Replaced my Battery in my IPhone and also did A virus cleanup up my computer got the phone back same day and the computer the next day best money I ever spent instead of replacing my phone, and having to reset my computer.

Paul was Very Helpful and got me taken care of very quickly after talking with him on the phone I brought my computer in and they figured out I just needed my drivers updated is why I was having issues after best buy told me I needed a new video card to play my games.

Just purchased a video graphics card from them, the cheapest one they had for $69.00. After an easy installation, I went on Amazon and found the exact same card for $34.99! I called Scott (manager ) and he claimed there was nothing he could do about the price, and he could not accept a return! This was on Black Friday, you would think they would have a sale! For a store called Computer DISCOUNT, one would expect a Discount, not a 200% markup! I guess they just lost a customer!

My Mac had a small crack on the bottom of my screen, so I bought a replacement retina screen and took my MacBook and the retina screen into this place to get fixed. I was told by Alex the tech, that this wont be an issue whatsoever and took my money for the repairs. I got a call a day later saying that they cracked the screen that I gave them and they needed to order a new screen. Once they got the new screen in they told me they would put it in and give me a call once completed. I got another call and they broke the screen AGAIN! They told me that they cant repair the screen and they will order a replacement screen and give me my money back. I was not happy that I invested all of that time (3 weeks) and I still have not gotten anything accomplished, so I went to pick up my computer and the screen had no display anymore and a crack on the top of it. I didnt think anything of it and took it to an actual Apple repair shop in Ann Arbor and they told me that my back light has been cracked. I called Brian the manager and he dusted me off saying that there was no way this could happen at his shop and it must have been the fault of the new people putting my screen in. These guys freaking suck! I can accept the delay with my fix and even accept only giving me my money back and nothing else, but to deny they did any extra damage when clearly the tech had no freaking clue what was going on is asinine! Im still not done dealing with this, it has been about a month and a half now and my screen still isnt fixed. Shop some where else, if you need a repair good lord find some where else!

I purchased a new system. I didnt like the speakers so I paid for a upgrade on speakers. I inquired about a military discount and the sales guys M Smith stated he could take no money off, however what he could do was give me the antivirus software for free which is a cd. This sales guy gave me a product that could NOT be used since this new system has no cd drive. THIS WAS VERY DISHONEST. I had planned to use this store for all future computer needs. After this dishonest behavior from employee M Smith I will never make another purchase at this store.

Bad service they had me coming in 3 to 4 timesand the phone wasnt ready, waste my time and they dont care about customers time, the guy his name eliot who told me he is going to fix my phone and he made me go 4 times and waste my timenot recommended at all
