you ever move and call them to by their stuff back like they say they will, they lie always stating theyre not buying anything right now but, excuses, excuses, excuses

Service is slow

When I was there, a small selection with high prices for large household appliances with high prices, while the appliances are not even cosmetically prepared. This I say in comparison with similar Florida used equipment stores.
