Ive been A loyal customer for 7 years. Walked in yesterday . In a hurry was rudely ask some young guy to request my lunch bag. Tried to set up on the counter . No you can set it on ground it will be fine. Told him no theres food in there not doing it. Got my stuff paid and left. If A store changes fine. Could the company at keep A public notice that the rules have changed.

You couldnt ask for a better hometown hardware store. Excellent customer service. I had a few keys cut today and it was a quick and easy process and everyone was very kind. Ill definitely be back for more services from them. Their pretty recent renovation looks great as well!

Picked up a quality Stihl blower from their knowledgeable staff. I always find what I need.

Jordan was very helpful. Went to getting a key made. Needed a key with a chip. They were able to do just that.

Great, old fashioned hardware store with local owners. Greenhouse, Stihl dealer and servicer, rent just about anything even a cotton candy machine. Tools, nuts, bolts, o-rings, paint, faucets, grass seed, even bird food. Propane filling, actually fill a 20# tank instead of the 15# you get from a Blu exchange.

Fantastic Service the other day when I went in to buy a chainsaw. Generally good service any other time I go in.

I have had two bad experiences with the same person at this store, he was no help at all when I needed to find plumbing fixtures and today I took my weed eater into the store and a young person was helping me and then he came to the counter and said Thats a remington, you get that at Home Depot ( very loudly) I can not fix that, no parts, then went on to help someone else, and just left me standing there. I will never go into that store again. I loved that store before it changed management,. So sad that when you do grow, the service department went downhill.

They have basically everything you need for household hardware, lawn mowers, paint, flowers, mulch, propane, etc... Having a PARTY for the kids? They have popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, & even a slushie maker you can rent too!!!

Very customer oriented especially since we were 2 women trying to buy a socket and ratchet that was big enough to take out water heater element!! Lol. They were very explanatory and helpful besides friendly. Highly recommend.

The newly developed store is great with a wide variety of inventory. Process may not be competitive with the big box stores, but quality seems to be very good.

I can never tell from their website if something is stocked or only available online. So, I go to Lowes or Menards where I know I will find what Im looking for. I bet TV hardware misses a lot of sales because of this.

I just want to say this store helped me when no one else would. I had a flat tire pulled in into stolztz motors asked for alil help some air and a four way I was turned away. I walked to true value got a can of Fix-A-Flat for the donut tire. Fix-A-Flat didnt work so I had a tire that held air for alil I called true value asked if I could carry my tire there and use air compressor. They were more than willing to help filled my tire with air located a four way even was gonna let me use there cart to push the tire back I was very grateful to have true value of Troy today and will be shopping there from now on. Thanks guys
