High end fabrics and knowledgeable stylish (+ friendly!) designers. Ability to custom make rods (including difficult ones that turn a corner). I have been looking for interesting patterns in my drape fabrics and have found only basics at high price. Fabrics here are not cheap but you pay for quality.
