Bed Bath and Beyond is always a great place to check out what you could have bought from TV at 4 am. This place has it all.

Still follows social distancing and masks protocols. Check out lanes are well organized.

Veronica Perez of store #475 went (beyond) and above to help us shop! She looked in your warehouse, climbed up a stair ladder three times & went online looking for our ideam. We finally decided to order it online and did not know we could do it in store!!!! She informed us and helped us order and used our coupons! Bed Bath & Beyond is one of my favorites. Too bad there isnt one at every corner, like some of the other places. Kidding 😂What I dont like is they always ask if I were a member, if not, do I want to join. For a discount? Not enough incentive for my extra work in applying. My thinking is...if they want to offer discounts, they should do it w/out me begging for it. For me, no coupons either. Just give me the discount automatically @checkout . 😂

Dont know if this was due to covid or not but, they had few people on the floor. Asked for help, and someone told me she would get someone... guess what... no one came... waited 10 min... saw someone and they couldnt help as it wasnt their department. All employees should be trained on all floors.

Hey its BB&B... what can I say. Well, this is a big one, two stories of all that you expect to be there. My latest bargain finds were in the food prep section... look for the RED price lable below the product hangers. I got great deals on wooden spatulas, stainless spatulas, pepper grinder, etc. I also picked up a Norelco mens cordless shaver for $10 less than the Amazon price and Pyrex is a good value too.

The curbside pickup here is superb. Indoor line is a bit crazy depending on when you go.

Awesome after Christmas sales. Not you crowded, had plenty of cashiers do the line went quickly. Items were well organized, easy to find what you were looking for.

I came here shopping on a early rainy Monday morning for a Squatty Potty because Ive been wanting one for years ever since I first saw it on Shark Tank also, because I had a 20% off one single item coupon that expired today. I looked all over the store for the product and found it on the 2nd floor all by myself without asking anyone for help which I was really proud of. I brought my item to the register showed the woman my coupon and she scanned them both. She asked if the card I was paying with had a chip in it I said no it doesnt and eagerly swiped my card me not paying attention I didnt know how much my item cost before the discount was applied. I happily paid for it though and left the store then when I was walking back home I noticed this store overcharged me for the same exact item that was listed a tiny bit cheaper on their website. I walked all the way back to the store and told the other girl who was working the same shift as her on register because the woman who rang me up with my previous transaction was busy assisting another customer. She looked it up online price matched it with the coupon and put the difference on my card that I paid with. My shopping experience was great nevertheless could have gone much smoother and a little better. I would return to this store and do business again.

Overwhelming, the place has 2 floors of choice, the staff are very helpful, the place is clean. The bathrooms were clean and you need a code for the door to get in, great experience.

Everyone here is always very helpful and so nice. It’s also one of the few places that still welcomes dogs.They honor all coupons even the expired ones.Lots of fun to shop here

A negative experience and the store is not appropriately practicing social distancing guidelines. They have a snake line for checkout and customers are locked in with merchandise sloppily stacked all over the place in this crowded store. I went in and stood in the customer service line. Kristin told me to stand in the snake line. I took one look at that Covid catching line, took the item I was returning and hobbled back to my car. I called and the Manager Tim ‘s whose solution was for me to take time off work and go back on Tues or Wed from 9 to 10 AM which are for handicap people. He then hung up on me.Since one can easily catch Covid in this type of an environment, will figure out a way to return this item and never return. Seriously, 2 inconvenient times a week for the handicap. And, a complete lack of customer service.

The prices are wrong

I really liked this store.. Their stores have really changed they have alot more items to choose from. I havent been to any of their stores in years just simply couldnt afford to shop there or any of their location. In the past I tried to get on their mailing list to receive coupons but couldnt. Can someone please let me know how to start receiving ads & coupons?

Bed bath and beyond is a cool store with all sorts of wares for the house... Cool two-level store with sections that specialize in the various rooms in the house. You can find pretty much anything you could think of for your house and several options of each. Great store!

I love Bed Bath & Beyond, but they never seem to have enough customer service reps. That isnt a lower level problem. That means the captain of the ship (upper management) isnt doing their job to make customers their primary focus. You need to fully staff a store so that customers are always held first, and accommodated as such. Do better Bed Bath & Beyond!

Came in recently on a Sunday afternoon and this place was pretty busy. There was a Nespresso representative that was handing out coffee samples and great deals on their products. Place was clean and staff was helpful.

I asked the Bed, Bath and Beyond customer service representative in Torrance if there was someone who could assist me with the selection of a carpet shampoo machine and related products. Jessica Lane came to my rescue. Im lost when I go to these stores without my wife LOL. Jessica was knowledgeable, personable and available to answer all my questions. Believe me, I had a lot of questions but she was not annoyed. I had done a lot research on-line, consumer report, etc. I talked through what I was trying to do with Jessica. She helped me decide without pushing any specific product. I checked Amazon and I checked with Best Buy and they could not beat the price with Bed Bath and Beyonds 20% off coupon. I bought the shampoo machine and the plant base carpet cleaner. Excellent customer service and price.

A full range of products for the home. Generally good quality and at reasonable prices, especially if you use their coupons commonly sent in the mail. The store is neatly and conveniently arranged, with an adequate selection for most products. A pleasant shopping experience.

If had to be stuck inside a store during a zombie apocalypse, it would be Bed Bath & Beyond. I just love all their gadgets and gizmos. I like their coupon policy and returns policy.

What has happened to this store, down stairs I needed assistance and finally found someone to ask then a while later I again needed help and she was actually making it very difficult to get her attention rushing from one isle to another. Then I need to buy a throw rug and their supply of rugs without the rubber backing was slim and sizing limited, I neededa 2ft wide by 5/7 ft long could not find also help upstairs was slim. I was considering paying for the yearly 20% off entire purchase for 26.00 however did not because it feels like something is going on with the company?

Good customer service. Very competitive pricing. The coupons are of great value. Always keep a couple in your car. You never know when you will stop by.

While customer service is not the best, I still love this store. Its little cramped but so many great things. Some can be pricy, but they have pretty large clearance section where I found opened box $300 De Longi coffee machine for $69. Lots of sale too.

This Bed Bath & Beyond chain store is the closest to Rolling Hills. The place is not the biggest you can get and doesnt have everything you need for your home, also assistance very difficult to find but you can try online, maybe you will be luckier with shopping them online. Only the good thing about that Bed Bath & Beyond is their coupons, up to 20%off, you can always bring them later and get your discount after a purchase was made, of course, if you willing to find anything at their store that you need.

Customer service is great! Ive probably have had 6 people asked if I was doing okay if I needed help. The girl at the check out line was very sweet asked if I found everything okay as well! Love it :) definitely coming back to this one

Love this store. Customer service is always great here. If what you want to buy isnt on sale, you can always sign up to get their coupons. And if they dont have what you need, its likely theyll be able to order it for you.

They have soooo much stuff! Its a bit addicting. All this stuff you know u dont need but want it anyway. Not good. But I controlled myself and got my 2 items and left fast so I wouldnt buy mote!

I went into this location to get new sheets for my bed. It took me 15 min just to find an employee to help me with questions. It was pretty empty. I had to go to the front to the registers to get them to call someone to that department to help me. Took forever. Then when finally someone came to help. He kept helping other people that asked questions around when I was asking him questions. Very unprofessional and rude. Not coming back here again

I came home and opened my bags and discovered two items I purchased never made it into my bad. 3 out of 5 items is not what I expected to find. Not shopping there again, and I cannot recommend them.

Oh my God, this place is huge! Lots of things to look at and buy. Love it. Friendly staff and very clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The store is massive, with tons of inventory. They could use a little more variety when it comes to the bathroom sets, but other than that theyre great.

I like the store, they kind of pack everything in though so its a little hard getting around and the pillows are on the second floor. But I love bed bath & beyond!

Overpriced and smells like Hagathas basement. Im sure theres the market niche for this sorta thing and it is a one stop shop for lots of household needs. But if your migraines have an olfactory trigger dont darken the threshold.
