The staff here are so accommodating and knowledgeable without sounding like snake oil salesmen. Joanna had an answer for every query I had; for an entire hour I was there just asking mattress questions, even keeping her there an extra half hour after closing. I highly recommend these comfortable mattresses, especially if fitting it into your car is a problem; it comes vacuum sealed in a box that can fit across your backseat. Just bring it home, pop the bag, and watch it inflate itself like a sponge coming back to life. The pillows and sheets are comfortable as well. And remember you can look up all kinds of discounts too! I got 20% off of my mattress, sheets, pillows, and blanket.

Joanna was our sleep specialist. Very friendly and accommodating. We went back and forth between mattresses and she helped us throughout the process.The mattresses are comfortable even the original one was fine and the price was right.Definitely worth a try since we all spend half our lives sleeping, might as well be comfortable! 😁

Perfect little bedroom Kiosk! Two sample beds to try before you buy along with accessories on wall. Staff are truly helpful and do not try to push or rush you to buy, but simply and patiently answers all your questions and attends to all your needs, and let you decide. All marketing and no follow through. Sent the wrong mattress - never replaced it, never sent the duvet cover we purchased, never sent the sheets we were promised. Casper did not do a single thing they said they would do. They pretend to be all nice but once they have your money they don’t give a damn about you. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID.

The people working at the Casper store in the Del Amo Mall are so friendly and TRULY care about your sleep! The BEST sleep specialist at the store, Oscar, helped me out through it all. I walked in with a question about the recent mattress I purchased online and after trying items in person, I left with two pillows (feather down and foam), linens (supima sheet), and ordered a platform bed frame (with the additional headboard). Safe to say with the help of Oscar and Casper, I have gotten the best sleep of my life. Trust me, its worth the investment - good vibes only!!!

This might be different now but when you look for the location check the malls map for the POP UP KIOSK rather than the main store theyre currently building in the mall. It sits in the middle of a walkway and theres beds to try out right there vs buying one online and hoping that things work out ok.They also stay in line with their website pricing so its not one of those Im buying it on the spot and saving you on shipping but somehow I still pay more vs buying online situations.Tracie is great and followed up multiple times after purchase to make sure everything was good.A+ all around!

Our experience at the Casper kiosk was excellent.Theyve got a nice setup where you can try out the mattresses ahead of time, which gets around a big problem Ive had with committing to an mattress bought online.Tracie there provided truly exceptional customer service -- way above and beyond expectations. We were concerned about environmental impact and were considering different bases that contained drawers. Tracie sent us information not just on Casper products but also competitor bases that might meet our needs. She even followed up to let us know of an upcoming Black Friday sale.

This is what customer service is all about. I called ahead of time, and Oscar told me what times they were busy so I could plan my visit accordingly. He walked me through all my options and gave me honest feedback about what to expect with each option. I left the location with a mattress (which was such a pleasant surprise). There was a little mixup with the size, but Oscar made sure to come by my house and replace the mattress I picked up with the right size. This location made my purchase incredibly easy and hassle free.

Amazing beds and AMAZING customer service!! This location is a very cool take on what they call a “kiosk”. Two small bedrooms are set up that are well designed with a privacy curtain for you to feel comfortable while testing out the beds! We decided to go with the Casper mattress, two pillows and the mattress cover! Bonus points for taking Affirm!
