Large, clean and well organized showroom backed up by a professional and knowledgeable staff. Was just stopping in for some sauces and rubs as part of a fathers day gift, but our grill is getting a little long in the tooth and will definitely be back to shop an upgrade once its time to retire it out.

They didnt have what i needed, but what a great store! I was suprised to see they have such a great selection of sauces and rubs for every meat. And the customer service is 2nd to none as well. I asked the man on duty what was his favorite and was given a rundown of all his favorites and which was best for which meat.I Will go back!

Had an amazing experience. Little concerned with giving 100 percent deposit, but they did an amazing job on install and delivery. Every single detail was accounted for on our outdoor kitchen. Loved them!

This place is amazing and beyond. The amount of things they have here is awesome. Rubs and sauces from all different non major brands, a lot of pit masters brands. Set ups for your home backyard at a decent price and offer financing. I will definitely be coming back. If you BBQ, or grill you definitely need to come here and join there sauce rub club you will thank me later.

I never received service so poorly. Thet wont accept damaged grill return because it was opened. How would I know itd damaged without opening it?

I get my chunks of smoking woods from here. They always have big bags of pecan in stock. Along with a variety of other types of smoking woods. They have the wood pellets in large bags also. Great selection and very nice staff.

This place is useless. Went in looking for info and was immediately looked down upon because we werent immediately willing to put our life savings into our outdoor grill. Then we were told you can either pick a $2,000 grill with no bells and whistles or a $5,000 grill with all the bells and whistles, those are basically your options. How about explaining why theyre worth so much, what makes them stand out, how are they better than cheaper models and worth the investment? Overall a frustrating experience. Regardless of what we end up buying, it wont be from this place.

Great selection of barbecue accessories. One of the only stores around where you can find good smoking wood and pellets. If they dont have it in stock they can probably order it for you. Will be visiting again soon.

The salesperson was not helpful. If your going to shoot from the hip about something, make sure the people you are conning dont realize it.
