My boyfriend works at the barbershop a couple stores down. He entered the store some last week. The lady with the glasses behind the counter had her mask down around her neck and was talking to another lady checking out who had no mask on at all.My boyfriend said once he entered the store the cashier rushed to bring her mask up around her nose and mouth and told my boyfriend he needs to have his mask up on his nose and mouth. But did not mention anything to the lady that was checking out. Maybe it is a coincidence that my boyfriend is Mexican and the lady checking out was not.

I just visited the store for the first time. Nice merchandise horrible customer service. I believe all the ratings before me are from the owners family and friends. They do not like brown people shopping in their store. My boyfriend and I went in the store and no one even asked us if we needed help. (My boyfriend is white by the way) When were shopping we was the only people in the store, the girl with the glasses followed us around the store the whole time just watching us. We got treated like we were aliens. Please do not support their Business

For three days now I’ve driven across town, twice, to pick up my PAID FOR IN FULL merchandise only to find their doors closed, everytime! Unprofessional! Bad business practices! I want my merchandise as well as my time and my gas reimbursed for this! Bad enough this store is full of nothing but trash items! Never ever again. They need their business license revoked

I met the lovely owner and her daughter at a Convention in California. Their stuff is great. I’ve never seen prettier jewelry than what I saw at their booth. I was at that Con for three days and came back to them each time. That should say something XD. I would order from them again if I could, but I’m states away. T-T

Im an anime geek and they have lots of stuff that you really dont find in stores. Id usually have to go online for some of the stuff they sell. Its a little whole in the wall off of 29th street but I promise you its well worth the find. Theyre also a wish pick up store which is how I found them in the first place. They have a great selection of masks now as well and theyre cheap! Check these guys out some time and find your new favorite place

Really horrible customer service. I drove from Lawrence three times to pick up my items that are already paid for and no one from the store had the decency to even call me and tell me that the store was closing early. EVERY single time.

I wish (no pun intended) there was a way to give 4 1/2 stars. I would give 5 plus stars if the operation hours were a bit more accommodating. I cant begin to express my gratitude for this cute little mom and daughter store offering the wish pick up service... Saved me hundreds of dollars in shipping costs not to mention I actually get to enjoy my purchases, instead of worry about them getting stolen out of my mailbox.The customer service is warm, helpful, and professional. Sure, the atmosphere is still rough around the edges, but its still in the chrysalis stage, and those ladies stay super busy just with the wish stuff, so cut them some slack.Wants is a super awesome little place, offering cool and unique gift items, and the smiles are always free!!

Quite pricey but okay things. When we visited the place was a complete mess and it didnt even seem like the cashier (who was the only employee there) knew what things were and where they were.
