Saif and company at EZ Floors come highly recommended. They have now installed new carpet in our upstairs, updated our banisters on the stairs and upstairs family room, and have just recently remodeled our master bathroom. We went in to just look and the representative didnt badger us. He told us things that i didnt even consider. For that alone, im going to do buisness with them. Prices seem to be more than reasonable. If youre in the area and dont feel like going to floor and decor....i highly suggest! I think the represenative name was Saija

We’ve used EZ Floors multiple times (counter tops, tile floors, wood floors) in the past two years and have always had a great experience. Ask for Ronnie - he is quick with quotes, prices are fair and the work comes out great. I recommend EZ Floors to my friends and neighbors.

249 & Spring Cypress location: Saif set us up, the guys nailed it! 2K sq ft of tile and carpet taken out, wood look porcelain tile laid and completed in 4 days. Looks great! Well done. These are my floor guys now. They worked late one day so it could be done in time for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party, even finished 1 day early so we could get the house back in order. Class act these guys. Also had the lowest price quoted. We had 3 companies/contractors come in and quote. Awesome!!

We had multiple quotes (including one from the Spring location of EZ Floors) and Ronnie was the most helpful, the quickest, the best price, & the best work. We will definitely be in touch with him in the future for our flooring needs and weve already referred him to our friends & family.

Last month I needed some work done at my condo, so I stopped by EZ Floors. My salesperson was Omar. He was polite, knowledgeable, and generous with his time. He explained the process, after which he promptly visited my condo, and measured the existing floors and kitchen counters. Then, we went back to the store, and he proposed to me the best options that fit my budget, as well as the specific usage of this condo (as a rental). Omar provided a written quotation that was transparent and itemized. The pricing was reasonable. Upon signing, they scheduled the work promptly, and were able to turn this job around very fast. Everything was completed withing merely one week, installed professionally and cleanly, without any issues. I feel satisfied working with this EZ Floors team, and I see them as one of the reliable local vendors in my area (Cypress / Tomball / 249 / Spring). I will be happy to hire them again in the future.

Highly recommend EZFoors on Eldridge, Houston, TX. This is the second time we have purchased laminate flooring from them. Joe is very knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. His installation crew led by Mario do an excellent job, show up on time and get the job done in a very professional manner. Previously we purchased ceramic flooring and granite countertops and flooring from Joe, he coordinated the installations and again, a great experience!

Omar is just awesome!!! We were flood victims from last May. Omar went out of his way to help us with pricing and choosing a quality product. We are very appreciative of him and still stay in contact.

Even after the low ratings, I gave them a chance. We dealt with Adam. Very nice guy,. He came out, took measurements, and gave a quote. We decided to get an estimate from Empire, as well. Empire had us find out the face weight of the carpet that Adam tried to sell us. We called and found out that he was trying to sell us 19oz face weight carpet. Empire informed us thats not even FHA approved! We called to tell Adam and he had nothing to say... Just uh huh. This is something that should have been disclosed!! Needless to say, we went with Empire. They offered us way better carpet, upgraded the padding, installation, etc. for less than Ez Floors.

We remodeled our kitchen with EZ Floors. The work was very well done and in a timely manner. Joe provided excellent design advice, and was always available to address concerns/questions.

As I wander around the store looking for hardwood flooring for a new house that I am about purchase, the salesman Omar, shows me several examples. After looking at the samples and deciding on one, I then moved on to carpeting. This is where things got uncomfortable. I was trying to explain to him what I was looking for then he said Oh you will like this, black people like this type of carpeting. I paused and told him that i didnt hear what he say, giving him a chance to change his statement. Oh well he repeated the same thing. Needless to say that was the end of the conversation and no transaction. I left never to return

My husband and I used the North Eldridge location for our glue down, hardwood floor installation on our first floor home. Adam went through our various options and we settled on a engineered hardwood. The crew arrived in the appointed window of time, moved all our furniture, ripped up the carpet and found a crack. The crew leader, Tony, said he would have to stop the installation and would need for us to get the crack checked out. We had to wait a week for two different companies to come out and both gave us a clean bill of health. We had to wait another two weeks for the crew to come back out and start installation. Tony and his crew arrived and leveled our entire 900 sq feet. Due to inclement weather, we had to wait 48 hours for the level to dry. The crew arrived on Mothers Day and installed all 900 sq ft of the glue down hardwood. It was a late night so they came back the next morning to finish off the trim. They moved all our furniture back and even placed felt pads (that we supplied) on all our furniture feet. Im very happy with the service that we received and will use them again for other future projects in our home. My only criticism is that they need a customer service representative that works between the customer and installation crew. I appreciate their concern for our foundation as they could have ignored it, said it was no big deal and installed the floor anyway. I felt that Tony and his crew were professional, kind, and over all concerned for their quality of work.

We love how helpful and knowledgeable Saif has been throughout our floor-buying process. He is so honest and we cannot wait to see how beautiful our floors will be!

My family and I are African-American and I completely beg to differ regarding the salesman Omar Abdulwahid. He was extremely knowledgable and personable. If it were not for his keen ability to connect, we might not have stayed to shop. Their options were infinite and we were a bit overwhelmed, but Omar made us feel right at home and his expertise sealed the deal. He came to our house to take measurements and it was as if a family friend was visiting during the holidays. Thank you EZ Floors and Omar, what a great asset to the company and enriching our buying experience.

If you want your job to take 3 weeks instead of 2-3 days and receive horrible customer service then use these people. Scheduling anything is a pain and the workers they sub-contract out to most of the time barely speak any English. The only good thing about the experience with them was the pricing but I guess you get what you pay for. Would have paid more for better service.

Pros: Nice people, fair pricing, quick and convenient (truly deserving of the name EZ)Cons: The work itself. The trim was poorly done, its loose and cracking in places. Our tile was damaged, with no mention. But worst of all, the cracking noise the floor makes when walked on. Its been 18 months since we had our laminate installed, and since the beginning it has made this irritating noise. From what Ive learned, this can be cause by improper leveling of the floor, or failure to acclimatize the laminate (or both). The only way to correct it would be to pull up the floor and start over.In hindsight, I would much rather have paid more $$ and had things done right.

GOOD PRICE but HORRIBLE PRODUCT and SERVICE! I hope you take my advice, save yourself the headache I went through, and stay away from this place.I contracted this team to replace the granite on my kitchen countertops and island in my newly built home.This was such a horrible job...where do I begin?1. They arrived early without calling me and started carelessly busting out the countertops while my builders contractors were working. My builder called me in disarray because I had not closed on my home yet.2. Because they were careless, while removing the old material, they hit the adjacent wall and made a huge hole in the wall of my brand new home. They also damaged my premium backsplash.3. They did NOT clean up after the job was complete leaving very large pieces of my old surface in ALL my cabinets and dust everywhere!4. After granite installation, they DID NOT RESEAL my counter surface, leaving a .5 gap between the granite and backsplash. When I called them about it, they said I was responsible for that...all they do is installation. So water could get everywhere!!!5. We discussed where the cut/seam would be based on my layout, and they were not supposed to have a cut/seam in the back of my sink, however, the granite was cut such that a visible seam stares at me every day.6. They told me up front that I was on my own to call a plumber to reconnect the sink, however, they threw away or misplaced a clamp that should have been on the sink and I had to repurchase from the plumber.7. They did not tell me the plumber needed to reconnect the stove as well, so I didnt find that out until I went to prepare dinner for my family for the first time. I had to recall the plumber to my residence for an additional $100.Those are the top items that come to mind, but Im sure there were more. This was by far the worst contracting service I have seen. I guess I got a low paid and paid the difference in heartburn and fixing it.Because I was so persistent and called the owner, they came and sealed the sink, tried to fix the backsplash (although some of it is still slightly damaged) and paid me $190 for the plumber costs, but that isnt a drop the pool of headache, lost time at work, etc. I had to endure.I would rather pay $1000 more and get a quality job done with peace of mind.

I hired EZ Floors to change my floor. they did such an awful job that i would not even recommend them to my worse enemy. in scale of 1-10 they are not even one they are ((( 0.10 ))) and this No. is for getting the job done. please if you are in market & trying to get a project done, get it done by any one (company) but them. take from someone who has experienced their services.
