Great customer service! Had a hard time logging online to make a payment and Antoine (Sale Representative) and Darryl (Store Manager) At Laskey Rd location in Toledo, Ohio was very helpful and courteous.

Love these people. They always treat me great and help me with the stuff i want. They bend over backwards to help you out. Love them all at the miracle mile store.

Save your money and buy it from a real store. They charge 3x to 4x what its worth and charge you fees everything you make a payment.

The furniture that they had out was dirty brown stains all over the furniture, the cushions look like they. They have been used for years, no one in the store, but one person can get any help anyway, and I wouldnt have buy my stuff there after seeing the mess that they had never will go back to Rent-A-Center. enter again.

The staff that are from last year anf new staff are open to helping and getting things done. Prompt service and friendly.

What a great couple of ladies there at Rent A Center! Very responsible to all questions and (while I personally regret having to get nice things this way as opposed to just buying it outright) they make me feel OK about doing the rent to own route. Great job!

The merchandise we received is in terrible condition and the customer service from the sales associates (one guy in particular) is HORRIBLE!! Ive worked in retail for almost eight years and if I or one of my co-workers ever treated a customer (especially a customer who pays as much as my husband and I do) the way Im treated when I go in there, we would all be without a job. But, these people think nothing of it. If youre late, consecutively, they dont think twice about humilating you and laughing at you for never being on time. What does it matter when I never exceed the number of days before the merchandise is repossessed and what does it matter if every time Im paying the late fee?! Its freaking Rent a Center!!! NOT Artvan! RAC exists for one big reason: to help people with bad credit or no credit obtain furniture and electronics as well as some kitchen utilities (fridge, stove, dishwasher, etc) and washer and dryers. Its also there for people who are in need of temporary furniture for occasions but more so for people with bad credit. So, why am I being treated like Im stealing the furniture when Im three days overdue-but still paying the late fees?! ALSO...the couch I have mustve been someones cats scratching post, my washer has broken down on me now FOUR different times-each time needing replaced-and each time they have to take the door off the hinges and the railing off the wall to fit it downstairs and in the process of bringing the old one out of the basement, there is always water leaking out of it onto the carpet....I am not pleased with this company whatsoever!
