Home Goods is one of my all time favorite stores. They have just about everything you could ever think of for your home. They have the latest styles and trends in home decor at fantastic bargain prices. You can buy wall art, mirrors, storage bins, flocked hangers, seasonal and holiday decorations, table top decorations like geodes and statues, lamps, decorative pillows, chairs, side tables, desks, stools, benches, candles, toys, baby goods, dishes, glassware, area rugs, curtains and I could go on and on. LOVE IT.

This has to ne one of our favorite stores. You can never go in looking for just one thing. You will always come out with more. The staff is the best. Its warm and welcoming. Just like HOME.

This store has a great selection and the prices seemed good. After shopping for 20 minutes, I noticed the checkout lane. It was at least a 40 minute wait. I abandoned my cart and went across the street to @Home where the lines were tolerable. No one wants to wait in line anywhere for that long.

Check out speed has room for improvement.

When I leave this place I feel like I need to attend Shop_o_holic counseling:-). I ALWAYS find something unusual and unique to buy for me and my home. I love the specialty food items.

I have to be honest I havent been to a home goods store in yours. I went in I bought two carpets, got home and the biggest carpet had a razor slice in it. And somebody had put tape over it. The slices on the back of the carpet, I immediately called the manager when I discovered it at home, she asked me to bring the receipt in she took care of me. And its very fortunate for me because were the slices is underneath my couch. And I will go back again. everythings I found in there that I couldnt find another stores.

A lot of stuff! I also a bit tight. Prices vary some things very reasonable. Shelves are overstocked hard to find prices on some things. I did find some really good deals in the clearance section.

I was very pleased by the selection of throw pillows and lamps. I was not impressed with the selection of bedding options, table runners, placemats and wall art. The store was full and somehow seemed very bare.the cashier also had a bad attitude. Didnt ask how we were, how our shopping experience was and didnt have a visible name tag. I know that customer service is very taxing on you mentally, but the employees should at the very least TRY to be friendly and helpful. Maybe they all need more training, Im not sure. But she was unpleasant.

Fatim is an awful manager. I purchased a water dispenser that smelled like someone had put a chemical in and she wouldnt let me return it. $8. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Always i love this place because they have unique items for kitchen as well as for decor.. Price is also very much reasonable sometimes its cheap... Whoever looking for budgeted things to your home can try this shop for sure...

Almost all the beautiful dishes are gone And there are no cooking utensils... so sad.But!They have unique furniture, lamps, bedding beautiful blankets, fancy pillows, etc.Its still worth the visit!The workers are pleasant.

Typically this location has a very nice selection and my experiences overall have been nice. What I havent liked is how customers toss rugs on the floor to look at them and leave them there. Come on shoppers, nobody has the staff to run behind us to pick up after us. You cant really push your buggy down or walk down that isle without first putting rugs back on the shelf. No exaggeration, its happened many times!

What a great place if youre doing some redecorating. After the pandemic theyve really gotten a lot of new stock in.

Havent been in years but Im Never disappointed or leaving empty handed. So much Fun !! .Enjoy

Excellent customer service. However, the store didnt have much merchandise, probably because of the pandemic. Bat section didnt have no where the amount of towels and colors it use to have. Will wait until 2021 to come back. Hopefully, there is more.

I had to feed my daughter while I was shopping here. So I sat down to breastfeed my daughter in one of the chairs that was on the floor. I was next to the phone and it rang. An employee reached over me didnt say anything like excuse me or anything. She just acted like I wasnt there. Then I went to get up and put my daughter back in the cart. As I was doing that she pushed the cart with her body making it harder for me to put my daughter in. Her name is Joanne and I will not be returning to the store because the way she made me feel breast feeding my daughter because she was hungry.UpdateWas told someone would contact me and no one has. Its a shame that in this day and age we are still shaming women for breastfeeding. Will not be returning and will be advising others to do the same.

I found what I was looking for, however the Store was very messy. The checkout line was long, but they had most registers open, so it went fairly quickly.

Like Home Goods- they have a pretty good variety of different things for your home. I asked an employee to assist me in carrying a table to the register for purchase which she nicely did. After my purchase another employee carried it outside to my 🚗. Very nice experiece!

HomeGoods always delivers. Lets just be honest with ourselves, every one of these locations are the same and yet always different inventory. Cant find what you want? Wait a week. Simple, money saving, good quality items. HomeGoods is just boss.

This is my happy place. It is not my favorite location, but this has a whole butt load of product! The clearance area of this is super great as well. Sadly, they are not stocking wine racks at the moment.

Good collection could use a little more organization.I was looking for duvet covers and found some good choices for a fair price. Kitchen and bathroom collections are also good.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a horrible experience here. It took half an hour for me to get a chair. No one works here besides cashiers. Walked around looking for someone to help. Ghost town. Walked up front to meet someone. 10 minutes, never came. Walked back up front. Told them I’d wait for someone. A couple minutes later someone saunters around, not a care in the world. Take him to the chair I need. I do mean NEED. Takes this man 5 minutes to find a LADDER. There should be ladders all over this place. Go to pay, and they have the nerve to ask me if I need someone to take it to my car. SO I CAN WAIT ANOTHER 42 minutes?! That ship sailed, sweetie. Me and my beautiful chair are finally leaving.

Had an amazing experience here, very clean. Have been to a few Homegods that we’re not as neat. The cashier Nora was super friendly and had wonderful customer service.

Love this place! Had to return some towels I didnt like. Line was long, but moved along quickly.

Clean but not well stocked.

I originally went to Bed Bath & Beyond for a hamper. They were like $60. Then I went to Home Goods since it was right next door and I found a super cute one for $20. Very happy with my purchase.

Madison Heights location have same items marked different prices when you ask them to honor the right price they tell you that was wrong and wants to sell you the higher one?? Even when its clearly the lower price is posted by them

Less inventory than I was I sed to. Still found gift ware.

Maybe its the time of year but the store was in rough shape. To much product in to small of a space. Prices werent what I thought for a store that unorganized.

Im a Home Goods fan but its a mess in this one. Nothing against Big Lots but thats kinda what it looked like. Prices were higher than usual and inventory was low. Disappointing😞

Best store for home decor

So many collections and great prices! One of the greatest home design places to shop at and pay half the cost than upscale stores with the same items!

Overall clean store with good selections. I stop in every once in awhile hoping theyll have cool rugs, but their rug supply is limited.

Love the treasure hunt here!! This is a good location crammed full of everything you want for your home. Way more here than at the HomeGoods/Marshalls location up on Rochester Rd. Only complaint is checkout is slo-o-o-o-w.

Good place but I struggle to understand why no one posted holiday hours? They open at 9am in December instead of 8am.

I generally love Home Goods stores. This particular location on John R and 14Mile stands out from the rest in a bad way. One time I purchased a glass jar of coconut oil. The cashier, Debbie M, refused to double bag it and it broke as it was too heavy for s single bag. My most recent visit I purchased a non stick ceramic coated frying pan. Same cashier, Debbie M, refused to wrap it in a tissue. She just put the frying pan in a single bag. The handle of the frying pan was sticking out of the bag as I carried it. Debbie M was very rude and identified herself as a manager. I called customer service and they were nice and apologized. They told me that Debbie is not the manager and that the actual manager is Bradley. They told me they going to let Bradley know and that hell get back to me. Well, he never did and in the meantime I got yelled at by the manager and brought home merchandise that got damaged as it was not properly packaged. I love Home Goods in general, but would avoid this particular location due to its rude, horrible customer service.

This store is so incredibly disorganized with broken glass in the candle isle, opened food containers everywhere and missing items. It genuinely looked like a tornado went through.
