This place is a scam. Every single time I go into the certain metro, the exact same bigger employee is always trying to get me something other than what I payed for. I wanted to go and get a iPhone 7+ at the time and they said they didn’t have any so I’m thinking “ok I’ll just go to a different one” this employee offers me a iPhone 6 for the same amount, and I said I didn’t want it because that seemed like a rip off to me. Soon another employee came out with the iPhone 7+ and I then made my order extremely confused. Where they just trying to rip me off, or scam me? Seems like it. Other than that this place is okay. But be careful.

Great phone service provider. More stars for getting rid of accessory returns policy. I mean, at least give a cool time period for acc. returns. I had a phone holster I bought when I purchased new phone and service. Four days later the holster was still falling apart cause the pin in it kept sliding out partially. I took it back and couldnt get my couple dollars back even with my receipt that they have a copy of right in office. Though they offered me something else, I didnt want anything else. I had already purchased an alternative from another store. So I was forced, in a way, to except something I didnt need. This is my only complaint.
