The service was very quick, polite and every employee was wearing a mask and that is always a BIG plus! Yes I would recommend this place to my mother.

As a Jewish person living locally I have found this to be one of the most anti-Semitic stores locally. I have shipped from this store countless times and regret it every time. I have seen when Jewish costumers walk in and they get totally different treatment then otherwise. The owner of the store I dealt with a few times and he is a real piece of work. He has no idea of the word costumer service or friendliness. Its like he is doing you a favor begrudgingly. They continually are giving reflecting a terrible attitude. I have been pending to write this review for a while but this week was just yet another story of real discrimination and terrible attitude at this location. As a local guide in the area and someone who is Jewish I think people can find other places to do shipping.

Rude, tattooed female made extremely unprofessional comment when she made one fax and I mentioned the previous day, the nice gentlemen did not charge me to make multiple faxes (3 pages) to my employer when I was hospitalized. Definitely never coming here again.

In our business we learned fast that we could not rely on the post office to get the mail to us even when it was addressed properly. With that said we took a box at this Toms River UPS Store. Bob runs a great store with a pleasant and competent staff, we will no longer have an issue with checks and correspondence destined for our business disappearing, if you want dependable this is a great store..

I like ups company they work as a team and they dont favor anyone they treat equally.

Arrived about 930 am on 1/1/2019 doors wouldnt open right so I pushed them open when the manager screamed were closed cant you read the sign. The sign said specifically new years day open 8am to 9pm. I told him yes I can read and it says 8am to 9pm he then came running over to point out oh no I was right sorry then slammed the doors shut. At 10 am when he opened turns out there not a ups store as advertised but a ups drop off and cant read ups bar codes what a waste of time and disappointment. Manager should be terminated immediately. And staples should correct ad and properly state itself as a drop off Only store not a ups store.

Bob and his staff are courteous and professional. I enjoy going there. I dont live near the store anymore, but I will only use this location for my shipping needs.

UPS warehouse need a job

What a pleasure! The best UPS facility by far!

I am in a band and had a gig in Ohio. Left my iPad home. My bad. Went to them on a Thursday asked for overnight service to have my iPad be delivered to Ohio by 10am next day. Paid a good amount. Next day it does not show. I find out from UPS it was billed and it never left the facility. I was able to make due but the guarantee to have something overnighted is no longer a guarantee for me. They refunded me, never apologized or offered me something to win me back. So now I am dead to you. Fed ex is the way to go.
