Absolute worst device of any Verizon store I’ve ever been to. I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged when I walked in. There is only one worker “Ethan” it was his Name Tag said and when I said something about standing there for well over 15 minutes while chatted with the customer in front of me as He sat on hold with Verizon customer service I was simply trying toPay my bill and when I said something about it being rude to not acknowledge a customer that walks in he said what are you trying to do I said pay my bill he said well you can just pay it online as he was grabbing the other customers receipt and I felt like he wasn’t trying to Help me at all I can’t believe Verizon let’s this store stay open. IVE NEVER WANTED TO QUIT A SERVICE MORE THAN I DO NOW BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM ETHAN.And that has me searching for a new cell phone provider as of today. I don’t want to feel like I’mBothering someone or am a burden to them as I’mTrying to Pay for Services and not even greeted or acknowledged upon entry and just ignored the wholeTime and watching him take his time and repeating everything to the customer Infont of me like 3 or 4 times as to Drag his feet even longer! NEVER AGAIN

I had help from 3 different people. Cody, Ethan, and Colin! Every time I called into the store with questions, anyone who answered the phone was nice and willing to help me. I was looking for an upgrade and they made sure I would get a good deal and a phone that I would really like (which I love). Just an overall pleasant experience. These guys really go out of their way to make sure things go smoothly. Ethan left instructions for anyone to follow depending on who would be working with me when I came in to the store just in case he was not there. Colin jumped in knowing what to do. Very great conversationalist all while making sure my information from my old device transferred over to my new device. I would advise when you go in, be patient because even with a lot going on as you are waiting they still made sure to greet me and others while helping with other customers.
Go see Ethan if you need a phone, you wont regret that you did. This store is awesome!

Ive been knowing the workers there for quite some time now. They are very professional and always help get you the best deal for whatever it is you need. I always refer my friends to go there if they ever need any type of service. Everyone is very friendly, yes they are commission based but they all make the customer their top priority not whether or not they make the sale.

Joseph was great he was very informative. His customer service is outstanding he has really good conversation while waiting for things to process and he is al efficient. I always get really good customer service at the location Joseph works at and I expected nothing less. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a screen protector and case all in my budget. It also saves me time with having to make a call into the call center. He was very considered and patient. Overall, that location has a great team and I am very happy customer of Verizon.

I only go to the store they are always so helpful. I recently went in and was having great service by 2 employees one which was the manager. The 2 employees Free and Kody were super professional and kept their calm while the manager kept trying to bring up issues to them as they were with costumers and then he got mad and threw stuff around the store and the back hallway to the door. I have never seen anyone be so disrespectful to employees and treat them the way he was treating them and then I found out one of the employees is new and I personally would have never known he did a great job. The manager was fine towards me but still the way he treated his employees was so uncalled for and unprofessional. Genuinely feel bad for whoever is under his employment.

Yesterday I came in with multiple things to do, paying off devices, getting rid of some and a upgrade . I had to deal with people I have never met or seen before, got the same top quality service as always! It is good to know that sales and service is consistent throughout the organization.

Ive been a Verizon customer for a long time. I went in, knew exactly what I wanted and the store rep was extremely cooperative. I went in with a elderly friend of mine, and the rep was extremely courteous and patient. His name was Kody. And he works at the store right next to the University of Toledo in Ohio.
I acquired a Samsung Ae10 from my daughter and took it to this Verizon retailer to download my Apps and photos from my old phone. Ethan, the store manager spent over two hours helping me activate the new phone, which turned out to be very complicated. His great customer service and problem-solving skills were fantastic. He didnt charge me anything for the service. I recomend this Verizon outlet for anyone in the Toledo area who is a Verizon customer.

Phone stores are never fun. Usually, it is a long, horrible wait and you end up leaving more depressed then you were going there. (No one likes waiting. No one likes spending money. You get the point.) Ive been a Verizon customer since I was first granted access, by my grandmother of course, to have a cell phone. Ive always loved having the fastest connection and the coolest phone when they first come out- I just, normally, hate going to Verizon. Everything Ive always known about hating Verizon changed last Saturday. I walked into the store and was greeted kindly, by a handsome young man, Nick. Oh boy, was he something to look at-but that besides the point. My grandmother and I were searching for a new phone for her. Shes had a slide phone from 2007, and I had finally convinced her to switch to a smart phone. Im too old and They are too expensive were her two biggest concerns. Nick did an amazing job explaining the features and benefits of a few select phones. Then, after we had purchased the phone, he took the time to show my grandmother how to work the cellular device. Im almost certain she listened to him instead of me because of his good looks. Well definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend.
Not sure about the negative reviews that have been left here, but I have had only great experiences every time I come to see this stores wonderful and very helpful staff. I would recommend checking out this location if you dont want to have to wait for hours just to finally be helped!
The gates that they put up around the parking lot to keep students from parking there just make it harder and more stressful for customers to find parking. who thought it would be a good idea to build a strip plaza next to a college campus and expect students not to park there

This place is clean, professional and welcoming. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need nor want. The employees here are trained in excellent customer service and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.

Im recommending this place because of Customer Service and Care. Most places make you feel like your inconveniencing them by taking your order or checking you out at the cash register. These gentlemen, Ethan and Jake, made me feel welcomed.The store manager even looked for ways to help me save money on my phone bill by choosing different options and told me to hold off if it didnt benefit me in the long run.If you want to buy a Verizon phone, come here. If you want to get details on your contract, come here. If you want a friendly customer experience, dont pass this place up!P.S. - they also can have most of your iPhone problems fixed the same day(cracked screen, etc.), with the help of the iNerds team. No Joke.
I think I want to give ZERO stars. I call 3 times last month and my boyfriend call 1. In anytime they return our phone call.The problem: fake advertising.We sign up for a business plan, with no fee for changing plan, and unlimited data. Besides it we bought 4 IPhone and 1 tablet.We never, yes I said NEVER, got the unlimited data, neither our business account. We are paying about 60% more than was promised to us during the sale time.They NEVER return the calls. They really don’t care for the customer only for the sale.Don’t go to this store or to the one down in the road because they are the same owner.I’m calling VERIZON to complain about this TERRIBLE representation.I’m very, very unhappy.
I would give it zero stars if possible. So I went to this store to buy my 14yr old daughter a phone for the christmas that just passed. I ended up buying a used phone that supposedly was checked over by a tech and gave the ok. Well after 26 days the phone randomly stopped working with no damage being taken to it. Go to the store right away and told no one could help me, that the owner was not available after he went to the back room to contact him a few times. I asked to talk to him and was told he never talked to him yet right aftwr he said he spoke with him. Go back monday to talk with zach a manager. Which i was told he will contact him and get it squared away. After waiting 4 more days and calling numerous times i finally got an email back stating i could bring the phone in and her old to trade in towards another phone and pay the difference. He told me before that the owner would probably just swap it out and give her another but that wasnt the case. Ive asked to talk with this guy numerous times still havent got the phone or talked to him. Shotty place with a cheap owner that i reported to the BBB.I also noticed alot of people complainjng about repairs that supposedly they dont do there...... the owner also owns a repair store and does business through this one with it. There answer i see is we dont repair phones after so many complaining about it. Seems a bit shaddy and this place reminds me of a very shaddy used car lot and i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.Update.... what did you exactly offer me? You say you gave me options of getting a new phone but I never even got a call back from anyone after showing up and calling multiple times trying to talk to you. You can say what you want but that sir does not make it the truth. Reach out to me if thats the case and try to make this right.... tell me these OPTIONS I had. Thanks.

As I review the previous comments concerning your location I noticed numerous people have been dissatisfied with repair of their devices at your location. Your replies have always been that you do not make repairs there, and they must have you mixed up with another location. While you may not repair at that location, you DO diagnose.My son came to your location to have his phone looked at since it would no longer charge. Your representative indicated the problem was most likely a burned out charging port and recommended a new phone that was supposedly an upgrade from what he had (it was definitely not an upgrade... Moto Z Play to an ASUS Zen V???).When I got the old phone (Moto Z Play) back from my son, I noticed that the charging plug would not even go into the port properly. The only thing that was wrong with the old phone was lint in the charging port. I took it to a Verizon corporate store and they were able to clear the port and everything was fine on the old phone. They said my son should be able to return the new phone you sold him since it was under 2 weeks.We came to your location and attempted to return the phone, but were told that we could not return it since he did not have the original receipt. I went back to the Verizon corporate store and asked if that was standard policy and they told me it was not and that my son should be able to return it. They called your location and we were told we could now return it.We again came to your store to return the phone. We had to pay a $35 restocking fee since you are not a Verizon corporate location (a fee that would have been waved according to the technician that cleaned the charging port of the original phone). We originally got the Moto Z Play on a promotion making the phone free. Unfortunately, when all this took place at your store, they made my son pay off the Moto Z Play which came to $136. Keep in mind this WAS a free phone. When the phone was paid off, this apparently nullified the original promotion. So a phone that we would have owned free and clear as of January next year, now cost us $136. I was told the only thing I could do is call Verizon and see if they will do anything for me. You caused the problem, and now you push the problem resolution back to me. That is NOT good customer service. I have since resolved this issue with Verizon corporate, no thanks to your store.So in summary, you mis-diagnosed the issue, sold my son and inferior phone telling him it was an upgrade, gave us a hassle when we attempted to return it, messed up our phone promotion and pushed the problem resolution back onto me.You say in the other posts that you do not make repairs at that location. May I also state that you lack the competence in diagnosing issues, as well as providing any semblance of customer service. I would highly recommend you stick to your core competencies, which from my perspective is pretty much nothing.To anyone reading this post I would definitely not recommend this location. Find a Verizon Corporate store. These people are only interested in selling you a phone and any problems that occur are yours to resolve.
Took in a Galaxy Note 4 to get the screen fixed. Sat there waiting to be helped for over a hour finally got help told me it would be a couple of hours, they took the phone at 2:00pm and did not hear from them until a hour before they closed. I had to call to find out what was going on and they said they didnt know because the screen they put in did not work and it MAY get done the next day. When asking him why no one has called to let us know whats going on he said he was not speaking to me and would only speak to my boyfriend who was with me. Not even worth one star.
I went to this wireless zone 8/11/16 to get my Iphone 6 plus screen repaired 137.96 and they told me it was under warranty ( w/ no physical damage) . After going back a WEEK & some days later (today 8/22/16) because my screen has lines on it and was is going in & out. Manager tries to tell me they cant fix my phone under warranty because it looks like physical damaged has been done & the frame of my phone was bent but failed to tell me that when they first fixed it. Now they want me to pay 137.96 just for them to fix it again! There warranty is bullshit & is a scam!! Go to apple and have it done the right way!
