This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. Walmart functions better than this one with far more prescriptions than CVS I am pulling all prescriptions from this pharmacy. I just sat on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for 25 minutes. If they do not have the staff to function properly maybe they should be in another business

Hands down the slowest CVS on the planet, the drive thru is an easy 20 to 30 mins wait even if there is one car ahead of you. We waiting in line for 10 mins, left the line, parked, went inside, came back out and the car I was behind was still at the drive thru. Never going here again.

They are never nice here and you always have to wait. Very awful customer service and every time you hope it’s going to be better and it never improves. Multiple issues always… this CVS should take an educated class on customer service.

Good luck calling the pharmacy line. Stuck on hold without speaking to anyone for over 15 minutes. There is no option to speak with the main store and their phone tree loops over and over. Then when you are in the store, be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

The worst pharmacy ever, I hate that my insurance requires CVS and not Walgreens at least they always answer the phones. I can never get in touch with no one, you cant talk to a manager or no one, its horrible. They never tell you when prescriptions are ready. Ive been trying to get in touch with someone for hours, if I could change pharmacy I would. I hate CVS. 😒

Horrible experience! Staffing is absolutely horrible they are extremely rude.. Every time I go to drive-thru its over 30 minutes wait time and thats even being nice. Then there hasnt been one time I went and there wasnt a mistake or they cant find my prescription that I got a call about that day that its ready! You should never have to go to a pharmacy and be treated horribly and told if you dont like it go somewhere else thats how they teach staff??? I would never recommend using this pharmacy!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Went to this CVS today to take passport photos of my 1 year old son and I. Soon after I got there I could feel the people working there didn’t seem professional. Anyway, the guy who seem to be the manager came to take the picture of my 1 year old son first. At first, he didn’t know how to take his picture bc he isnt tall enough to be standing for the picture and according to him they never take passport photos of kids (is my kid the only one traveling abroad?! 😳). Finally, he asks if he could sit on a bench. He grabs a cheap looking camera to take his picture. He takes two pictures, transfers to the computer, one of them passed the requirements for a passport photo but looked HORRIBLE. It looked kind of blurry and my son was looking down. I know it is very hard to take pictures of kids, that’s why you have to take a bunch to see if at least one comes out good. Honestly, I should’ve offered him to take a picture with my Iphone. It would’ve came out much better. So after I see the horrible picture he took I asked if we could try to take another one. He answers the picture doesn’t need to look good. It just needs to look like him. He then not satisfied says that he could try but he had a bunch of other things to do. WHAT??????! Is that how you treat your customers? Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. So I thanked him and said I would go to Walgreens instead. I will never ever step in this store again! Very upsetting!!!

Stopped at the drive-thru for a prescription.5 cars in front of me, and I waited a total of one hour.I was picking a prescription for someone else.Personally, ill never use this CVS.If youre understaffed, you should really do something about it.

Always a waiting line and they never answer the phone! My daughter was in the ER one night, the ER sent her prescription to that pharmacy. I go there to pick it up and as usual they say we didnt get anything after 20 minutes of waiting of course! I decided the hell with it so I called the ER to send it to a Walgreens. Walgreens had it done in minutes but when they attempted to charge to my insurance they couldnt because CVS already processed even though they claim they never received the prescription! so I had wait almost an hour to get this straighten out at Walgreens who were very helpful.

Called pharmacy department with a simple question 3 times and put on hold for over 10 minutes each time. Gave up!Tried automated service also. Terrible customer service. Thank goodness I don’t use CVS for mu scripts.

Very nice new clean pharmacy. Staff very friendlyWe moved here from brand W after being treated very poorly and rude. After an incident at brand W sent in a comment. NO RESPONSE. Now we drive an extra 10 min but it’s worth it

I needed 2 antibiotic my dr called in at 11. Tried calling pharmacy 3 times each time on hold for 15mins. Never ans phone. When my doctor had to call at 3 pm was told short handed. Finally got one rx at 7 and told to come back in morning. I was in so much pain all night. I am switching pharmacy.

It was 9:50pm when i walked Into the store with my sister (not knowing they close at 10)5 minutes go by and the chick closing says to my sister “you know we’re closing in 5 minutes right?” And announces it over the loud speaker. Basically kicked us out. I’ve worked in retail, you ask to bring your belongings to the register and WAIT. Yes it sucks but that’s part of your job. Not professional.

Always a total nightmare when ever I go to pick up any prescription for my family. These people never know what’s going on and can never answer any of my questions or concerns. And the pharmacists always make me feel like I am bothering or annoying them.

Never again, in my life will I step foot in this location. I just switched locations @ my job & came in 2 grab something for lunch. I never been 2 this CVS location & was looking around 2 purchase something 2 eat. I was literally followed every isle I went. Went & put back my drink, asked the cashier, an older woman, maybe 50, glasses what the mgrs name was & that look I have money, u followed me as if imma steal something. I will call Dan & report this after I get off work.

I hate to admit this after my first review of this establishment I made the mistake of trying them one more time. They didn’t disappoint me the service was just as bad as the first time, maybe even worst if that is at all possible. Dr electronically sent the prescription in, they claim they didn’t receive it. I called the Dr went to his office got the order they sent and had copies of the prescriptions. Back to the store waited,over two hours for,them to admit their computers,were,down this AM. I wasn’t the only one slight annoyed. There wasn’t enough staff, and those that were their were rude,the pharmacist seen stressed. This time I mean it. NEVER AGAIN🤯
