They were quick but could not follow 1 simple request to add the Lucas oil additive that I had handed him and asked him to put in there with the oil change. I will give it to them though when I called to ask why it wasnt put in there he offered to take some out and put it in for me if i came back.

This location has the most amazing customer service than any location I have been too!!!

Called to see if they had filter in stock, the employee says yeah before I told him the car, after giving him the model he says no problem, there are a couple places close by that will have it. I stop in the next day, wait inside for about 20min and they come in and say they cant get the filter. Do your job right and most customer complaints will disappear.

Quality work. Manager Seth goes above and beyond providing excellent customer service.

They should NEVER mess with moving the seats. Not happy about that.

I would like to thank the young lady who was there on Friday to help me understand all the things with my car and she is very polite and professional. I do have a minor complaint she was the only person that acknowledged my presence and they was multiple people in the premises. I have been going to this location for 8 years and I am very familiar with the young lady. I see new faces and a new manager didn’t even acknowledged me. I would go back because of the young lady and no one else.

My first visit here was awesome. In and out in about 15 - 20 minutes. Visited at 2:00pm and they were not busy. Very satisfied with the service personnel. Windows were cleaned, carpets vacuumed, tires rotated, and fluids checked with a team of people working together to make it happen quickly! Will definitely visit again.

As long as Brian and his crew were there Ive been 100% satisfied,not sure why Brian and the whole crew was replaced but Ill never go there again,I trusted them in every aspect of car care

Jiffy Lube Tomball is the place I go for brake maintenance. Bryan has great customer service and understands the importance of having quality work guaranteed for the needs of others. I read good reviews, and wanted to see for myself. I can totally validate the positive feedback for this time. Everyone, and I mean everyone, at this location is professional, nice, happy and quick in their interactions with the customer. I was in and out in less than 25 min, and my entire experience was extremely positive. Yes, they may charge 5 - 10% more than other oil change facilities. But to know it was done right, and by great people, Id pay the extra charge any time. Strongly recommend this particular Jiffy Lube.

I needed my breaks changed, i went straight from work but I arrived late in day and they stayed even though it was over a 2 hour job. I could have gone to another location closer to my job But this location always has the best customer service. I don’t think my breaks could have waited another day.

Ive been going to this location for a few years now, and generally they do a good job. My last visit was not as good however. I paid for a groupon oil change and was still charged another $30+ when I went in, and the lady who checked me out really couldnt give an explanation why. Also, they spilled oil on top of my engine at the opening where you pour the oil in, and it has continued to smell bad when my car runs. Never had this issue before with them, but when I opened my hood after I left there I could tell they had done this & tried to wipe it off instead of cleaning it with a proper degreaser. I think I will have to look for a different place to have my oil changes done.

I went for 8am this morning 9/16 cause i wanted to get there before everyone else and i did my car was inspected and i asked them to install a head light for me which they did with no fuss. They all were the perfect gentlemen especially Chad the manager and Chris he might be the assistant im not sure. They all were nice greeted me as soon as pulled in, spoke to me had me understanding what they were doing at all times. Perfect for me due to I am new to the area. I will definitely be back. I walked in to get a oil change the lady was extremely rude at the front counter. Telling me there was a 40 min wait and that did i really want to wait that long like im an inconvenience wow im a customer wanting your businesses services the loud tone of your voice and lack of professionalism is baffling i will never return to this establishment.

Went to get my oil changed and fluids checked this morning around 8:00am I was out by 8:30. The staff was informative, helpful, and courteous. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need or want or try to pressure me into paying for any more than I needed which I think is wonderful because Ive had people try to take advantage of the fact Im a woman who knows little about cars. It was quick and the waiting area was tidy and comfortable. I will be returning for my next change!

I- like so many others lol -was getting my vehicle inspected at the 11th hour of March, and despite the fact that it was noon, I had to people in front of me, and the line doubled over the next 20 minutes, the gal doing the inspections today was bubbly friendly quick and efficient! I like that she was honest about the time frame but encouraging that it would not be longer, and sure enough, despite the pressure of a line of (patiently)waiting customers, it was ready a little sooner than she had projected! I highly recommend this location!

Great service. They treat their customers very well and are polite when they speak to you about any problems with your vehicle. Ive been going to this location for years for my inspection. Bobby usually helps me and gets the job done right in a timely manner. The place is very tidy too. While waiting I constantly see the staff members sweeping the floor after each car and making sure each area was sprayed off where they might have put there hands and got it dirty.
