WARNING* STAY AWAY rarely do i write a negative review, but i feel compelled to. Bought a used fridge here as a landlord. unit was not used at all for two months. Tenant comes in and once its operational goes out within a week. was told that warranty had expired and that in order to fix it it would cost 35 parts and 65 labor, another $100. Ended up paying $110 for tenants food and extra cost incurred to haul out this piece of junk. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else to get used appliances.

I agree this company is a scam. I will not buy anything from them nor recommend anyone buying anything from them. I ordered fridge and microwave from them in early May. Its July and they havent delivered yet. They work with this A&M trucking company which is another worst company I have dealt with. They never give any proper ETA nor answer any questions or emails. They dont answer phone calls. This is the type of treatment after paying tens and thousands of dollars for th appliances. We are kicking ourselves why didnt we go with some other trustworthy companies like Best buy or Costco etc . I dont think little bit of savings they gave us was worth going through the pains. Who knows what else is in store for us. They have to deliver and install it. Who knows what other screws up they will do

Be kind to yourself and stay far, far away. Nobody deserves the incompetence, rudeness, and lack of accountability that are the company ethos of Appliances Connection and AM trucking. Weeks of lying, insults, broken commitments, unreturned calls, misinformation. Your contract is with the appliance company, but they blame everything on the stooges at AM trucking. Run. I assumed this was an organized crime ring given the experiences I had. An online order that took two minutes to complete has resulted in four months of battle. There are other places to get that appliance you need. Stay clear of this mess.

May 4th 2021, went in to look at washer and dryer, found both of what I was looking for, but paid and delivered all the same day appliances working fine.

Great place to get used appliances. Had a washer delivered and they took my 3 year old washer that the seal broke with them. They even set it up. I live always out of Town. Couple years later my dryer went out. Went to then and in stead they recommended their tech come out and check it. It cost half the price as a used dryer at their store to fix it my dryer. It has been over a year. Washer is still working too! Very very great place to get used or fixed appliances. Very reasonable prices too.

We ordered 2 fridges and 1 came damaged from the factory and 1 came completely not working. I am on month 4 of trying to get our fridges replaced and still getting nowhere. PLEASE save your money and go to a local box store or anywhere other than Appliance Connection because their customer service is horrendous.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in purchasing an appliance. This company, and their delivery service AM Trucking, are a complete scam. You can never get an answer in a timely fashion. When you call they end up telling you they will contact you by the end of the business day. My purchase has been sitting in a warehouse that is 4 hours from my home. It has been there for 10 days. The delivery is late and I can not get any resolution other than it may be next week or longer. Then they try to pacify me by offering free install or extra warranty. The message is Never purchase anything from Appliance Connection.

Bad place sold me a dryer and it did not work been waiting all day for them to come get it and still haven’t came and the store is closed

Went looking for a used dryer. My mother had called and someone talked to her and was very helpful. Found a few dryers and chose the one that had been recommended. Not only did they give us a discount, they hooked it up at delivery and took her old dryer away.

Awesome place for your appliances. Clean and friendly and will work with most budgets.

Bought my washer from here 8.5 years ago used. Sadly it finally broke down and gave out. Never had a problem with it until now. Best place to get nice used appliances thatll last awhile.

I have been impressed with the folks at Appliance Connection since I first purchased an appliance from them over a decade ago. Since then I have been back countless times when I needed a good deal, wanted to trust that my appliance would work for a long time and could not pay a lot.Each purchase has resulted in long lasting appliances picked from a late model selection that included the assurance a 30 day guarantee that I have never had to use!Bottom line? You get what you pay for but I bought a washer, dryer, and stove from them 5yrs ago and they still work very well... I will go back and they have good deals I paid a total 200.00 for all three appliances!

If you need to buy a nearly broken appliance with no warranty for 100 bucks then this is the place for you. I bought 6 refrigerators from them last year and every one of them was dead and broken before the years end and they didnt even offer to help me whatsoever.
