This is the second week in a row it has taken far too long to get a drink. Two weeks ago it took over 40 minutes for one latte and today it was over an hour. I understand everyone is understaffed however this location obviously can’t handle on line orders and storefront. They need to reconsider how they operate.

Its a lovely environment to get things done and the drinks, food, as well as people are just as lovely.

The drive through is getting almost as bad as Dunkin, the drinks are usually decent but takes forever to get through the line. So if your order is wrong like mine was it takes about another 15 minutes to get your order. It shouldn’t take me 30 minutes to get the correct order!!

1hr and 4 minutes later I received the latte I orderd and it was wrong! The wait for walk in orders have gotten out of control. Possibly STOP taking online orders until they can get a handle on their store.

I’m a diabetic and pregnant so I asked for just one pump caramel in my caramel ribbon crunch, I couldn’t drink my coffee because it was way too sweet and too much caramel 😔

Super friendly staff who go and above and beyond for customers. Kat is especially attentive!

I dont care how basic I am.....LOVE my Starbucks!! In my experience no matter where, or which, location I go to the employees are the best!! Always helpful, always greet you with a smile, and always send me off with wishes for a good day/night. 😍

I always order online and its almost always ready by the time I get there. This location is the only one that allows online pick ups and is usually out of a lot of ingredients or so they say lol still better than Dunkin

Rarely ever go in Starbucks, and again am wandering why I do after the 30 minute wait, ugh! However, the spinach egg white and feta wrap was amazing!

Longest line ever!!! Everytime I come here its 5 to 15 minutes to pour a cup of coffee they dont tell me the total till I reach the window and they are ALWAYS OUT OF MY DRINK NITRO1 month later I go by to get a nitro cold brew and viola! They are out again.. bummer and now Im stuck in there long line for 15 min. Waste of time. Please get it together people...

Rude man behind the counter. Very rude! I have never been talked to like that and honestly it upset me. Not a good way to start my day.

Been here many times for a fresh cup of joe. The folks here is pretty good folks. They hopping to it all day and keeping that grind on fo realZ. Me mum and her boyfriend George wuz incredible happy wif the experience and the ol boy Herb who works there. Herb is fo real dope and we’z think he should get a raise.

Their app wasn’t waiting and they had a line out to the street so I went into the store. The nice lady took my order and money. Then I waited (however long) to learn that they didn’t even have my drink. Three other people had been sold the same drink .. and the speed at which they would have refunded me was too much. #getittogethertopeka

Starbucks has the best iced coffees in town!

Drive-thru line was long but they got everyone through pretty quick.And the coffee was great.

Always out of something but overall a decent store

Have given starbucks so many tries on making something correctly. I give up. Definitely wont be back.

This place rocked! Ive never been in any other establishment like it. Very new concept and great tasting coffee. I think this idea might catch on! I hope they expand and try to open a few more places like this. Definitely go try it, tell your friends!

This location is always friendly and speedy even when the drive thru lines is 20 cars deep. I would recommend driving out of your way to go here. And go inside its clean and the environment is amazing. Oh and I got my cup this morning:)

There is a good reason why this place is always packed. Its amazing! I recommend mobile ordering if you are in a rush. So convenient.

Iced chai tea latte with liquid cane sugar!

No caramel crunch for the frappuccino, they ran out yet some were in my java chip frappuccino. Thank you for happy hour though!

About this particular Starbucks: Best Crew! So friendly and welcoming. They have also given me great drink recommendations. I could write a novella about how fantastic the people are at this store.About Starbucks in general: so happy for the app on my phone. Forgot my wallet and was still able to buy a hot drink on a cold day.

A rather amusing place. Confusing menu for ordering; might be better if you came in here regularly. I wont. McDonalds(across the street) has better food, by far and better beverages, all at less than half the price. Guess this is just trendy(but why) if your the wanna be cool guy who had the central table with his computer, lots of papers, and man purse, trying to look like he was working.

Very nice facility. We decided to go inside because the drive thru lane was busy. The wait time inside was quick and the staff were great. I was able to order the food I wanted, without them telling me they were out of anything. Which has been my experience at other Starbucks. I also found a coffee mug Ill use as a gift. So it was a great experience.

Nice clean place, smells great and staff are very friendly. 4 stars because a sandwich, chips, and large specialty coffee cost me about $30. It was good though.

Not bad, one of the baristas was kind of...grumpy, is maybe the right word. I ordered a cake pop and he made me wait! Maybe im just being a brat, but its a cake pop, you only gotta grab it and put it in sack.......

Love the Starbucks club. They send you emails once every couple of weeks for BOGO or half price off your order. Great drinks, but a little pricey!

My coffee order is generally enough to make any barista roll their eyes and sigh heavily, but not the case at this Starbucks. They carefully notated my order with a smile, made it to my specifications and got it out to me lightning fast. Highly recommended!

Coffee prices are well above average. Brownie are excellent and well worth the price.

I am currently pregnant and forgot to order my holiday latte as decaf. The super friendly and understanding baristas gladly exchanged my order for the decaf option. A+ staff :)

Great coffee for nursing students

This place isnt too bad, but if youre looking for a calm place to get coffee and sit for a minute try somewhere else. Its way crowded, parking is terrible and just too small in my honest opinion.

Had to wait for almost 15 minutes in the drive through to pick up my mobile order. I thought it was supposed to simplify and speed up the process. Then my cups had stuff dripping down the sides of them. I was a little appalled that they werent wiped off before being handed to me

They were friendly and acknowledged me even though they were busy and greeted me with a friendly smile. They got my order exactly right. I had an extrodinary experience. The atmosphere of the store was welcoming and made me feel at home.

Consistently overpriced slightly above average coffee. When I ordered the breakfast sandwich I expected taste..... Oh well!!

Usually is good but today they messed up are order. They fixed the order and it was just a little mix up but they dealt it well.

Let me start by saying I love Starbucks and have been to this location a few different times now. This is the second time my cup has been maybe 3/4 the way full. And today it tasted as if they filled half the drink with water. My husband picked it up otherwise I would have requested a new drink. Its very frustrating to pay $5 for a cup of coffee you cant even drink.

Slow, very slow, clean Starbucks. Its slower service and very libraryish vibe. SB at this location hirers more ultra laid back people, I miss the more eccentric folks they used to hire. The layout in new store is nice, etc.

Coffe machine was broke down...close the store or at least put a sign on the door! No cashier waited for us to look over the different drinks and after a couple of min we give our order and proceeds to tell us oh our machine is broke down!!!
