I don’t what all the fuss is about, but I had a great experience with Fabletics overall. I saw their ad on Twitter and decided to give it a try(didn’t know about the membership at the time), bought 2 pairs of shorts for $24(which is crazy cheap), and then just canceled the membership online when I learnt about it. The shorts were little big for me, so I went to this Torrance location, and they exchanged them for me without any issues. They were very professional and understanding, so I really appreciate that. Thank you for your great service and for the quality shorts!!!

Horrible experience trying to return an item. My wife didnt like the leggings at all so we wanted to exchange them for a pair of men shorts. Kelsie said she couldnt do it. They had to be exchanged for another pair of leggings. I reiterate my wife didnt like the leggings and she dosent want them. She gave me a really hard time and called me a name. At that point she was been rude already. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager? Had a horrible experience. They need another manager with better customer service without been disrespectful.

This place might be okay if you’re teeny tiny like their model, Kate Hudson.  She’s gotta be an XS.  But anyone who’s a real-sized woman will not appreciate the flimsy material.  Their pants do not pass the bendover test.  You can see right through them.  Don’t waste your time if you have any junk in your trunk.

This place is a joke never shop here!!!!I bought one item in August. Unknowingly I was enrolled into a $50.00 a month membership. I went though my bank statements and almost reported this as fraud. Come to find out they had charged me over $400.00 over the course of 8 months.They refused to return my money. And suggested I spend my “membership points” before canceling my membership that I just found out I had.This place is a scam worse then gym or spa and honestly more expensive.If everyone stops buying from them they will become insolvent and with it there bad business practices.Seriously buy from Amazon because Prime is cheaper then their membership and you get free shipping and TV perks as well.

Horrible. Wife ordered once then realized you needed a membership for the deal. She called and canceled the order. Back in January and she has not ordered any again but multiple times a month we get a pending charge on our card stays for a few days then goes away. Very suspicious to me like are to going to be taken out. Wife has called several times to get this fixed. This morning woke up to another pending charge. Now we are getting a new card from our bank. What a waste of time you will never have her for a customer now. Not sure if you reps get penalized for canceling accounts or your system just sucks.

Not what I expected. Leggings are constantly slipping, material is ok. Not what is advertised. I have purchased better leggings at Target

Horrible service all around. Ordered almost a month ago and still have no idea where my package is. They use this Pitney Bowes company to disguise where your shipment really is and all their customer service can tell you is that its in transit and is backlogged. Just a horrible experience ordering from this company and I wouldnt recommend to anyone. Take this from someone who rarely leaves reviews about anything.

I order the special they were advertising 2 for 24 and I was charged for my order then this morning I checked my account to find another charge pending for 49.95 and I dodnt order anything else I love the product but want to know why Im being charged again

Do not do the cancel anytime membership.I bought a few things cause I liked the design. I got the membership to get the discounts. Then, I began to have problems with the leggings, bad quality. Wear then once, wash them and the magic is gone. Terrible quality.I cancelled my membership and forgot about it. One day, as I reviewed my card charges I learned they kept charging me on monthly basis. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Poor customer service. My package was lost in the mail $97 and they have done nothing to help me or put my mind at ease. The fabletics website, arrive, and Fedex say it was delivered 2 days ago to an address far away from me. Trying to file a claim and it wont let me. Frustrating experience.

I love the material but I’ve purchased 3 things on this site since I’ve been a member and I decided to cancel my membership a few months later cause I lost my job...This was about year ago, a year has passed and here I was thinking I had no membership; only to find out today that I was charge $50 again from fabletics and I find out from costumer service that you can’t delete your account online personally, you have to contact fabletics to prrminitly delete the account. I believe that if that’s mandatory, they should make it noticeable (red flashing arrows) that that’s what you have to do to stop the membership. BS that I’ve been waisting $50 for nothing
