Great customer service. They called before delivery to explain the process due to the pandemic. Once arrived, I needed assistance and they were extremely helpful and responded quickly.

Second vanity I have bought from them in two years. Absolutely no problem. Very well packaged. My second one came in from California to Florida in eight days. Good prices good people. I wish though they could do white glove service rather than curbside. It is best to buy directly from them rather than a retailer that carries their brand to receive the best price.

Fantastic experience with Kitchen Bath Collection! When we started searching for vanities - seeking something with a farmhouse sink - we looked all over the place. We kept coming back to the Zelda vanity set (the double sink 60 inch for our master bath, and the single sink 36 inch for our guest bathroom) as it was so unique with the layout. I would see options on Wayfair, Amazon, etc., but we ended up going directly to the source as it was a bit better of a deal with shipping.I was initially worried there wouldn’t be enough counter space or storage space, but we went for it and it didn’t end up being a problem at all! There is plenty of storage to come along with it, even with how the pipes occupy the cabinet under the sink. Also, the sinks themselves are incredible - absolutely no counter splash!! I’m so in love with them. We didn’t end up using the backsplash in our master, due to the mirror we used, but loved it with our guest bathroom (photos of both attached).The powder gray color we chose is definitely a bit purplish gray, but I liked how this looked with our design. Definitely should be aware, though, if you’re not into that look and seeking a true gray. My only constructive feedback would be to offer chrome faucets as an option, as it only comes with brushed nickel and the rest of our setup is with chrome. Not a deal-breaker, though. I do believe you also have to purchase the drain assembly, as that wasn’t included.Service and delivery was also great. The local shipping provider who brought things to our house wasn’t as communicative, but it all worked out fine in the end, and the packaging it arrived in was high-quality, with no damages to speak of. You’re definitely going to need a couple of people, if not a few, to get installed, as these are HEAVY.But seriously, buy from KBC! I didn’t realize dream vanities were a thing, but apparently they are!

It may be a great company unless they notice that you have a very long driveway and want to confirm that you are able to take the delivery curbside (where the end of the driveway meets the street). In that case, they will urge you to make the proper arrangements for the curbside delivery. No matter if you have ordered a (big) piece of furniture worth around $1,600, you will not be given any options besides finding your own way to carry it home, or tipping the delivery guys because, well, they are usually nice people. Solution: we had to cancel the order, and then another bathroom supply store charged us just $19.99 to drop a quite similar (big) piece of furniture to our immediate entryway.Updated reply to the response of March 23: It seems curbside delivery has a range of meanings, and yours is a very limited one, with no alternative options whatsoever. As noted above, we were glad to find a different company with better service for unfortunate customers like us with very long driveways.

Best customer service! My first vanity arrived across the country, but the top was cracked. The company took care of everything and had my replacement vanity to me quickly and double wrapped it to make sure it arrived safely. The unit is beautiful and well made. Customer service was friendly and helpful with all of my frantic phone calls.

We LOVE our new vanity. The color and craftsmanship is to perfection. Customer service has been nothing but polite and very helpful. I look forward to the next purchase at Kitchen Bath Collection. Thank you for a great purchase and experience.

Difficult company to deal with, it took forever to get answers. I ordered in stock items with one left and now they are telling me none are available because they are not up to quality standards. They have now charged my credit card twice for over $3500 each and no product is being delivered. If I want any of these items, it is now a three month waiting period. We need these items in two weeks. We were trying to purchase American made products, but with no success.

I was expecting to see new product in the show room. They only had damaged or discontinued items and not complete sets ie no back splashes available for the floor models.

Great quality for the vanity, I purchased the 30 inch Abby, thick marble, great customer service, very responsive. I had issues with the backsplash. It was a free gift when I ordered, and I did receive a complimentary one, which is nice. But unfortunately, both 30 inch backsplashes arrived damaged and broken in several pieces. If you do not care about backsplashes, then I highly recommend the vendor.

AMAZING customer service and awesome product BETTER than we anticipated. Communication once we purchased out new bath vanity was outstanding with order tracking made available. Shipping was as promised within 7-10 days from California to the east coast here in the metro NY area. The packing of our vanity along with instructions to carefully examine for damage was spot on and the freight delivery (EFW) was also outstanding and very courteous and professional. Something for every budget inexpensive floor models

Horrible service. Vanity arrived cracked and cabinet cracked. They are giving me all kinds of problems and excuses. Luckily I paid by credit card so I will refuse the charges because I cant deal with them anymore, the ordeal was a nightmare and has held up a big renovation project.
