I was looking for a specific phone and they had it in stock. Came in and they handled everything quickly and professionally. The only thing they should look to fix is they dont have a public restroom. My son almost peed himself because they wouldnt let him use the restroom.

Dont ever take a Motorola phone here they know nothing about them telling me it would take all day to transfer data from old to new (hours instead of minutes) suggested I take it home for transfer. It only took a few minutes .William had to call tech. Support to activate even with proper sim card. I asked how to show battery status he said, I dont know, we dont Carry that device, and then I proved Verizon is a Motorola carrier, no response. Help ! Jason ! Charged $62.

Broke my IPhone 7 at work and came in looking for a 12 pro. They didn’t have any but William went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me track one down. Immensely satisfied with the customer service and look forward to doing business with them again.

They dont allow you to pay someones bill as a gift, or if someone is too ill!!! Very disappointed! A very old man wanted to pay his friends bill who is very sick in the hospital and they would not let him pay the bill😠

This Verizon retail location is a secret every Baby Boomer must know about. I went into the store totally unhinged because the phone I purchased at and had operating by another telecommunications company had died. What were my options. Nicole took the time to walk me through all the ways I could go. She listened when I said the word affordable. The phone and the plan I selected I never dreamed I could get for such a low price. They lie through there teeth about what phones are still supported by there service. Theres a person in the backroom talking through a microphone telling them what to say. And my bill is somehow 105$ a month for a basic plan. Keeps going up. Everytime something goes wrong with my phone and I take it here to have it fixed they say theres nothing wrong with it. Ill be switching to cricket wireless very soon

I have been a Verizon customer for more than 5 years and I went there to activate my new Oukitel K6000 Plus l bought from Amazon, and they refuse to activate my phone. I went T-Mobile and they activate my phone.
