Hired Michael Georgia/RotoTillerGuy for front and back yard sprinkler and sod installation.Originally 2-stars, because I thought the front lawn was OK, but consultation with another expert identified numerous issues I didnt recognize.I contacted Mike about fixing his errors, scheduled appt, then he canceled and refused to reschedule. Will have Sprinkler Repair Service fix the mistakes and sue RotoTillerGuy for remittance.1. Sodded over a sprinkler head,2. Sodded over water meter,3. Poor sprinkler placement and wrong sprinkler heads create significant overspray (on concrete and neighboring property),4. No shut off valve for sprinklers (so if there is a problem with the sprinklers, Id have to shut off water to the whole house),5. Covered concrete ledge in front of planter that should be exposed,6. Placed two sprinkler heads in weird looking location,7. Left back yard filthy

Submitted a bid online and got a very blunt response.No Thanks.Not interested.I have other projects that are more profitable.Mike GeorgiaI totally get it but thats a really unprofessional way to turn down business. You can easily set up a more appropriate template for a rejection email...Thanks for reaching out, but unfortunately weve got a packed schedule this season and Ill be unable to accommodate this job.Boom, done.Submitting the bid was pretty easy and gave lots of thorough info. But whats the point if Im just wasting my time anyway.

I recently had, what I though was just a sprinkler head break, but turned out to be a little more complicated after unearthing the area (multiple busted pipes). I found Mikes information on the internet, gave a call, and he said it sounded fairly simple and that it would not be worth my money to pay him his show up fee and that he would walk me through fixing it myself. After exchanging a few photos, he sent me a shopping list linked to Home Depot and then talked me through the procedure. Halfway through I ran into a setback and called him again (which he answered while after hours and out with family/friends), and he gave me another suggestion that worked out perfectly. He could have easily come over, charged his show up fee and changed me way more than the job required, instead he talked me through the process after sending me the parts I needed and changed me $0. We had a broken sprinkler valve that left us having to shut off all water to our home in the middle of the night. We were so happy to get such prompt, polite and excellent service. I can not recommend Roto Tiller Guy more highly!

I would highly recommend Mike and his company. I am competent with plumbing repairs and have most of the tools needed to fix issues but I am not at all familiar with sprinkler systems. I originally reached out to Mike for an issue with a broken sprinkler head. After I described my problem and sent him a few photos, he spent 10+ mins on the phone explaining to me what I needed to buy and the best way to fix it. He even gave me some pointers on some common issues that I might have when trying to fix it and how to avoid them. Even though I was intent on having someone else fix it due to an overloaded schedule, the fix ended up being as simple as Mike had described and I had it fixed within 15 mins.I sincerely appreciate Mikes willingness to get my problem fixed quickly and without running up a huge repair bill. I can honestly say I have never had an experience with a service company like this. Usually, they do not want to discuss the issue in too great of detail but would rather get a technician to come out and assess it right away. So, instead of a $300 repair bill, I was able to take care of it myself for less than $10 in parts. Thanks again for all your help, Mike!

Mike told me to take a picture of my broken multi-function sprinkler head. I texted it to him and he told me, at no charge, how to fix it myself for $5. You dont get customer service like this anymore. Mike is the exception.
