Second time xoming today and they are closed. All lights are on even called guess they dont want my business. Its ok though the ppl in Lakewood are so much more nicer anyways

Vanessa is an amazing employee who went above and beyond to help me out. She waited after the store closed for me to get there, and had everything I was coming there for ready. She was very pleasant and helpful!!

Super helpful salesmen in the store. Everyone seems to be educated about the ins and outs of all the phones they have for sale. They all know the deals and promotions they are currently running and try to get people the best deal. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the market for an inexpensive phone plan.

Went in there waited 10 mins before the girl ever acknowledged us then continued to wait thought she was done but went back to showing other people how to use their phone! We just wanted to buy a phone add a line she never even asked what we were gonna need if the other person wouldnt mind if she did that for us real fast since the other people clearly had been there forever!! Anyway back to the smaller boost

Good, Vanessa help me with my J7 phone.Brick store as Silverton store closed..No help what so ever and they cant tell time, sat from 10 am till 11 am and they couldnt help call Samsung. Thanks loads !!!!!

The store was supposed to be open but the door was locked with the lights on. We waited over 30 minutes and no one was working.

Went into the store to buy a phone since I had an upgrade. The salesman told me to buy an LG X charge. So I did, trusting his advice. I get home and the phone is making me have double vision, so I brought it back and they would not let me return it, saying its not a defect. I said, I bought it 2 hours ago. I asked to speak to a manager and the sales rep said he was the manager. I later found out he lied (he is not the manager). And I called another Boost store and they told me that the phone was an older phone. Now I am stuck with this phone that I cant use, a phone they pushed on me, and Boost mobile corp said it should be a 7 day return policy they they are not following, but the corporate cannot do anything about it. Go to a different store!
