I was very happy from the moment I walk in to look at my carpet choices. Everyone one was very helpful, from the beginning in assisting me with carpet choices and prices, to Tom showing up a few minutes before our scheduled appointment. Tom was very quick and measuring my rooms then gave me a quote. In addition, their installers where on time, friendly. There was absolutely no damage to my walls or baseboards. I would definitely use them again.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how satisfied we are with the work that was completed. The crew showed up around 9:30AM and got to work prepping and setting up their work area. The crew kept growing throughout the day until I lost count of how many were working. I can tell you that it was well organized, the workers were happy, singing and working diligently until the project was completed. The crew was professional, kind, courteous and very skilled. In the future when I want to complete the rest of my house, I can promise 5 Star Flooring will be my first call. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had unusual circumstances and they did their best to accommodate. I wanted carpet throughout my upstairs and other spots around the house. I met with Amelia and we talked several times. She knew exactly what I was looking for.Then the installation went great and the outcome looks amazing.

I’m not even sure how this place stays in business. We walked in with no greeting and were completely ignored. We got a quick hello but then no offer to help assist us. We will take our business elsewhere to someone who actually needs and appreciates it.

We replaced the carpet in the primary bedroom and closet with engineered wood. We had to match it with existing engineered wood that is 9 years old (no known manufacturer or model). We found a near perfect match from 5 Star avaialable inventory. The contractors were courteous, took safety precautions and performed quality work. We were extremely pleased with the result. We will definitely use again.
