I didnt end up selling my car but this review is for their professionalism and honesty. Eric was awesome and they werent typical used car salesmen type. He was really knowledgeable and nice, and when i spoke to Ron over the phone, he said a lot of places will quote high online then cut it when you are there in person, so the only way to truly know the value is to go in person, he didnt want to get my hopes up. In the end I chose to walk away from the offer but I appreciate the way they handled the potential transaction. Eric never made me feel like my car was junk like so many other places did (and its not), and if I ever find myself in this situation again I would go there!

Got a quick quote online through them said between $800 and $2500 for my vehicle. Went in to trade it in and the most they could offer me was $150. They were quick and nice but absolutely nowhere near the numbers i was quoted online so be aware.

Called ahead was quoted an estimate price, drive down there, then quoted half the price. The guy was not friendly or interested in doing anything. Certainly the opposite of their advertisement.

Did not honor the range they offered my for my car online. First started to stated that I wasnt buying a car, so it affected trade-in value. They dont even sell cars there! Then They quick to point out scratches on the front fender that was actually road grim I rubbed off with my finger. They they stated that he found some paint in the front somewhere and said the car was in an accident. When I complained on facebook, their representative Michael Graubart claimed they offered me 5,000, the low end of the range 4700 - 7100. This was not true and was a falsehood. The offer was Somewhere in the 4s to quote. Waste of time and not an honorable organization.
