The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I did want to order from the cafe but there was no staff over there. When I walked in the store I was shocked by the selection! The store is huge. With that being said, it was hard to find a specific genre the book shelves were not very organized. Overall I will still give a 4 star but next time I go Ill ask the staff to help me find a specific book. If youre just browsing it may be difficult

Store is starting to look a little run down, but given the economy since covid and competing with electronic books its expected. Otherwise great experience!!

It is an awesome place! I love books! And this place has a huge selection of them. Even a Kool religion section!!!! They sell everything you could possibly be looking for..... it speaks for its self

I have been going to this Barnes & Noble since they opened and it is still the best bookstore in town. The place is clean, well stocked, and the employees are helpful. I just went in to browse and I found so many exciting things that I wanted to buy.

Picked over, or just not very well stocked. Not as bad as their Fallen Timbers location, but still not near what it could be. Could be due to the small size of the building, but just wasnt worth the time and drive when the selection can be found elsewhere.

I found the store one giant mess. Empty shelves in areas and clothes piled on shelves versus neatly stacked. Looks like they could use a lot of help.....

The redesign still has me walking in circles a bit. If I need a physical book, this is where I would recommend. Helpful staff and a nice coffee smell to the place

They have all sorts of things for all types of different people. Even beyond books, they have cute gift ideas, crafty kits, board games, childrens toys, pop culture items. Its always an adventure stopping by and seeing what they have on display!On top of having all those neat things they have the books you need, too.We went in looking for a book on medical assisting for someone and left happily with one!

I had a great time here and there was a lovely atmosphere that is very hard to find. The book selection is huge in my opinion. And the staff is soo kind ❤️

Such a nice bookstore. Always a nice selection of giftables. Staff are always pleasant but the Starbucks area is often loud. Book prices seem high but I realize they are set by publishing houses. The store is exceptionally clean and well organized.

Its small for a B&N but still had decent selection. Employees were friendly and helpful.

What can I say? Its hard to have a bad time at a book store. But it was very welcoming and it was easy to find everything i was looking for, and some things I wasnt.

Not a very big store but not an issue either. Found the books I was looking for. Staff was helpful and we had no issues.

A bunch of books if you feel like seeing them in person before you buy them this what you get here. I think better deals can be found online but when you want to actually hold and look at the book before I hand this is your place or times is urgent. It would be nice if you dont have to be a member and pay fee to be such member.

I will never go to this Starbucks again there very rude, dont listen and my drink had to be remade twice and of course, I got a lot of attitude about it and its a very simply drink nothing complicated

The atmosphere is very good. I enjoy going in whether for a quick get what I need and go or a lingering looking for a gift or just to see whats new. I have always found the employees to be helpful and friendly. Definitely would go again.

Barnes & Noble has a great selection. We went there looking for a cookbook for our young granddaughter and they had several to choose from.

Wonderful staff who helped me find the books I needed to send to my niece in Chicago! Plus the lemon coconut cake from the Starbucks was great as well!

I took my 4 year old to the childrens event and he had a blast. He had fun with the activities and interacting with out her children. I enjoyed hearing about new books. Well be going again for sure. The cafe was great as well. The staff in the store was friendly and the store was well stocked and clean.

I was surprised at how big the store actually was! They have a cafe with cheesecake factory cheesecake. My kids were excited for the kids section which was huge and had just about everything they could ever want to look at. I was happy to see a manga section with complete series. I will definitely be back often.

Found everything n then some

This upscale bookstore oozes with professionalism, cleanliness, and quality! My favorite part about the store, besides the excellent customer service, and vast array of products, is there in store coffee shop complete with sweet treats. I would come here just for their coffee and pastries even if I did not need to purchase a book.

I had the hardest time finding a few books I felt like I had searched everyone. I finally just asked for help and even though it was obscure she was able to take to the exact spot I needed. I wish I had just asked to begin with!

Used a gift card from eighteen years ago that still had some value, and found all the books I needed to get ready for upcoming international trips. I exchanged one book for another the next day with no issue. Overall a very positive experience.

Not many book stores left around town. This one is always fun to roam around in. You can always find a book even if your not looking for one. Great childrens selection. Staff is always very helpful.
