I know the market is tough right now and WW cars are hard to come by. We shopped all day and were turned off to Nissan after dealing with the Dealership in Freehold, NJ as they were charging a $5,000 adjusted market price. That made us leave and were not considering Nissan anymore for our new prospect. I stopped by Pine Belt andInquired about new Rogues and was shown a new Sport one they just got in. Spent 2 1/2 hours with Evan Boyce who did an exceptional job and assured us that this dealership doesn’t have the adjusted market price. My husband wanted to come meet up when he got out of work at 5:30 and the crew was more than accommodating in allowing this to happen as my husband works in Healthcare. We closed the deal that evening and were very pleased with the service. Would definitely recommend!

Repeat customer here, although it had been several years! Bought my 1st Maxima there in 1998 and then 2 Muranos, I went to Infiniti for 2 other leases but I am back here and leased a new car. The staff were super friendly & went out if their way to be helpful, I was an emotional mess but I know they gave me a great deal! I’ll see them in 3 years when my lease is up. I inquired on the website, then received a phone call from Bonnie. She listened to me and my horrible experience with a different dealership the previous day. She never pressured me. She listened to me and left it up to me to decide to see what Pine Belt had to offer. After hanging up with her, I felt so good, that I called right back and made an appointment to come in that day. She treated me with respect and validated my feelings dealing with the other dealership. She gave me a VIP appointment, I went down to Pine Belt that afternoon and met with Dave Prima, who was excellent!! Dave was very easy to speak with, he listened to me, showed me exactly what I wanted and was honest with me. I did not feel pressured once and he made my experience extremely pleasant. I left with my new lease that day and couldnt be happier. Dave also told me not to hesitate to reach out to him about anything. I loved how knowledgeable he was, his laid back personality and I felt like I left the dealership as friends. I cant say enough good things about him and how easy he made my experience!
My wife scheduled a recall repair here. Asked for an oil change and tire rotation while it was in. No problems there.While the car was being worked on, they called my wife and tried to convince her that she needed new brakes.My wife knows how brake replacements work. Brakes werent even making noise, but they lied to her about how bad they were.Also claimed that there was a crack in part of the exhaust system that had to get fixed.So we brought it in for a free recall repair, and of course they want to ding us for over $1100.We declined the extra work. Got the inspection report back and the exhaust portion looks like it was changed by someone from green to yellow.We consulted with someone on the crack. It wasnt a necessary repair either.We knew this was going to happen when they warned us they only do 3 recall repairs a day (free repairs dont help their margins, Im sure).So if youre taking a vehicle here for service, beware the upsell!
In a tough market for finding the right vehicle, Pine Belt Nissan came through with a great deal. After sitting down and discussing what I was looking for and the terms that I had to purchase a used vehicle, Paul DiTolla took it from there. While we explored several options, Paul never lost sight of the customers (My) needs. Honest dealer. We bought out Pathfinder 2022 for MSRP price while other dealerships on the area were asking 3-10K askustment above MSRP price. By the time we arrived the vehicle we wanted was gone. But they accommodated and brought the vehicle in the trim and color we wanted from their partner dealership. I would recommend this place if you are looking for Nissan.

My existing lease was up and Chris Cirillo took great care of me. Chris was extremely helpful in going through all my options and found a perfect fit.
I leased Rogue 2018 and was very happy with car and experience in dealership and service. But when my lease was running out, I got phone call that I have to order inspection before return the vehicle. I made appointment for March 17, it was the soonest they have available. On February 10, I could not start my car, I called to Nissan, they changed battery and something else, and gave me multi point inspection, as they always do after service. My car had at that moment 29527 miles, they checked tires as well, and their report says all four tiers are 7/32 or greater. On March 17, the day I had scheduled inspection and had to return car, it had 30338 miles, which is 811 miles after I had service done and tiers checked. The inspector who came to my home said I can’t stand by because of social distancing, have to leave car open for him and go back inside the house, after he check, he leave report inside the vehicle and give me a call. After his inspection he called and said I have to pay $500 for new tires, because mine are 2/32. I told him that I just had service and checked car month ago, and tiers were perfect 7/32 and now he wants to say they are bald? How is that possible? He gave me phone number to contact, I called the guy said I have to ask people on dealership to measure tiers again. Right after phone call, I went to Nissan dealership to return the car. I told them what happened, they measured tiers again, and gave me report that tiers are good not less than 5/32. And lady at service said that they should not charge me for new tiers because these are completely good. When I got my final bill, Nissan wants me to pay $500 for new tiers. I called them multiple times, sent them faxes with my reports from Nissan. And they keep sending me bills for this amount. They try to cheat on people to make them pay for tiers even if they should not pay for it. I don’t know what to do, I waist my time to call them to solve this situation, they tell me that going to check again reports. But no one do nothing, just lying and cheating on people to get a $500. I would not know that my tiers were good, if I didn’t have service month before returning. Nissan try to stole money from people for new tiers. If they want new tiers after lease does not matter what, they should put it to contact. But if contact says that tiers should be replaced only if they are 3/32 or less so do not cheat on people.
It was time for me to give up my old lease for a new one, so I went to Pine Belt Nissan of Toms River. Lucky for me, my brother Evan Boyce was the sales associate assisting me there. :) Not only did I have the security of knowing I can trust who was helping me, but I also got quite the deal with my 2018 Honda Civic EX 1.5L T. My car can hold all my work equipment as a hatchback and a very fun ride! When you’re being assisted by Evan you can be sure that you don’t have to share blood to be treated as family. Overall good service there!
Yesterday we came to Pine Belt Nissan looking to buy a new 2021 Nissan Rogue. The first salesman to approach us was Joe Roussell. Joe was very professional as well as friendly. He made my husband and I very comfortable and understood our financial budget. He was very knowledgeable on the car and was able to show us all the bells and whistles. I brought my 2017 Altima in for a recall procedure. I was very impressed by how organized they were and the fact that they gave us a ride home so that we didnt have to wait.
I went into pine belt Nissan and was greeted by salesperson Jayson! I explained my current situation to him and he reassured me that I would be able to drive out of the dealership with a new car! He took his time and gave me all different options and let me test drive a car as many times as I wanted.. He was VERY professional and gave me all his time. I can’t say enough about Jayson and all the things he did for me. He’s NOT someone who just wanted to make a sale but to have his customer HAPPY! I was then turned over to finance Kevin, who took his time to give me different options also on the loan aspect! Kevin is very professional and definitely is very through and goes the extra mile for his customers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND both Jayson and Kevin as this was a very difficult situation on my part and needless to say, I brought my dream car and I’m ONE extremely happy customer.

I brought the truck in the next day as I need to replace the tires as one of them was damaged on the 37 bridge in Toms RiverAs I only need tires the tech decided to tell me I needed brakes and rotors..... So in one dat from going to not being told I need brakes and rotors, to now I need them.... I can say what kind of business is being run at the dealership.....

CVT Transmission went on my Altima for the second time. It was no longer covered under the recall since I had 157 k miles on the car. I asked for an estimate of what pine belt Nissan would give me for my car to trade in for a used car there. they still haven’t given me an estimate! I ended up just picking up my car and driving it to Lester Glenn Hyundai. They gave me fifteen hundred dollars for a trade-in toward a used car . I won’t buy another Nissan.
I bought a car three years ago from here and they installed the sunroof the day I bought the car. The sunroof leaked and I scheduled an appointment with Pine Belt Toms River. I was upset that the cost of this was not covered as I only bought the car three years ago, they did the work, and it wasnt even a break in the seal. The problem was the drains of the sunroof were clogged with leaves. They didnt even show me how to clean it myself to avoid this problem. They found other problems that needed attention and I went ahead with their recommendation. In this tough time, a better discount could have been offered on the total price ($1,684.28). I work hard as a registered nurse to keep patients positive with the best outcome possible and then I come back to the reality of how big corporations treat hard-working people. Please help others in this tough time. I bought one car from here and Im not even sure I would like to ever buy another Nissan again due to this disrespect.

Customer service was excellent but I waited over 2 hrs for an oil change. With an appointment that I made. Secondly I told the service personnel that on the passenger side was leaning more than the driver side. They checked it out and it was true. But the said it was normal. I have a 2018 Nissan Titan. Im paying alot of money for it,with bumper to bumper warranty. The last thing I want is to drive a truck thats leaning on one side.

Doesn’t like to shift out of first, the trim in the passenger seat fell off. Knocking under the hood…. And Nissans response. It’s your problem it’s under warranty we will look at it. But it’s your car and your problem. I will repost this every day and many platforms until my voice is heard. I’ve made complaints with not only the dealership, but also the regional office and the BBB.DONT BUY NISSAN!!!!!!DONT BUY NISSAN!!!!!!

What a week my self and my fiancé had but with the help of Ahmed fayed and David prima it ended the best way possible ! I went for a santafe,for 16000,they have me test drive it,i really liked it,then they say no i cant have that one,then they try to sell ford to me,i hate ford,then couldnt find any in the parking lot,im glad,then say heres in your price range,nissan altima,for 14000,something i was ok with,but came for suv,im so sick and tired of the car lots changing what you want,why i pay for something else,when i want suv,whats a nother 2000,why pay something else,then they say,2 to 3 years later,you can trade it,thats bull,im hard working,why making me waite

I was greeted the minute I pulled up by friendly polite staff and inside, I found Gary to be friendly professional and knowledgeable as well. I was told how long of a wait and while car was on the lift they immediately brought other items to my attention...which I appreciated. I found this visit to be worry free, comfortable and pleasant. We told him exactly what we wanted and what we could do as far as downpayment and financing. He made that happen for us! My husband and I are very happy and will absolutely be back again!

We made an appointment well in advance to see and possibly purchase a certain car. We loaded our kids up, traveled the hour it took to get there, only to find they did not have the car there for us to see.We waited around for 6 hours while they got the car back for us to see. When we began negotiating price for the car, they said, and I actually quote “I’m not doing the math.” when I asked them to break down the fees. I asked repeatedly for an optional 400$ fee to be removed. Honestly, this is the reason people are switching to shopping all online and no haggle - this was the stereotypical “used car sales” experience. We walked away without a car (our cash in hand) because they were so impatient and condescending. (After leaving us high and dry with the appointment). It was honestly unbelievable - but the benefit... I am no longer confused why this particular car had been on their lot for 75+ days... the customer service was awful. And we wasted an entire Saturday. Hope to save someone from the same!
Our sales man Chris was absoutely OUTSTANDING!!! Extremely knowledge about the car. I would highly recommend him.

I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and to have a small nail patched in my tire....I also had the service tech tell me I needed new wipers which I changed less than 4 weeks ago myself.

They told me I needed brakes before they took tires off bc they asked where my tire key was.
My main problem is not with Pine Belt Automotive. The problems is that I had to bring my new car with less than 6000 miles back to the dealership twice for factory problems - a leaking steering column and replace the front struts. Give me a break!
