Ken has gone over and above to help us with tile and wood floor issues. He sourced and located the tile we needed to make changes in our primary bathroom a few months after closing with the builder. Yesterday we ordered about 100 square feet of the original manufacturer wood floor for back-up in case the product gets discontinued. Ken is knowledgeable, great to work with and I highly recommend him, particularly if looking for that hard or impossible to find product.

Im only giving this one star because it is required. Ive actually never purchased anything from Roberts Carpet. I planned on it but now Im very thankful that I havent. I called Roberts Carpet and spoke with Tony. I believe hes the manager there. I had a few questions and he was very impatient with me. He actually hung up on me in the middle of me talking to him. I dont understand how hes a manager especially because he treats his customers this way. Rude! Ill take my business elsewhere.
