Great storage units. Front desk staff (I think name is Ron) was so friendly and professional. I made an accident renting a storage unit that was a bit further away from my place than I expected but honestly totally worth it!! Great prices, clean buildings, and completely safe.

I live behind this building, please cut your grass. I am so tired o the weeds growing through my fence. The grass and weeds are as high as my fence. Every year we have to deal with this. please cut the grass!

Great place to store stuff!! I had just purchased my first fifth wheel to live in full time and I couldnt store it by my house for several reasons but I also wanted it close by so I could start making it feel homey. This storage place has a huge lot making It really easy for me to navigate this huge fifth wheel for the first time. Access is available 24/7 which is also super helpful if your a night 🦉.

I had my storage unit indoors (non temperature controlled) for about 8 months before I ran into problems. Sometime in the summer or early fall, some type of water had to get into the storage units because so many of my things were ruined by mold & my state farm renters insurance denied my claim with all of their loopholes even though my state farm agent called the storage unit & confirmed that theyve had multiple mold complaints. I lost so much stuff & so much money. I was and still am devastated. I also discontinued paying for insurance through Toledo Self Storage since I had $32K in renters insurance, but at the end of the day, thousands of dollars of my stuff is gone & I got screwed in the end since my insurance wouldnt cover it. And because I didnt think Id need the insurance the storage unit offers anymore, since I already had renters & home owners insurance, I cancelled the insurance through Toledo Self Storage which I paid extra for & now I wont be compensated for anything I lost. Seeing as how they had multiple people complain of mold and mildew damage, they should offer some type of compensation. Mind you, Ive rented outdoor storage units before and never had any type of water damage so I dont understand how this even happened.

PSA: do not use Toledo Self Storage. We were told the units were climate controlled and they also advertise that on their website. After three months, we lost several items to mold. When we first discovered the problem, we were told it was because we put soft items (car seats) on the concrete and the wicking from the concrete caused the issue. Then when we discovered we had boxes at the top of our unit that were clearly warped from some sort of water damage and all items were molded, we were told it was due to humidity and we actually weren’t in a climate controlled unit. We lost two expensive car seats, expensive coats, clothes, Victoria Secret bags, and more. The response we got from management was to next time rent a climate controlled unit- which we were told we had!

Rented a 10 x 12 storage unit with the promise for 6 months half off rent. I was happy until I realized their half off pricing is still more than other area storage companies charge per month. I never moved into the unit and cancelled within five days. Was told that sorry, but we cant refund your money. Lets be honest, they could have prorated me for the five days and refunded the rest. They just didnt want to. Lesson learned. I should have researched better before signing but I feel the experience was very deceptive.
