The young black lady at the drive thru was so nice. I needed that since I have a long drive home. Its nice to be leaving this area with a little friendliness. The strawberry acai is delicious and the water was refreshing after a long day of hiking in the area. I ran out of water and my pup enjoyed the Ethos water. 😋 The drive thru was interesting. I felt like I was in an alley... Gosh hope nothing happen or the customers would be stuck in their car... With no way of getting out. A bit scary.

When I came here, they didn’t have anything I wanted really. My boyfriend didn’t like his coffee even asking for things so he could use to make it the way he wanted. My coffee had the flavored syrup at the bottom and I couldn’t stir it. They didn’t even give us a pup cup for my puppy which isn’t a deal breaker but very disappointing. Won’t be coming here again, but given the area I should’ve known better.

Coffees were good but this location suffers from a terrible location, you are better off waiting in line for the drive through instead of parking and walking inside because you can’t back in to any of the spots and backing out once you’ve got your stuff is super dangerous, just wait in line for the drive through it’s way safer. Or you can park in the hotel parking next to the Starbucks and walk over if you don’t want to wait

Very efficient staff. Parking is at a premium. Nice atmosphere and wonderfully quiet. Small space but, cozy.

This was the WORST starbucks ever. We got a Iced Caramel macchiato skinny Venti size, the girl had it as a hot brew and she empty the cup out which was the wrong cup anyway since it was a plastic cup and then reused the same exact cup for an ice coffee. I watch her do the same thing with two Frappuccinos. No one wear gloves their either and they are touch the lids with their hands. Once we finally got our coffee it has no Carmel in it and I highly doubt it was a skinny. Do not go to this Starbucks.

This location randomly decided to only service customers through the drive through. That is very inconvenient and rude of them to do that. There are those of us who don’t drive and are unable to use the drive through. Then they have the nerve to not answer the phone and even take the phone off the hook. That is very unprofessional 😡😡

Two main issues, some people walk up and get stuck outside because they can’t do drive thru and then this location won’t answer the phone, second your drive thru is really really slow. Timed it now a few times, and it adds between 8-18 minutes to my trip to get coffee.Don’t allow mobile order if I can’t pick it up without waiting behind 15 people ordering just now.

What is the point of having good coffee,while having a person who cant make it tasted good.I came in and ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso. Told Nick that Id like my drink to have the brown sugar at the bottom and the coffee on top as I usually have it this way at many Starbucks locations. He went in and told the barista and everything was nice, professional, and superior customer service.The coffee didnt come out as asked so I asked why. The barista named Latina or Lativa who made the coffee showed up and immidiately swung her hands and yelled at me. So I asked why are you yelling? She replied that she didnt yell and that is just how she talks. If that is the way she talks then she could come home and yell at her kids. Customers coming to Stabucks to get a Starbucks Experience to life to start their days on a positive note. They dont have to put up with her shouting. If thats the way she talks she should get a recommended letter for a job at a vehicle impound lot. No one expects superior customer service there. Not at Stabucks.She was given another chance to make it right, but made no effort in trying it out. Instead, she intentionally tried to make me wait for the coffee and as I was standing up and getting in the line, about to ask for a refund, she picked up the coffee cup that has been sitting there for a while and gave it to me.The coffee of course wasnt made as asked because she made no effort to do that. If she doesnt know how to make it, she couldve asked other co-workers who are more competent or she could be sent to the Starbucks located at 5350 Campbell Blvd A, Nottingham, MD 21236, John or any of his team members could educate her on how to make the coffee there.Well, that wasnt a Starbucks Experience with superior customer service I was expecting walking in.

Always a headache at this location. The drive-thru is the only reason I go to this one. But recently they’ve closed the inside due to “lack of staff”. This makes the drive-thru wait extremely long even if you order ahead.

Went on my birthday. I’ve had the Starbucks app and for some reason it didn’t give me my birthday coupon. Told the cashier who was pretty rude about it and told me to “call corporate” even though they don’t even have a number to call. They also didn’t make my drink right and used the wrong milk. Their drive through is extremely tight and surprised nobody has been in an accident yet. Not a good spot

Quite disappointed that I cannot get de-caf iced coffee at store at Joppa Rd and Loch Raven Blvd. Will not stop here again can go 2 blocks away, drive thru DD, and get iced de-caf. A while ago, I drove thru this Starbucks and (again) was told CV i could not get hot de-caf around 2 pm on that day. Wrong!!!!

Long line and it was somewhat slow moving but everything was delicious. I love getting their strawberry lemonade acai refresher.

It was so so. They didnt have the caramel ribbon crunch so I substituted it. No big deal but one of the other drinks I got which was a violet drink, looked more like coconut milk with some blackberries in it. It was super white and wasnt Violet at all no matter how long I let it sit or stirred it. I just wasnt happy and my experience there wasnt the greatest.

This place does not provide customer service. They hold the drive throu 40 min I stuck in middle of the line. They are lazy and don’t want to work.

This Starbucks just open 3 days ago at this new location from the old one on Loch Raven in the plaza..its still the same wonderful baristas and there great customer service. This location is much larger, and now serve draft, with a drive thru.The inside also has a wrap around window counter seating arrangement, thats pretty nice and different. Enjoy

Since they closed down the Starbucks near my home (one of about 400 North American locations closing due to the pandemic) Ive been missing my Starbucks Drive Thru. I happened to be on this side of town and was very impressed with the service and COVID protocols. I was so happy to see that they paid homage to the Bel-Loc Diner which stood on this corner for many decades and was frequented by my husband during his college days at Towson (State) University in the mid-80s.

This location is never fully stocked. I drive 10 mins daily to get my refreshers and they always out of mango dragonfruit! So irritating 😠

Very tight parking lot and tough to get to right on the corner, this is old Bel Loc Diner location. Once inside has good flow and friendly staff, food and drinks were as ordered and fresh. I stop here often when I travel that way, place is clean, restrooms are accommodating. Check em out! Cheers!

Quality is always good and service is always friendly and quick, but it is a busy location. Be ready to either wait a little in line for the drive thru or wait for the drive thru line to move so you can get in or out of your parking spot. The line usually moves fairly well, but the parking lot is tight.

Very neat peaceful drink coffee and read a good book. But check your coffee it might be too milky

The best customer service! Carly, Xavier, Rebecca, and everybody are so sweet and kind! They connect to customers really well. Like today, I tried the Unicorn Cake Pop for the first time, and the girl at the window make me really comfortable with trying it. She was like, oh, alI love it. It tastes like vanilla. Keep in mind, I dont like to try new things. Everyone who works the window actually tries to remember my name (admittedly, I order the same thing every time 🤣🤣🤣). I know its extremely difficult to find and cultivate a phenomenal team, but you guys have one! Thank you all sooooo much!

This Starbucks has took over a landmark location and Iived up to the popular reputation good customer service and customers wanting to return to a famous location in the Baltimore Towson area.. the parking can be a headache but they tried to go as fast as we can

The building had been the Bel Loc diner, so this Starbucks is a substantial size. The parking lot and drive through are cramped and the drive through lane is very narrow and snakes around the building. The staff were friendly and the coffee never disappoints.

I unfortunately have to give this location 2 starts. For the menu to be so expensive, they are constantly out of EVERYTHING. The drive thru line is always fill and takes so long to get thru.

Ive honestly never had a bad experience here. Every employee is extremely pleasant despite the amount of traffic this particular location receives which Im sure isnt always easy to deal with. Orders are always correct as well. If you are a customer please make sure you tip if you can. For the employees I hope corporate takes care of you guys while working Im through the pandemic because you reallyddo go above and beyond and it appreciated!!

This store has no consistency, most of the time I order ice caffe latte grande and it supposed to have 2 shot of espresso but not even one shot espresso in my coffee they don’t even measure, coffee color is just like ice and milk and I started paying extra another espresso shot and still same color if I ask them they just put couple of drop of coffee and give me back with rude behavior, i pay $5 for Starbucks quality but quality is worse than $1 Mac Donald ice coffee very disappointed

Very polite and courteous staff. The drive through can feel a little slow but it moves. I definitely recommend this Starbucks.

Good coffee as always, and fast service. The building is lovely, the ambiance nice and the seating ample and comfortable. The only real downside is the parking lot, it is relatively small and tight and when they were busy it was tricky to get a spot. Overall would recomend, particularly via the drivethough.

One of the worst Starbucks Ive been to.They are consistently slow and unapologetic.I have used the app to order at least 10 minutes ahead, and still arrived to pick up my drink only to find it hasnt even been started.Only good thing I can say about this Starbucks is that it has proven that the national Starbucks customer support is solid, as I had to raise the issue to them, after paying $4+ for a latte, specifically ordering in advance so as to not be delayed, and subsequently be made late because the employees couldnt be bothered to do their jobs on the rare non-busy early Saturday morning.National Starbucks should consider shutting down this location, as it is an awful representation of the company.

Starbucks restaurants are not built for speed, but they are accurate and their ability to standardize their offerings make for a satisfying experience since, whether you order an iced, decaf, hazelnut mocha (no whip) in Denver or Baltimore, it will taste the way you expect it to. Plus, other (food) offerings, seasonal and personally tailored drinks, free wi-fi, music, online orders and games, stars, social consciousness, and the generally pleasant surroundings have created a business formula that works. In spite of relatively high prices, they continue to attract loyal customers. The Bel-Loc location pays tribute to the well-known local diner of the same name that was a landmark in the neighborhood. Good marketing.

Great drinks, fast service - but the parking lot/traffic woes (of course) are inevitable just based on the location alone. I just wish the baristas would STOP holding/handling my drinks from the top & lids aka the areas where I put my mouth! Especially during Covid. Gross.

Ive visited just about every Starbucks in the Towson area, and this one in particular has awful traffic. The drive through line is so long it will literally wrap around into the road, and then if you want to go inside youll STILL have to wait in that line since its the only way to get in the parking lot and its not a fast moving line either, so do not go if youre in a rush. There are much speedier and easy to access locations like the York & Burke location, and York & Regester. Its also highly frustrating that they put a little paper sign on the door that says drive thru only but dont turn off the order ahead in the app. Other than the terrible traffic, the staff is really friendly and they make the drinks well so if youre willing to wait in the long line then its worth it.

Got a Latte Venti for the first time at the Bel Loc Starbucks, just as expected Taste goooood. 20oz go so fast. They need to make a 30oz so it will last for a bit. You know?

28 minutes and cinnamon dulce latte was missing cinnamon syrup, whipped cream and cinnamon sprinkle on to. And that was at the drive thru

Wow! The staff is so gracious! I had been sitting for awhile drinking my hot caramel macchiato and spilled due to my own fault. They graciously made me another one at no cost to me! Great customer service 10 stars in my book. Not once did they make me feel bad about it and very kind to me.

Had the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE. got a matcha pineapple latte and there was a FLY in my drink the whole time. The matcha is dark and you cannot see through it. was finishing my drink and felt something in my mouth only to find out it was a fly/bug whatever. I had an unsettled stomach the rest of the night 0/5.

Been going to starbucks for 12 years and i have never been to one so slow in my life. sitting in the drive-thru that goes out onto the street without moving for nearly an hour before getting up to the window. mostly because the employees couldnt care less.

The only downside to coming here is a smallish, difficult to access parking lot. If youre coming to this location from the beltway... Be prepared for a u-turn... Hard to get into and out of this location with how the parking lot is. Line is always backed up. Signs on door saying that drive thru is only being offered despite the location not turning off the ability to order ahead in the app.

When it first opened a few yrs ago, it was awesome. The parking and maneuverability has always been ridiculously horrible mainly due to its location. Now the store is actually running out of items a bit faster than expected. Service is not up to par with other Starbucks in the area.

Standing for 20 minutes in the drive through, the manager has no experience dealing with the customer or knowing how to solve problems, they say they had register issue and they make us stand for 20 minutes without finding a way for us to get out from this line. Parking lot is horrible, I will never come back to this store.
