By far the most poorly run pharmacy I’ve ever been and whether it’s this location or the one in brick you don’t get out of there in less than 30 minutes absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable I’ve since moved all my things to CVS and it’s no issues they really need to get it together. Drive thru lanes literally take 35 minute minimum. And to make matters worse the pharmacy staff has to be the most unapologetic and nasty group of people
It was only one cashier and 10 people waiting including me horrible customer service I ask the cashier lady how many cash rewards I had available she respond me she dont know ....????
THEY MAKE SO MUCH MONEY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT 1 CUSTOMER. I have been a customer for 10 years - switched my insurance and clerk was too busy to give me 30 seconds to help. My companies benefits coordinator told me they recommend our employees DO NOT USE WALGREENS because there is always a problem (over 1000 employees). They called the store and this clerk told them she was too busy to get on the phone with the insurance company. When people are too busy they make mistakes - I dont want my pharmacist making mistakes. I will never use them again
They store is awesome but the pharmacy is another conversation. Always waiting at least 30 minutes to get to the window!! I am contemplating moving pharmacies because it happens EVERY TIME. It has 2 lanes but only uses one..... Please fix this.
Changing pharmacies for sure!! Told me 3pm today, came back after 3pm. Not ready!! Last experience wasnt good either!! DONE!!
Went in to pick refill on my husbands insulin. It normally cost us $45 after insurance. When the woman told me $235 I said there is manufacturer coupon that should be applied. She looked in the history and told me there wasnt. Well apparently there wasnt history because they gave him a different medication without his consent or knowledge! Now we are out $190 & unsure of the different medication. When he contacted the store they told him there was nothing they could do. I WILL find the proper agency to report this to. They take forever to fill prescriptions in the 1st place now they give different meds without so much as even telling you!!! Not like they let you check it before you pay for it either!
Great stuff always on sale from. Meds Soda toothpaste to toilet paper always have whats need fast.
Always have a great experience here..friendly staff..a lady to help with any skincare needs. Including helping you choose color makeup etc..

The store was clean. The shelves were well stocked. The employees were friendly and helpful. The aisles are a decent width. It is located on a major roadway and there are a couple of restaurants and a movie theater in the same shopping Center. There is plenty of parking.
I’m a frequent shopper at this Walgreens location, and never have any complaints. Staff is always friendly, courteous & professional.Tonight, Dave, (who appeared to be in a management position) went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service received.I ordered prints online from the photo department, & when I arrived (3 minutes after the quoted pick up time), they weren’t ready. Without hesitation, Dave offered an apology, as well as a discount for the mishap, and promptly prepared my order.Customer service like this is few & far between these days, & I feel like it should be recognized & applauded. So thanks again Dave, & Walgreens on Rt 37 😊
Robocall says scripts are ready. Drive there to pick them up, wait way too long in line only to be told they’re not ready. Rude man pretending to be a pharmacist doesn’t care about people. Otherwise the store is fine.
I have to honestly say this...yes their lines are usually long w a long wait and they do take some time to fill new rxs...but I just switched back to them a month ago and so far ive had 7 scripts filled-all new-and they were all done when they said they would be and I have yet to have a problem. I hope you all get the same service. This is in ref to the Toms River Walgreens on rt 37 and st Catherines Blvd.
Pharmacy takes too long making prescriptions. And the wait time in the lines (inside and drive thru) to pickup are very long. I prefer drive thru since I have young kids usually with me, but the one car sits at the window for so long.
My sister and I were having prints made from her husbands military funeral Md burial. Because we needed multiple copies of some it was pricey. When we checked out, Lorri, at Walgreens on rt 37 in Toms River,NJ, made sure we re recieved the photo discount that we were not aware of. Saved us a lot. Thank.you LORRI
Proceed with caution....Very very busy pharmacy...Do not come here for your medication unless you willing to wait 3hrs...Prob...okay for drop off but terrible instore service...also the pharmacy will substitute medication without your knowledge boosting higher sales of the customer if you dont catch it....
They are always super friendly and helpful! Even when busy, they have their act together and take care of everyone as quickly as possible. Best Walgreens ever!
Whats happening here the manager of the store has no customer service skills. The pharmacy only filled 2 out of 3 medications that was called in after my surgery. I realized the next day. Now todayIve been on hold for 30 minutes
It is a very helpful store. When I need help the workers help me right away. What ever I needed they had. I also like how they have a pharmacy.Walgreens is a great store to go to.
Every time go in to the store every one nice and all ways willing to help you with all your needs. And they make you like family.It is a grate store to shop in and get all your Meds
Walgreens inconveniences everybody by letting people sit in there drive thru pharmacy pick up and drop off line well they wait 30 mins for there medication to be filled. Instead of making them pull around and come back in line when it’s ready!! Horrible customer service will never come back!
It seems that this location does not have enough staff in the pharmacy department since going 24 hours. It took almost a day to have a new prescription filled and I had to call twice. There is always a line in pharmacy both inside and at the drive-up. The staff in pharmacy has become grumpy and unfriendly probably due to the working conditions. Wake up Walgreens. Management needs to access the situation and make improvements.
Called to refill a RX at 9am, system said it would be ready after 12:15pm. Showed up at 6:40 pm still was not ready!!!! What up with this? Sick with pneumonia and now I have to sit and wait after waiting ALL day for my RX.I’ve been filling my RXs with Walgreens for over 25 years..... I guess it’s time to find a different pharmacy

The worst place ever to get your meds. They take to long and have the nastiest attitudes here. No sense of customer service. The constantly mess up orders for meds or do not fill your prescriptions when ask for it. Just bad service overall. Worst mistake my family has done going here for prescriptions.
I stood in line to pickup a prescription for 20 minutes then when I finally was waiting on, I was told that it would not be ready for another 35 minutes, this is horrible service, now I feel like a cold is about to come on, being around all these sick people, its flu season you just want to avoid places like this at all cost.
This is the worst pharmacy you can possibly go to. Plan on waiting on line for at least 15 minutes or more.
This is a huge Walgreens they have everything probably because they are right by holiday city so they are also very busy.
I dont like leaving bad reviews but this lady was just terrible! My husband and i pulled up to the drive thru pharmacy. There was noone on line So we were right at the window. There was a pharmacy staff member standing there right in front of the window on her phone. We waited not wanting to be rude and interrupt her phone call (she was on a cell phone) she saw us, she looked straight at us and kept talking. After 6 minutes my husband got mad so we rang the button and she answered rudely mad we interrupted her!!!! We didnt have to wait, it was her job to hang up but we waited trying to be nice and she gets mad at us? Absolutely ridiculous!

Unfortunately, almost everytime I go here someone in the pharmacy is rude and nasty. They slam the medicine bins so hard, things fall off the shelves.
